One thing I’ve really liked about join.me recently is how much smoother and cleaner it feels. The new participant bubbles and custom meeting pages make it look more personal and professional, which is a nice touch. The updated toolbar also makes connecting or switching audio is easier. On mobile, especially Android and iPad, the upgrades are pretty solid. I can screen share, pass presenter control, or even record right from your phone, which makes it super handy when I’m not at my desk. What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting? rom my experience, The pricing feels a bit high compared to other tools that offer more features, and I wish the lower plans allowed more participants. The mobile app is also a bit hit-or-miss—I’ve had calls drop or screen sharing glitch when using it on the go. Another area is meeting controls; things like muting participants or managing bigger calls aren’t as smooth as Zoom or Teams. And honestly, dealing with billing or support could be easier—canceling or changing plans sometimes feels like difficult.
