"Microsoft 365 and Copilot Make Design Workflows Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

As a graphic designer, a lot of my work happens outside of the actual designing. I regularly need to review client briefs and requirements, work with project proposals and guidelines, prepare presentation decks, and organize information for different tasks. Microsoft Copilot has been a great help too. Microsoft 365 gives me a solid set of software to handle all of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

One area where I think MS 365 could improve is the integration and support of Copilot across the different applications. Sometimes it works really well and helps me get things done quickly, but other times it fails. When that happens, it can actually reduce efficiency instead of improving it, even though it has only happened to me a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Ecosystem That Makes Collaboration Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly the apps work together. Using Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office apps in one ecosystem makes collaboration and file sharing much easier. Real-time co-authoring in Word and Excel helps my team work more efficiently and reduces back-and-forth emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are many admin settings and features spread across different portals. Troubleshooting issues between apps like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive can also take time. A more unified administration experience and simpler navigation would make management easier. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

My main challenges with Microsoft 365 are the complexity of its licensing, how dependent it is on a reliable internet connection, and the ongoing cost of the subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Suite: Smooth Collaboration Across Teams, Outlook, and Excel"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly the different tools work together. I can switch easily between Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint without feeling like I’m jumping between separate systems, which makes communication, collaboration, and document management much smoother. In particular, I find Excel and Teams especially helpful for day-to-day work because they make it easier to analyse information, share updates, and work with colleagues in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

What I dislike most about Microsoft 365 is that some of the tools can feel quite complex, especially when there are many features and settings involved. It can also be frustrating when syncing between applications is slow or inconsistent, so there are times when simple tasks take longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Future Isn't So Bad"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I like that all the products come in one package. And you can download them on up to 5 devices. That is a money saver. When we transitioned to 365 it was done over a weekend and thankfully didn't take as long as I had expected. We have 33 employees and 18 laptops that had to be moved over. I use it on a daily basis and have had to authenticate myself several times. I like that. Lets me know they are keeping my account safe. We have been o 365 for 8 months now and I have no idea what took me so long to make the switch. We have an IT vendor that does the behind the scenes work but I am the in-house IT. Surprisingly enough, it didn't take the others long to figure out the differences and make it work for them. I have not needed Microsoft customer support yet. That is also a great attribute. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The constant question of using the new outlook or the focused inbox. I am also not impressed with the quarantine feature. There are several that get quarantined that should not have been. I know it's just a setting but I don't like messing with settings. Just to keep it clean across the board. Updated 09/09/26... when they have issues it is big issues. Like recently on the Office Suite. Our business requires MFA and if we can't access emails, we can't conduct business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft 365: A Comprehensive, Secure Collaboration Ecosystem Powered by Copilot"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how it brings collaboration, productivity, and security together in a single ecosystem. Whether teams are working remotely or across global locations, tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Office applications make it easy to communicate, share information, and collaborate in real time. I also appreciate the integration of AI through Microsoft Copilot, which helps automate routine tasks, summarize meetings, generate content, and improve decision-making. Having spent many years at Microsoft leading enterprise initiatives, I've seen firsthand how Microsoft 365 enables organizations to work more efficiently, strengthen governance and security, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

While Microsoft 365 is an exceptionally powerful platform, its breadth of capabilities can also make it complex to manage. Organizations often struggle to fully utilize all of the available features because of the learning curve and the pace at which new functionality is introduced. Keeping users trained, maintaining governance, and managing licensing can be challenging, particularly in large enterprises. That said, Microsoft continues to improve the platform with AI, security enhancements, and user experience updates, making it one of the most comprehensive productivity and collaboration solutions available today. What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I like Microsoft 365 because it brings useful tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams together in one place. It makes working, studying, collaborating, and sharing files easy and convenient. Also Microsoft Co pilot performance is too good and helpful for many one. You can Integerate with tools like Excel and word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The main thing I dislike is that some advanced features can be difficult to understand for beginners. Also, some useful features require a paid subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The mandatory ongoing subscription costs are a drawback. The interface is updated frequently, and those changes can sometimes feel disruptive. On top of that, there are so many admin features that it can be overwhelming, especially because many of them are quite complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Can’t Imagine My Workday Without It"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how much control it gives me as an admin without making things overly complicated. The admin centers are clean and easy to navigate, and tools like Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender are well integrated. I can manage users, devices, and policies from one place without needing a bunch of different consoles. From a day to day perspective, it's reliable, scalable, and keeps improving. I also like that while end users get a simple, smooth experience, we still have the tools we need to enforce security and compliance behind the scenes. It really makes managing a modern workplace easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

One thing that can be frustrating is how settings are sometimes scattered across different admin centers. For example, some security and compliance features live in Microsoft Purview, others in the Defender portal, and some settings are still only available in the legacy Exchange or SharePoint admin centers. It’s manageable once you get used to it, but it can be confusing especially during troubleshooting or when onboarding new admins. Also, the rollout of new features isn’t always consistent; sometimes features show up in one tenant before another, even in the same region, which makes it harder to plan. It’s a powerful platform, but there is definitely room for better consistency and consolidation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
