Accurate Data, High Recommendations with Room for APAC Improvements

I have used Apollo.io for the last four years, and I think it's the best tool for finding people's email IDs and contact numbers. I also use it for company search, with filters that let you focus on the industry you need. This tool gives about 90% correct data, which I believe is better compared to ZoomInfo, Seamless, and Crunchbase. I love that without a subscription, you can still fetch email IDs freely, and this is the best feature of the app.

Versatile, All-in-One Platform with a Learning Curve

I like that you can do everything within one system with Apollo.io. It allows me to set up lists for my target prospects, find all of their information, and set up email sequences to actually reach them. I appreciate not having to use a bunch of different platforms for each of these tasks.

Apollo stands out for how quickly it turns prospecting into action. Instead of spending time jumping between tools for data, enrichment, and outreach, everything sits in one workflow. The ability to filter prospects by very specific criteria and immediately push them into sequences makes outbound efforts faster and more focused, especially for B2B teams.
