BlueJeans Meetings is the leading web conferencing software that provides me with superior sound and video quality. It also makes the interaction between me and the participants more enjoyable and far more simple than any other software would provide. It always ensures the productivity and collaboration is great within teams and organizations but it does work personally too. Once the conference starts I am provided with lots of features such as being able to record the conferences, chat with my participants, scheduling, sharing files etc. Main advantages of using BlueJeans Meetings is that it easily integrates with Slack and other important softwares and plugins. Especially for screen sharing it is quick and easy to use. An simple gathering to invite others. It is useful to use the program or to attend meetings with the web browser, it makes it even more flexible. Connectivity problems are uncommon and making a call is easy. BluJeans has a few glitches that can be upgraded. Even when my connection is secure, I still have a bad connection problem. Plan meetings and I cannot send the meeting on my calendar until it is on. You have to be a customer of BlueJeans to call. Outsiders who don't wear BlueJeans would be helpful if they could attend a conference without an account. I'm still not aware that if we don't want to link to anyone outside the organisation, a free version is available. Old videos could be expanded and fluidized by the media player. Compared to other conference software such as Globalmeet or GotoMeeting, audio quality was outstanding. The signal strength icon in the picture/video profile preview is much easier to search. It also helps to have the optimal signal intensity for a more clear meeting in your own home or workplace. It is programmed to raise your hand, it fits better with the Macbook, you can conveniently see a list of all the members, the schedules feature is very nice. Sharing the phone, and other videos can be long and slow with big groups; audio is often cut; machine-specific notifications aren't always accurate. Often, while you clicking the right link on a web page, the BlueJeans Web site cannot open the correct link in the device program. It could provide the alternative of sharing the meeting id through Whatsapp or Messenger, now copy and paste is perfect. I like it's nice to lift my hand. It's also quick to share sound videos, it has a whiteboard feature that encourages me to get to know and group and a small group room that allows me to create numerous spaces for various subgroups when required. Often network issues contribute to video and voice delays. When you use an IPad with a slideshow and an apple pencil, except when you share the projector, the slides don't often alter. Furthermore, if you are the only user in your room, before someone else comes, you cannot attach your iPad. When sharing the phone, I couldn't see the chat screen, making it hard for me to read questions from participants during the presentation. There are also a limited amount of individuals I can see concurrently. The standard of audio and video is unbelievable and arranging meetings with colleagues and consumers is a simple job. For any video call, it really gave me outstanding results. For me it was a fascinating programme, but, the delivery of consumer instructions has drawbacks in continuous changes. It is an easy to use and stable platform that provides the best qualities for video and audio for meetings, I used this platform for over two years. I do not open an account to sign up for conversation, so registering for a meeting, even in a hurry, is quick for me. You don't have to hold a conference that is excellent for my team unless you have an account. - of the continuing meetings often provides input, and this helps. When using the device, we have been completely connected with all consumers and have not made any errors. App does not raise any problems. I believe, however, that it is a very useful choice to allow changes inside the Software's Executive Panels, specifically to enforce a schedule of mass meetings conducted daily in an organisation, with advanced functions, which allow each user who registers in BlueJeans Meeting to be configured by the system. BlueJeans, the name itself is so catchy.

BlueJeans logo, the texture and its design is so attractive.

It is so efficient tool to take video/audio interviews, team meetings and collaborations with clients.

Seldom there are flaws with this meeting tool.

If any user uses it for at least one time, he/she will never change mind to use any other meeting tool for their usage.

I love that I can still get ALL chats in an ongoing meeting on BlueJeans Meetings when I reconnect, after the call drops.

I like how switching from Standard to the Low Data, and Commute modes disables the video and content features respectively so users can consume a reduced amount of data for the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be helpful for BlueJeans Meetings to detect the strength of a user's connectivity while logging into the meeting, and automatically put them on the low data plan mode instead of the default Standard mode which can consume data (even when video is turned off). I like the breakout room features the best. It allows students to collaborate and discuss topics and problems on the side while the professor is speaking in the main room. This is also a great feature when users who do not wish for attendees who have just joined the chat to immediately jump into the conversation. I dislike how you are unable to see the chat when sharing your screen. I also dislike how there is not a way to join multiple rooms from the same device. And there should definitely be a feature where users are able to change the audio of individual speakers or of the app (i.e. a video is playing in a browser but someone in a study breakout room is playing music). There should be a way to lower the volume of the bluejeans app rather than just adjusting the global volume. There should also be a way for non moderators to be able to jump from breakout room to breakout room. it gets saturated very quickly and become slower. when there are several meetings running at the same time or too many attendees, the meeting starts to kick attendees out or become very sluggish.

In general, video quality is acceptable but could be improved. Understandably, this is a tough nut to crack, given the proliferation of different cameras and variances in bandwidth, but having seen far better and more reliable video quality elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BlueJeans has been great but for some reason I have had instances where people said that they were unable to join a meeting using the provided link. While I have had no issues on my end but have been requested at times to use another platform due to such issues. A built in function to have breakout sessions would be nice (might be there but could not find it easily). The use of a whiteboard that can be shared and saved would also be nice. While putting the microphone in mute during screen share mode, I don't feel sure if the microphone is actually muted or it's still on

As soon I put the microphone in mute it doesn't reflect in the participant window instantly and take some time to show muted notification in the participant window

While someone is talking, the icon in the participant window the icon does not instantly blink so that participants realize who started talking

No screen notification or instant popup occurs while someone trying to talk but his / her microphone is in mute

Unable to change my meeting ID and Pin to my personalized preference, even if such an option is available, I am unable to find it in the application

The interface is not customizable to my mood of preference

I use it about 2-3 times a day for a variety of types of meeting. I have used other type of video conference programs and it seems like they are all about the same. Sometimes depending on how many people are on the call, the connection gets spotty. I wish there were more engaging features. I would like to see Polls, trivia and other thing to keep people engaged during certain calls. We have been working from home for so long that I wish Blue jeans would have some type of ice breaking feature. Something fun to start each meeting. As a sports company, I would like to see a mode for us to use bluej eans as a second screen experience when watching sports games.
