You don't need to download an app to use it. Love that it can be branded. Love that you can click a link soon after registering, and add it to your calendar. Love the poll feature and how you can see who participated. Love that it ties into the rest of the Zoho ecosystem. We use a lot of their products: Mail, Books, and Bigin. What I like best about Zoho Webinar is how it combines registration, automated reminders, live engagement, and post-event reports in one platform. It saves me the hassle of using multiple tools and makes hosting trainings smooth and professional.

the customer support is also excellent; it offers ease of implementation you don't need to crack head while setting up and implementing, though i just started with Zoho webinar but trust I'm going to be using it frequently for all my events and start with standard subscription in no time and also integrating with apps is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Webinar has been very easy to implement at Snapplify, and the setup process was smooth. The interface is user-friendly, and scheduling or managing webinars requires very little training. The tool integrates seamlessly with the broader Zoho ecosystem, which helps us coordinate communications and invitations across teams.

Most importantly, it has been a cost-effective alternative to Zoom, while still providing stable audio/video quality and reliable hosting. We already have two upcoming webinars planned through Zoho Webinar — one focused on procurement readiness and another on library adoption — and the preparation process has been straightforward. Some advanced features, like breakout rooms and in-depth reporting, are not as polished as Zoom. There is also a small learning curve if you are used to another platform, but once you adapt, it’s simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One little unknown thing about Zoho Webinar which they should market like crazy coz they aren't. The biggest differentiator with Zoho Webinar is that the webinar for guests or the audience actually plays on the broswer app on the phone. What this means is that unlike teams, zooms etc, your audience can simply access the webinar on the chrome or safari broswer app without any lag. Nothing as such, however, they could increase the stream quality slightly...should have option for 4K streaming on the browser relay on phone... Although I know that's why an App is required else the streaming on the user's end would lag as they will not have a fast enough internet....so its an easy let go...I would rather have more attendees in my webinar than have them watch a 4k view at the cost of attendance... Customisation of registration processe and emailer content. Some features like 'without registration participation' requires upgrade, but upgrading process has glitches. With registrations, we also need integration of payment gateway, in case we are conducting paid webinars. I couldn't see that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things:

1) If you cancel your webinar, the data of that webinar also gets deleted

2) As a host, if you enable your attendees with audio and video, you cant mute them. You will have to ask them to mute themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don’t love is that you can’t do a lot of customization with the look and feel, it’s pretty limited in terms of branding.
