The local chapter of our community service organization has utilized RaffleCreator for the past five years with tremendous success. When we started using RC to sell raffle tickets, our ticket sales increased by 30% in just the first year. Now, fully 50% of all tickets sold are through RC. Since using RC, we've raised $50,000 for local charities.

One thing that's terrific about it is its simplicity. Unlike some sites that offer too many design options, which can make them difficult to use, RC is easy to use. We also find the dashboard info visually helpful and the downloadable Excel spreadsheet of buyer data is invaluable.

It would be helpful to have a note for individuals setting up raffles to remind them that they may need to check local or state laws regarding raffle regulations. Our raffle was reported to a state regulatory agency because we didn't include the state permit info. We had a state permit, but we needed to include the permit # on the RC site page. Raffle Creator made sales for our fundraiser simple and efficient. The dashboard to look at your funds raised was nice to be able to see each time we logged in. The ability to have a way to also sell physical tickets and enter them later was helpful and we did take advantage of this feature. For the most part, it was pretty easy to navigate and get support. There were some features that did not come with the Raffle Creator that we had to purchase alongside to run our raffle such as a QR code generator which our free trial ended the 2nd day in, which caused some havoc for a little bit while we found the problem and fixed it.

We thought the ability to pick winners via pick machine would have more functions. Pick machine did not have any way to manipulate to our needs and did not work on a MacBook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were used to running our raffle manually. We printed physical tickets, designed a raffle page for our website and actually mailed ticket stubs to our raffle participants. Raffle Creator made all of that go away and customer support was available by email when we had a questions ! The software was easy to use and had all the features we needed including integration with Stripe to handle all the purchases. Plus, the 'thank you' emails with the ticket numbers auto generated eliminated postage costs. All of our data was in real time and easily uploaded for reporting. The template for the raffle page is a little tricky at first until you get used to it. But we had 12 prizes and were able to include photos and descriptions for each with links to the prize donor website. So, yay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating a raffle and integrating it with Stripe payments takes no time at all. Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly by the support team. It is feature rich and easy to both administer and draw prize winners. We will use Raffle Creater again in the future without hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be good for one more pricing tier between 100 purchasers and unlimited. Some additional WYSIWYG controls or additional empalte styles on the raffle page would also be great, but you can control enought to get by. Finally, when adding manual ticket sales, it is easy to add duplicates if there is any latency in the network. We manually removed them, but the platform should look to check for duplciate purchases (in a short time frame - seconds) and prevent those from being added to the draw. If we had to choose one, it would be the selection process. Downloading a form and then having to upload it into another platform was extremely tedious. We could not find instructions on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site is easy to load and edit, the customer service is exceptional, and the final product is very user friendly. I like the way the tickets print out. I really apprecaite the level of assistance I have received from the Raffle Creator team, they always respond within 24 hours and they are so helpful. This site allows for lots of tracking of purchaser data which is super helpful. The support team can also copy an old raffle of yours and make a new draft for you to use which can cut down on time spent making a new raffle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After 5 prizes on the site, the rest of them are hidden and you have to click a button that says, "see all the prizes". So just know this if you are raffling off more then 5 prizes. The way I work around this is to put info and photos of all of my prizes into the description box which is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This was so easy to setup. The ability to copy a raffle is also a big plus. This was our second bourbon raffle so we just copied and changed pics and verbiage. All great. I love the download report so I can keep track of all my ticket buyers and use that info for future correspondence.

I would like to see the tickets numered in sequential order. Our State required reports to be consecutive numbers so I have to download the report and then assign them a number for each ticket. (not hard it just takes more time..) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
