**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

In theory, the concept behind LoopedIn, a tool for gathering customer feedback and building product roadmaps, holds potential. It could be a valuable asset for businesses seeking to streamline communication and improve their offerings based on user input.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

Sadly, LoopedIn's execution is a complete disaster. Despite paying for the service, I was denied access, and when I finally reached the founder, they demanded even more money for basic functionality. To add insult to injury, core features are non-functional, and the product's development lags far behind competitors. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, and the overall experience feels like a blatant bait-and-switch scam.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoopedIn claims to solve the problem of fragmented communication between businesses and their customers. It aims to centralize feedback, build roadmaps, and manage updates in one platform. They help by:

- Providing a clear channel for my feedback to reach the company. Instead of scattering suggestions across emails, surveys, and social media, LoopedIn promises a dedicated space.

- Giving me insight into the company's roadmap and priorities. This transparency could help me understand their direction and how my feedback fits in.

However, based on my experience, LoopedIn fails to deliver on these promises.  The inaccessible product, broken features, and demands for more money negate any potential benefits. Instead of streamlined communication, I encountered obstacles and frustration. LoopedIn created more problems than it solved.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

Great features, fairly easy to use. Great ways to keep customers informed.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

FRAUD -- outright, shameless, fraud. We supported them early on by paying for a lifetime deal before the app was anywhere close to where it is now.

And just today, they notified us they "are unwilling to cover the costs associated with maintaining premium features for these accounts."

So, we helped them grow via early funding and feedback and word of mouth, and they contractually agreed to provide us lifetime access in return. But, now they are simply declaring they are unwilling to keep that contract.

Since it's too late to do a credit card dispute, we are here to make sure the world knows that they are FRAUDS.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

LoopedIn's best feature is the ability to both privately and publicly share roadmap information. Submission of new ideas is also really strong and it comes in more organized than using Google Docs or simple other tools that don't organize these options into a workflow.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

LoopedIn does not allow for card/task assignment and the ability to tag other users. This is such an easy thing to add and it's a huge missing piece of the puzzle for making LoopedIn more powerful.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using LoopedIn for the whole cycle of capturing beta tester feedback, dispositioning issues with the client, and then putting them onto a list to implement by developers. This replaces our use of Trello and JIRA, which can be much more costly.

It is a very useful tool in terms of CX. It also makes it easier to parse and track business processes. You can follow it with your collaborators. It is a very useful tool in terms of CX. Additionally, the fact that they link to different web pages is a great advantage.

There may be cheaper options in terms of pricing.

Product teams work with many different teams. For example, design, software, marketing, supply, etc. It is absolutely amazing that everyone can follow this entire flow and take action. It saves you from chaos and e-mail flows.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

This platform is well planned. The main thing I love about Loopedin is it's beautiful and easy to understand interface. But the white label function is the strongest reason why I use this tool. Being able to configure my domain and brand is a function that is worth GOLD.
In the background, Loopedin is cross-platform. Aside from creating the roadmaps, I love the new feature of being able to create knowledge bases. Without a doubt, it is a function that adds a great value. And also the function of collecting ideas from users.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

There are two issues that I don't like about Loopedin, the first is to only allow users to vote with IP recognition and not with an account.
The other is not having an application for the phone. This would be a great way to streamline processes.

It is a great platform to communicate the progress of your company or product. It is also an exceptional option for agencies that manage their client's accounts. The white label option will allow you to customize your domain and place your brand.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

The excellent features of LoopedIn make it possible to gather customer input, establish product roadmaps, and share news with customers or internal team members. What I like the most about it is that it gives you, the user, the ability to design idea boards so that you can start gathering suggestions directly from your customers. This is especially true when using tools like public idea boards, comments, idea votes & capturing tools, and even anonymous submissions. To the extent that it enables the formation of unique categories, the prioritisation of ideas, and the promotion of priority ideas to the roadmap, all the while keeping one's consumers informed about all forthcoming features, essential updates, and the product vision. In particular, I believe that what makes LoopedIn so distinctive in its application in this CRM/feedback management sector is the very intuitive UI that it provides, without requiring considerable cognitive effort or commitment on the part of the users.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

While loopedin offers a terrific platform for user engagement, it still has a ways to go before it excels at post creation and update pushing, which is often of very substantial importance. Even though they are present, features like post creation, linking finished items, and audience notification via email, widget notifications, or even a standalone feed are simply too simplistic and lacking to allow for truly complete control or specifically create highly customised posts & content to actually engage the audience in a fairly significant way. The widget alerts, contrary to what they first believed, are at best mediocre and highly inconsistent in both their delivery and appearance. The user must effectively make do with just a high level informative overview since the user segmentation is too simplistic and does not provide very low level customization or analysis. It is a direct rival to several other social networking sites because to its standalone updates feed, pinned posts, and unquestionably private postings, and I personally find it challenging to comprehend how to effectively onboard people to yet another platform that is comparable in a significant sense.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer disconnect and solitary decision-making are concerns that are addressed by LoopedIn. It has specifically helped me and my organisation create and, maybe more crucially, communicate stunning roadmaps that truly keep our consumers updated about what is being worked on, planned, and coming soon. Features such as absolutely public roadmaps, actually private roadmaps, whitelabelling, custom domains, translations, and even voting have changed the way we interact with our target audience and have unquestionably made it possible for us to be significantly more involved and engaged with them consistently. According to what I understand, the organisation was not especially agile before LoopedIn in terms of customer communication and implementing input into our solutions, which is particularly important. However, that has essentially changed as a result of the implementation of LoopedIn's solutions, which have greatly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of gathering, analysing, and responding to client feedback.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

LoopedIn has great features that enable collection of feedback, planning of roadmaps and sharing announcements with the consumer or the internal team. What I best like is its abaility to empower you as the user to create idea boards to begin collecting ideas directly from your customers -- particularly using things like public idea boards, comments, idea votes & capturing tool and even anonymous submissions. So much so that it allows creation of custom categories, prioritisation of ideas and promotion of priority ideas to the roadmap, all the while keeping one's customers up to date on all upcoming features, necessary updates and prduct vision. Particularly, I think the very intuitive UI that LoopedIn offers, not demanding high cognitive effort or involvement on the part of the users is what makes it so unique in its deployment in this CRM/feedback management space.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

While loopedin provides a great platform to kind of engage the user, it is a pretty long way from achieving excellence in terms of post creation & update pushing, which mostly is fairly significant. Features like posts creation, linking completed items and notifying actually your audiences through email, notifications on widgets or even a standalone feed, while definitely present really are simply too pretty basic and incomplete to allow really full control or specifically create highly customised posts & content to literally engage the audience in a fairly major way. The widget notifications are shoddy at literally the best and really are not consitent in delivery or even design, or so they thought. The user segmentation is too rudimentary and doesn''t allow really low level cstomisation or analysis forcing the user to mostly make essentially do with only a high level informational overview. The standalone updates feed, pinned posts & definitely private posts make it a direct competitor to the numeorus other social media platforms and I specifically find it difficult to basically understand how to onboard users to yet another similar platform in a generally major way.

**Recommendations to others considering LoopedIn:**

I would strongly recommend users of LoopedIn to invest in integrating LoopedIn with their current operations!

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoopedIn solves the issues of customer disconnect & isolated decision making. Particularly it for all intents and purposes has for all intents and purposes helped me & my organisation in building & fairly more importantly communicating beautiful roadmaps to literally keep our customers informed with what’s in progress, planned and coming soon. Features like definitely public roadmaps, actually private roadmaps, whitelabelling, custom domains, translations, and even voting for the most part have changed the mode of interaction with target consumers and have definitely enabled us to generally be way for all intents and purposes more involved and engaged with them all the time in a big way. Prior to LoopedIn, my understanding specifically is that the organisation particularly was not very agile in terms of customer communication and incorporating feedback into our offerings, which particularly is quite significant. However, that basically has changed kind of due to the deployment of LoopedIn''s offerings which have made customer feedback collection, analysis as well as response immensely kind of easier and effective.

4. Aligns to your brand very easily

The formatting options are currently limited. These could have the option to include CSS and HTML to make the tool more powerful and align better to the overall look and feel of your brand. This is a good to have feature for me, but not at all a deal-breaker

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

LoopedIn allows you to create a change list and work-in-progress list like the big tech companies use. You can add a 'roadmap' link on your site that allows your customers to vote on their favorite ideas or suggest new ones. This is is an effective way to learn what your customers want and to prioritize your development schedule. The app has a nice UI and UX that is easy to understand. Everything is simple to do.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

You have to upgrade to the Pro plan in order to get a custom domain name, such as a subdomain for your site.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoopedIn makes it easier for my business to connect with my customers. People can submit ideas and vote on existing ideas for what they'd like me to do next.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

This tool has a suite of tools that every online business can't live without, I can build a complete full white label solution roadmap and knowledgebase with a custom domain name and company branding feature.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

1) It's not yet fully RTL enabled, but the Loopedin team will make it fully RTL enabled soon because I trust that they can do it
2) The backend still can not be translated to my local Arabic language till this moment, but I hope I can soon.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) I can create my private or public roadmap for my business and my customers as well and collect their feedback quickly and they can create and vote for new feature requests as well.

2) I can use it to help my customers learn how to use software tools using the new Article feature / knowledgebase

2) I even can use it for internet marketing and affiliate marketing using the website widget feature by pushing announcements directly to the website or landing page widget and this works well

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

As a non-coder I love how easy it is to create feedback and voting features for my clients, and how easy it is to embed everything anywhere on my website by embedding iframe inside any page, private or public.
I never gave any thought to having a roadmap for my clients to view and vote on, but after I integrated LoopedIn as part of my strategy, I have seen a solid improvement in customer retention and an increase in new sales. I have built more trust with my customers using LoopedIn.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

I can´t find anything to dislike about LoopedIn at this point, it truly does what it says and customer support is one of the best I have found, super responsive at all times. The roadmap is excellent and I have confidence that this software will keep bringing more and more features in the future.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can communicate with my customers more efficiently. Before I implemented LoopedIn in my business I used to reach out to my customers one by one hoping to gain some feedback regarding my products and services, this was very time-consuming and it just didn´t have any real system behind it. With LoopedIn I am giving my customers a way to share more, and new potential clients can see how we adapt new technology to bring more value to them.

It does what is supposed too. Provides feedback tool and product roadmap tool.  Can function as a sort of community for discussing ideas.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

Nothing, but I am still trying to get a feel for the product. I have two small businesses that it might be useful for, but this might be better for Saas or similar products. These businesses are not what I do.

Ideally, Loopedin could give my clients a place to voice their opinions on my consulting business.  But so far I don't know if I have enough clients for it to make a difference

The easy way to customize and create roadmaps and how easy it is to generate updates about the features you are working in.
We have integrated it with Slack and, every time we launch a feature all the company is up to date.

LoopedIn is super simple to use. For supplier and customer. The UI/UX is great and the platform offers a lot of usefull feautures. We (a SaaS company) use it to communicate a public roadmap with our customers that is easy to share.

We have not found real dislikes, but it would be nice to have an integration widget and/or release management that can be implemented for our customers in our app.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

I love the ideas section within LoopedIn, it is a great way to get stakeholders to interact with you and each other. The upvoting feature enables some quantitative data to be gathered about features that are being requested and eliminates the need for duplicate ideas.

LoopedIn are also constantly developing their products and regularly push out new updates and features.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

Sometimes the links between LoopedIn and Jira don't always update so there is manual effort required to update both things in two separate places which can be frustrating.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoopedIn is providing a community where we can easily interact with our stakeholders and they can interact with each other. It is removing the need for constant email updates and keeps everything in one place.

The ability to quickly create new announcement and publish them in widget that my users can immediately check.
I also like how I can tag announcements based on their type (new version, new resource, etc).

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

I think the interface can be improved a bit and also the usability. When I create a new post, if I don't save it immediately and I click outside the popup by mistake, the data I entered is lost.

It gives me a quick to quickly create announcements and tell the users what's going on in the business. Other solutions were much more expensive and hard to use.

I like the level of detail we are able to go into with our tasks. Its a nice mix between other development tools and task managers.

The interface could use some work in general. Some small bugs and errors, in turn, makes working in the software sluggish at times.

It is enabling us to get a high level overview of our software roadmap and even though there are some things to be worked on it really aids in giving the external stakeholders a good overview of the projects.

I like that I set LoopedIn and forget it! Once I set it up, it just magically collects feedback! I also do lots of updates and so having a tool to show how hard I work but not having people have to sift through everything is great.

**What do you dislike about LoopedIn?**

I enjoy LoopedIn and they do frequent updates, and so there isn't anything I dislike.

Great pricing, easy to get started with, easy to embed widget in website.

UI could be improved, colors are a bit distracting and physical design can be streamlined.

Good choice. Their rebrand is cool, too.

**What do you like best about LoopedIn?**

We needed a simple tool that allowed us to create public roadmaps as well as give our users a platform to submit ideas - and Productstash is ideal for this.

If you want a much more comprehensive tool then it might not be the best fit; but in terms of the basics and value for money, Productstash is a clear winner.

Some of the notifications could be improved and they could extend the integration points.

**What problems is LoopedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to solve communicating our product roadmap internally as well as providing a platform for users to add ideas, before they end up in our Jira backlog. Productstash lets us capture all ideas, filter and prioritize them before moving them to the Jira backlog.
