What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Once I have Contacts and Accounts in Apollo, everything is pretty much seamless. I can write AI prompts to tell me about hot prospects and automatically add them to my outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo is constantly updating their CX and adding new features (which is good) but sometimes I miss new features because there are so-o-o-o many updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an IT firm looking to grow our business and want to identify businesses looking for our services. I really wanted to love Apollo, but it just didn't help us at all in the week we used it. I am not sure if their database isn't big enough yet or what the deal is. I am familiar with competitive tools, but this did not render even a fraction of the results I typically see. To be very clear, in a metro market, it found me 0 results, when I am used to seeing 20-30 per day. We went through the training, we reached out to support, it just never got better for us.
