I work in a very fast paced environment. Problems happen, internet cuts out, yet we need to remain productive and make sure that everything can be tracked and is line with our processes. When situations arise, my contact at Truly takes care of things IMMEDIATELY, which is exactly what we need.
My feedback is actually implemented as well. With young companies and evolving products, I have no problem providing feedback on how they might be able to improve, and some of these suggestions are actually built into the tool. They listen to their customers and really strive to deliver a great tool.
Ok, enough about the team, more about the product. Truly's tool has taken all of the bad experiences of dealing with VOIP tools, and automates tracking to ensure that my team isn't wasting any time. Calls are automatically attached to their corresponding counterparts in our CRM without us having to touch a thing, simplifying our process and ensuring accurate data (which is extremely important to us). It doesn't interfere too much with other tools we use and really makes calls-on-the-go easy to track as well. Overall call quality is very high and consistent.
