"Powerful AI, Productive Reps, and a Support Team That Actually Listens"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

We love this tool for how powerful its AI capabilities are. Our reps enjoy using it, and it helps them stay productive throughout the day.

The Salesforce integration has been valuable for our team. It lets reps work from one place to make dials, customize emails, and manage sequences more easily. The buying signals are also helpful, since they allow reps to identify warmer contacts and prioritize their outreach.

Customer support has been great as well. Carlos has been very responsive, and we really appreciate the support we’ve received from him and the broader help team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

When there is an outage or delay, it can disrupt our reps workflow since they spend so much of their day on the phone. When issues come up, we’ve received rapid support from the team, which we really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Call Process with Minor Stability Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and review meetings. I really appreciate how Nooks simplifies the entire calling process and reduces manual effort. It helps reduce manual dialing and repetitive tasks, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes outreach much more efficient. The efficiency of tracking performance and improving connect rates is a big plus. The initial setup was smooth and easy to navigate, with a straightforward interface that made the onboarding process uncomplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

It works well but improving stability during high volume dialing and making reporting more accurate would make the experience even better. During high volume or parallel dialing, the platform can occasionally lag or hang, which interrupts the flow and wastes time. On the reporting side, I've noticed a mismatch in actual dialing time versus what gets recorded so making the tracking more accurate would really help. Also, when I'm already talking to one prospect and at the same time another prospect calls, it should not ring the bell then I'm not able to hear anything the prospect is saying and it is also distracting. "Nooks makes outbound calling more focused and productive"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks makes it much easier for our sales team to stay focused and maintain momentum during outbound calling sessions. The interface is intuitive, the parallel dialing workflow saves time, and the virtual sales floor helps the team collaborate and learn from one another in real time. It has made prospecting feel more organized, engaging, and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There can be a brief learning curve when first setting up workflows and getting comfortable with all the features. That said, the platform is easy to use once everything is configured, and the support team has been responsive whenever questions come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Makes Parallel Calling Fast and Easy, with Great UI, Integrations, and Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

One of the best things about Nooks is that I can do parallel calling. Since the US pickup rate is very low, this feature saves a lot of time. The UI is very simple and easy to setup. And its easy to integrate with CRM tools like hubspots. Performance is very good along with pricing. And the support AI is pretty much good with fast response. What do you dislike about Nooks?

There isn’t much to dislike about Nooks, but the transcript feature isn’t as strong as the other features. A lot of the time when I’m talking, I’ll say one thing and it ends up noting down different words, so the transcription doesn’t always feel accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart Presence and Intuitive Design for the Win"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Turbo dialing and smart presence are the headlines. What makes it more than just "more lines" is that it scales up or down based on the type of numbers you're dialing, so you're not blowing through a good list at the wrong pace. Smart presence has made a solid impact on top of that: the difference in pickups is real, not marginal.

The reporting is clear and actually insightful. I can see where the funnel is leaking without exporting anything or building a report from scratch, and the manager-side training and coaching tooling is on point. It gives leadership something concrete to coach against instead of vibes.

The buying experience deserves a mention too. Bobby was awesome - calmly answered all the questions, never pushed us toward a bigger package than we needed or played games with the timeline. He setup our integration with Hubspot on our very first call. Our CSM has been genuinely hands-on through onboarding — not a check-the-box kickoff call and then silence, but real help getting the platform configured around how we actually work. What do you dislike about Nooks?

It's not the cheapest solution in the category, and if your team isn't dialing at real volume you probably won't get your money's worth. For a team that is, or a team whose outbound team needs solid tools, it pays for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Workspace Streamlines BDR Prospecting with an All-in-One Calling Hub"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

As a BDR, I find Nooks Workspace to be a very helpful platform for managing my day-to-day sales activities and staying productive. It provides a convenient and organized environment for making calls, handling outreach, and keeping track of conversations with prospects. The platform helps streamline my workflow, allowing me to focus more on connecting with potential customers rather than spending too much time managing different tools. I particularly appreciate how it supports calling and makes prospecting more efficient. The interface is generally easy to navigate, and having the necessary tools in one place helps me stay focused during busy outreach sessions. Overall, Nooks has been a valuable tool in my work as a BDR because it helps me stay organized, productive, and consistent with my outreach efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

As a BDR, I find Nooks Workspace useful, but there are several things I dislike about the platform. The interface can sometimes feel confusing, especially when trying to quickly navigate between different features during a busy calling session. I also experience occasional issues with call quality, delays, or the platform not responding as smoothly as expected. These interruptions can be frustrating because they affect my workflow and make it harder to maintain a consistent pace during outreach. Some features could also be more intuitive and easier to access. Overall, while Nooks can be helpful for BDR work, I think improving its stability, call performance, and user experience would make it much more efficient for daily prospecting. "Nooks Supercharged My Outbound Prospecting With a Fast, Intuitive Dialer"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is saving much of my time during outbound prospecting. The parallel dialer lets me connect with more prospects instead of waiting between calls, which has noticeably improved my productivity. I also find the AI-generated call transcripts, summaries, and automatic dispositions very helpful because they reduce manual note-taking and make CRM updates much faster. The interface is intuitive, and it's easy to review previous conversations and follow up with prospects efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One thing I'd like to see improved is the follow-up workflow. When I schedule a follow-up with a prospect, it doesn't always pop up automatically in the dialer when it's due. This makes it easy to miss or manually search for scheduled callbacks, especially during a busy calling day. Having follow-ups appear automatically in the dialing queue with better reminders would make the workflow much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Significant Boost in Connect Rates with Seamless CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Significant Boost in Connect Rates: Features like parallel dialing and smart number optimization filter out voicemails and bad numbers, ensuring you spend your energy talking to real humans rather than waiting on dial tones.

Workflow Automation: Automatically logging notes, calls, and summaries directly into your CRM removes the tedious post-call admin work that usually eats up a huge chunk of the day.

Routine Efficiency: By keeping call queues moving seamlessly and presenting prospect data right on your screen, it allows you to stay in the zone and maintain momentum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative at the moment!

If I had to point to one small thing, it would be the integration between Nooks and HubSpot, which isn't working at 100% right now—though I believe that might be more on our end rather than an issue with Nooks itself. Overall, the experience has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Delivers Huge ROI with Seamless CRM Integrations and Rockstar Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

If I needed to start up a Cold Calling and Sales Outreach platform tomorrow if my life depended on it, I would confidently just use Nooks and success would be almost guaranteed. The UI and integrations to our CRM/systems make it easy for SDRs to enjoy their role, boosting performance and lead gen on the team. I haven't come across anther platform that delivers as much value and ROI along with a rockstar onboarding account team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I want everything for cheaper selfishly, perhaps there is a scaled down version for SMB that provides some of the enterprise edition like tools that enterprise clients can access. Little guys need to grow and become big fish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Dialer with Productivity Boost"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love the UI UX of Nooks; it's very user-friendly and makes using the Nooks dialer really easy for anyone, helping me save a lot of time and boost my productivity. I also love the dialer features that allow me to skip voicemails, dial trees, and duplicate numbers, which significantly increase my productivity since I can avoid wasting time on unproductive calls. The coaching lab is another great feature that lets me listen to my calls again and receive feedback, helping me improve and track where I can do better. The initial setup was very smooth and easy, taking hardly 5 minutes, and integrating Nooks with SalesLoft lets me run my cadences effectively. Overall, I appreciate how Nooks helps me in reaching out to prospects efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I wish I had access to the parallel dialer, as it would allow me to dial multiple people at once and be more efficient. Sometimes Nooks takes a little longer to load, which can be a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything with Nooks is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
