The biggest advantage for me has been how easy it is to set up and host webinars. The interface is clean, and most of the essential features are easy to find, even if you're not particularly tech-savvy. Registration management, email reminders, screen sharing, polls, and Q&A all work reliably, and I appreciate that everything integrates well with the Zoho ecosystem. From the attendee's perspective, joining a webinar is usually straightforward. What do you dislike about Zoho Webinar? The user interface, while functional, sometimes feels a little dated compared to some of the newer webinar platforms. During larger sessions, I noticed occasional delays when switching between presenters or sharing screens. They're not major issues, but they can interrupt the flow of a presentation. I also wish there were more customization options for the webinar registration pages and branding. Zoho Webinar has made it much easier for us to conduct online webinars and training sessions without having to juggle multiple tools. Before using it, managing registrations, sending reminder emails, hosting the session, and tracking attendee participation required separate platforms or a lot of manual work. Now, everything is available in one place, which has saved us time and reduced the chances of missing important follow-ups. The automated registration process and reminder emails have also improved attendance rates. We can focus more on delivering the webinar instead of worrying about the logistics. It has also helped us reach customers and prospects remotely, making product demos, onboarding sessions, and educational webinars much more efficient. "Reliable Platform for Managing Educational Webinars and Online Sessions" 5/5 What do you like best about Zoho Webinar? as a Dietitian and Nutritionist and also someone who creates health education content online, zoho Webinar is helping me manage online sessions in a more organized way. i use it for nutrition awareness webinars, healthy lifestyle discussions, student guidance sessions, and basic health education programs. both live webinar and on demand webinar options are useful because some sessions are conducted live with audience interaction and some recorded sessions can be shared later for people who missed the webinar timing. the calendar section also helps me manage webinar dates and session timing properly. i also like that registration forms, reminder emails, attendee details, webinar links, screen sharing, polls, Q&A, and webinar recordings are available in one place. this makes online health sessions easier because audience interaction and questions can be handled properly without using many different tools together. Analytics and attendance reports also help me understand webinar performance and audience engagement in a simple way. performance during webinars has also been good because video, audio and screen sharing mostly works smoothly during live sessions. i use it very frequently now for educational webinars and online awareness sessions because it keeps webinar work, recordings, follow ups, and session management more organized. overall zoho Webinar makes online education sessions and awareness webinars easier to manage in daily work. I also noticed that webinar performance depends a lot on stable internet connection, specially during live screen sharing and audience interaction sessions. also, sometimes while handling longer live webinars, screen sharing and switching between webinar controls, chats, polls, and presentation tabs together can feel a little less smooth. What problems is Zoho Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you? zoho Webinar is helping me manage online education sessions and awareness webinars in a more organized way. earlier, handling webinar registrations, reminder emails, attendee communication, recordings, and follow ups separately used to take more time and sometimes things became difficult to manage during regular online sessions. now most webinar related work stays in one place, so scheduling sessions, sharing webinar links, managing attendees, conducting live discussions, and handling recordings feels much easier. Both live webinar and on demand webinar options are also useful because recorded sessions can be shared later with people who missed the live session. Another benefit is that polls, Q&a, attendance reports, and analytics help me understand audience engagement better during health education webinars and student guidance sessions. overall it has made online sessions more organized, easier to manage, and better for regular educational and awareness related work. The best part of Zoho Webinar is its affordability. It’s very budget-friendly and accessible compared to its competitors. I also find it simple to use, with the minimum viable features most users would need to run a webinar campaign. I haven't used integrations so far, so I can't comment on it. Performance vise, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. The UI could be a little more refined, as I find it tedious to edit emails and banners, as well as registration pages for webinar.
