
I really like the analytics part of Orum. It helps me track how many objections I handle well and shows how my peers handle the same objections, which is super helpful for improving daily also gives me a benchmark within my team, telling me where I excel and where I need to improve, whether it's handling objections, my CTA, or my tonality. Right now, I think Orum doesn't have this feature where you could segregate your prospects based on different time zones or regions and assign the numbers that matches those exact region's codes. It's all pretty manual. I feel like if it were automated, that'd be really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
