"Good tool - slightly on the greedy side with an attempt to steal you"

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

- A good list of countries you can reach out to

- Relatively cheap ( you have to pay for the subscription and add credit, which is weird)

- you can download the app on the phone

- It records your calls

- easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I've paid for my subscription on the 1st of July, 35 Euros or something similar, then I also had 20 Euros worth of credit. I decided that I will not do calls during the summer so I decided to cancel my subscription (very difficult to do with your platform, at some point I had to write in capital letters I WANT TO CANCEL, otherwise it wouldn't let me). Long story short, I cancel the subscription, then they immediately stop my access to the platform, regardless that I had 1 paid month left. This my friends is called digital theft, and I'm not happy about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
