You have to pay upfront for a year and we complained about the background noise from the start and they continued to tell us it was on our end until they finally admitted that they had a problem. We have already paid and they're not willing to do anything for us. I don't know how this company is still in business when Zoom phones are a third of the price. Definitely do not recommend!
