## Orum Reviews
  ### 1. Boosts Calling Efficiency with Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaan S. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really like Orum because it allows me to directly upload files and make calls from there, or integrate it with Salesforce. It's great that it can fetch the details directly, and we can just hit the button and dial the numbers. The parallel and power dials, along with the file uploads, have been incredibly helpful to get more numbers and connects. I also appreciate the boost dials and boost connect options for easily dialing different kinds of numbers. Switching from JustCall to Orum made a big difference, with an increase in the number of dials and connects. Features like AI assist and the summary option are also really useful. I really love the tool for the way I can play around with it and gain knowledge. We get to do a lot of things, and it's good.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I sometimes experience automatic session timeouts with Orum while calling, and it occasionally hangs. But it's a temporary thing, and I can resolve it with a restart.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to speed up dials and increase connections. The boost dial and integration with Salesforce improve dialing efficiency and allow more connects than before. Switching from JustCall, Orum offers enhanced dialing capabilities and AI assist for better calling strategy.

  ### 2. Great for Cold Calls, Needs Improved Contact Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William H. | SDE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I use Orum for cold calling prospects, and it's great because I get a lot of pickups through it, partly due to its clean numbers, so it doesn't come up as spam possible. It has a pretty good UI and shows all last activity through Outreach, with the MCP servers and connectors working very well. It's also really compatible with Outreach, which makes the whole process better by pulling up all past interactions, providing a good idea of what's happened before. This compatibility helps streamline my workflow by taking the thought process out of knowing who the prospects are.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I would like Orum to have a direct tag or sequence that makes it easier to manage contacts without having to rely on the existing tagging system, which I find limited. A dedicated bucket for organizing prospects would be really useful, but the current system doesn’t provide an accessible way to create effective sequences. Also, the issue of bad data, partly related to Outreach, is something I frequently complain about.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate Orum's clean numbers, which reduce spam risk and increase my call pickups. It's compatible with Outreach, which streamlines my prospect management by showing past interactions and simplifies my cold calling process.

  ### 3. Optimizes Cold Calling with Some Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I use Orum for cold calling and find it very efficient in making calls quickly. I like that it allows me to build trust because I can see information about everyone I'm calling. Having all the information visible on each prospect as I'm calling them is valuable because it helps me know who I'm contacting. I appreciate the ability to leave notes on accounts from past conversations, as it helps me build on each conversation to make the next one with a prospect more valuable and hopefully get them on a meeting. I use the ability to sort numbers the most because it helps me focus on good numbers, so I'm not wasting time calling bad ones.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

One thing I think could be improved is the enriched numbers. Typically, they're very wrong, and sometimes I've even gotten home phone numbers, which doesn't go very well.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps me call people quickly and efficiently, showing information about who I'm calling. I sort numbers to focus on good ones, saving time. However, the enriched numbers are often inaccurate.

  ### 4. Cold caller's winning machine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adarsh S. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

As a manager i like Speed and Efficiency (Parallel Dialing). Users frequently praise Orum's parallel dialer, which can dial multiple numbers simultaneously. This drastically reduces idle time, allowing sales reps to have more conversations in less time.to see every rep performance and it's fun

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Complex in terms of updating csv's and Connectivity and Call Issues. Users frequently report occasional connectivity problems, dropped calls, or lag. There are also mentions of the system occasionally matching a rep with the wrong prospect when multiple lines are dialing.also, had a feature of timezone

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaled dialling and outAs a sales manager, Orum solves our biggest operational bottleneck: reps wasting up to 80% of their day manually dialing, waiting on ring tones, navigating dial trees, and hand-keying notes into our CRM. By using AI parallel dialing to automatically bypass non-live answers and sync call data directly into our CRM, Orum eliminates that dead time and puts my reps straight into live conversations with decision-makers. The biggest benefit for me is that my team now gets four to five times more live connects in a fraction of the time, driving higher meeting volume and faster pipeline growth, while automated logging gives me accurate CRM data without having to nag anyone. On top of that, the Virtual Salesfloor gives me a space to coach my reps live during call blocks, which has drastically reduced new-hire ramp times and kept team energy high.reach

  ### 5. Easy to Use and Efficient, with Room for More Advanced Feature Guidance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle M. | Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I've had a very positive experience using Orum. From the beginning, the platform was easy to set up and learn. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I didn't have to spend much time figuring out where everything was. The dashboard is well organized, and the workflow feels streamlined, which has made it easier to stay productive throughout my workday.

One thing I appreciate most is how reliable the platform has been during daily use. The features are easy to access, performance has been consistent, and I haven't run into any major issues while using it. It has helped me work more efficiently by simplifying my day-to-day tasks and reducing the amount of time I spend switching between tools.

Overall, Orum has been a dependable and user-friendly solution. Based on my experience, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a platform that's straightforward to use and helps improve productivity.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There isn't much I dislike about using Orum. If I had to identify one area that could be improved, it would be the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. The core functionality is easy to understand, but it takes a little time to fully explore everything the platform offers. I found myself learning new capabilities as I continued using it, which ultimately made me more productive.

I think adding more in-app walkthroughs, interactive tutorials, or guided tips for advanced tools would help new users get the most out of the platform more quickly. That said, this hasn't been a significant issue for me. Once I became familiar with the features, the platform was straightforward to use, and my overall experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum has made a noticeable difference in my outbound sales workflow by eliminating a lot of the repetitive manual work involved in prospecting. Before using the platform, I spent a significant amount of time dialing numbers, waiting for unanswered calls, and dealing with busy signals. With Orum handling much of that process, I can spend more time talking to live prospects instead of managing the mechanics of making calls.

The platform has also helped me stay productive throughout the day by making it easier to move from one conversation to the next without unnecessary downtime. The interface is intuitive, so I was able to get comfortable with it quickly, and everything I need is easy to find. I also appreciate that the platform has been reliable during my daily use, allowing me to focus on reaching more prospects and maintaining a consistent calling rhythm.

Overall, Orum has helped me increase the number of meaningful conversations I have each day while reducing time spent on administrative tasks. It's become a valuable part of my daily workflow, and it's made outbound calling more efficient and less frustrating.

  ### 6. Orum Boosts Outbound Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanatan C. | BDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like most about Orum is how much time it saves. The parallel dialer lets me have more conversations every day, while AI voicemail and automatic call logging reduce manual work. It's easy to use, integrates well with Salesforce/Outreach, and has helped me stay productive throughout my outbound outreach. Super Good!

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Overall, I've had a good experience with Orum. One area that could be improved is the occasional call quality and connection issues, especially when making a high volume of calls. I also wish there were more customization options for call workflows and analytics. Other than that, it's been a reliable platform that has significantly improved my outbound productivity.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps me overcome one of the biggest challenges in outbound sales, spending too much time dialing numbers and leaving voicemails instead of having real conversations. With the parallel dialer, and automatic call logging, I can connect with significantly more prospects each day while reducing manual work. This has increased my productivity, helped me book more meetings, and allowed me to focus on meaningful conversations rather than repetitive tasks.

  ### 7. Orum: All-in-One Inside Sales Tool with Seamless SF Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis G. | Inside Sales Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The best part of Orum is that, as a manager of an Inside Sales Team, it gives me everything I need in one place. The seamless integration with SF is a huge win, along with the incredibly competitive price. There’s really nothing else like it on the market, and Orum has greatly improved how effective my sellers are with the time in between calls.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I am still relatively knew to using Orum, however I have been actively seeking it for over a year and I have no issue at all with performance, the UI, the support and onboarding, or the AI. Orum is an incredible business partner for any business that is looking to grow their sales through proactive outreach.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is not enough time to write everything here but here it goes. Orum is making me a more effective leader, and sales coach. This is giving me all of the tools I need to help explain our sales growth along with out interactions. Sales growth is more than just sales growing, Orum is helping us tell the story. Orum is also impacting my sellers' lives as they are more productive and spend less time between calls. It is unreal to think about how much Orum can help with that and just improve productivity.

  ### 8. Flexible Coaching, Powerful Onboarding, Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick F. | Global Sales Onboarding and Enablement Specialist, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

How flexible it is for enablement. We've moved beyond generic call coaching by creating custom scorecards, goals, and AI roleplays that reflect the behaviours and outcomes we actually care about as a business. That gives managers and reps a much clearer picture of what good looks like and makes coaching far more meaningful.

It's also incredibly easy to administer. Setting up new users, launching coaching activities, and scaling programmes across different regions and business lines is straightforward, which is critical when you're supporting global teams

From an onboarding perspective, the learning experience for objection management and call training is much more fun and interactive. AI roleplays and coaching exercises turn what could be passive training into active practice, helping new SDRs build confidence faster while keeping sessions engaging and enjoyable.

Finally, the customer support is excellent. The Orum team has consistently been responsive, proactive, and willing to share best practices, resources, and guidance. They feel more like partners in our enablement strategy than simply a software provider.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The reporting is strong and continues to improve, but there are still some limitations compared to the flexibility available elsewhere in the platform. I'd love to see additional analytics and custom reporting options as the product evolves.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps us solve the challenge of scaling high-quality coaching and onboarding across a global sales organisation.

We've used custom scorecards, goals, and AI roleplays to standardise what good looks like, make coaching more objective, and give reps more opportunities to practise.

The result is more consistent onboarding, better coaching conversations,, better approach to how we outbound and a faster path to sales readiness.

  ### 9. Parallel Dialing and AI Insights That Drive Real Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preeti Y. | Senior BDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

It is a very easy to use product with simple interface. The parallel dialing features—like smart number suggestions, quick switching, and seamless call performance with zero delay—are my favorite parts of Orum. Integrations with CRM, Salesloft, and LinkedIn provide instant prospect background during mass dialing, while the overall platform stability keeps our outreach running fast.

The automated AI notes quickly summarize calls and highlight key focus areas, helping me sharpen my cold calling and book more qualified meetings. Whenever issues pop up, the quick ticket tab and expert technical support team resolve them fast. Although it's a premium platform, the sheer boost in connect rates and efficiency makes it worth every penny.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Sometime the screen lag causes delay in responding to call.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to do cold call and could maximum dail 100 numbers that was exhausting in outbound, writing notes, recording manually and than adding was so much time consuming. Orum solved these issues.

  ### 10. Seamless Integrations, Powerful AI Coaching, and an Outstanding Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline B. | Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The direct integrations that Orum provides allows for an easy flow of information from the SEP to the dialer back to the SEP and then to the CRM. As someone in operations it is always extremely important that all of the tools are speaking with one another and that all of the information is flowing from one to the next.

Along with the AI capabilities that they currently have from the call summaries, scorecards, and the role play allows for SDRs to be coached and review their calls in real time rather than having to wait for manager one on ones to review. I have already seen an increase in connect to conversation rates and meeting rates increase since the team has been proactive in utilizing these AI functions!

Lastly, the whole team from AE, CSM, to Support has been out of this world with ensuring that our entire Global SDR team has been onboarded efficiently, they understand the UI and all of the different capabilities, and that they are confident in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The main thing that I would like to see more from Orum is inside of the CRM integration and to be able to create automations within Orum that will trigger certain behavior within Salesforce. For example being able to automatically change the status of a prospect in Salesforce when a certain disposition is selected. Currently we are having to create automations within the CRM, so having it all consolidated in one tool would be beneficial.

Along with their advancements in AI, I would like more ability to map information from the scorecard/call summaries directly into fields in the CRM. This would reduce manual inputs from the sellers and allow them to make more calls.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we expanded our SDR team we wanted to cast a wider net on the individuals we are calling and found that one by one dialing in our SEP was not cutting it and we wanted to introduce parallel dialing to our organization. We found that the majority of the reps were spending hours a day on the phone to only connect with a handful of people and that was money we were losing. Ever since we bought Orum, we have seen the team get more time back in their day which allows them to research and prospect into their target accounts.

  ### 11. Orum: Easy to Use, Seamless Integrations, and a Huge Productivity Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie R. | Business Development Rep, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I've been an Orum power user for more than 2 years. It is by far the best sales tool I've ever used. It has a really easy to use interface, it integrates easily into our other existing tools, and it helps me reach more prospects than I would manually dialing. When there has been a problem the support responds within 20-30 minutes and resolves the problems. For the price, I cant think of a better tool that boost productivity and helps me build my pipeline. I have used this application every day for over 2 years. Overall I would recommend Orum to every BDR team out there. If you want to make 500 calls a day, you can. If you want to prioritize prospects and personalize phone calls, you can. The AI features help you take better notes for better follow ups but also to refine messaging and improve your skills. The efficiency gain over other tools is night and day and worth every penny

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The only downside to orum is 'spamming' your prospects. But I think thats more of a user mistake then anything. If you understand how to keep your phone numbers from getting marked as spam, prioritize the 'hot' numbers with personalization, the return is 10 fold.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps me reach more prospects in a shorter amount of time. It helps me prioritize the hot numbers with personalized openers, while quickly going through prospects who normally dont answer the phone. This has helped me not just book more meetings, but actually build substantial pipeline

  ### 12. Orum’s Local Number Management Boosted Our Cold Call Answer Rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darina G. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like best about Orum is its number management system. The platform provides local phone numbers for the regions you're calling, and those numbers are regularly monitored to help maintain a strong reputation and avoid being flagged as spam. As a result, our answer rates are noticeably higher, which makes cold calling much more effective.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. The product has worked really well for our team, and the customer support has been outstanding whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Orum and haven't encountered anything I would consider a downside.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum has significantly improved our outbound calling process. The auto-dialer allows me to reach far more prospects in less time, making it much easier to maintain a high call volume. It also automatically uses the most appropriate local phone number based on the region I'm calling, and those numbers are regularly monitored to help maintain a good reputation and reduce the likelihood of being flagged as spam, which improves answer rates.

Another valuable feature is the contact enrichment. When phone numbers are missing or incomplete, Orum helps fill in those gaps, making it easier to connect with new prospects. Overall, it's a reliable, user-friendly platform that makes outbound prospecting much more efficient.

  ### 13. Streamlined Calling with Great Insights and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron N. | Account executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Copilot said: I like Orum because it's extremely user-friendly and packed with features that help maximize productivity. One of my favorite aspects is the variety of dialing options, such as the Parallel Dialer and Power Dialer, which allow me to connect with more prospects in less time. The ability to use local presence and different phone numbers based on a prospect's region has also helped improve my connection rates significantly.

I also appreciate how seamlessly Orum integrates with tools like Salesforce and Salesloft, making it easy to keep records updated and stay organized without adding extra administrative work. Beyond the dialing capabilities, the insights and analytics are incredibly valuable. Being able to track connect rates, call outcomes, productivity metrics, and overall performance helps me identify what's working and where I can improve.

Overall, Orum has helped me become more efficient with my outreach, increase meaningful conversations, and spend more time engaging with prospects rather than manually managing the dialing process. It's been a great tool for improving both productivity and results.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think the biggest challenge with Orum was the initial learning curve, especially getting comfortable speaking immediately after hearing the beep when someone answers. At first, it can feel a little unnatural compared to traditional dialing, but like any new platform, it takes time and practice to build that rhythm and become familiar with the system.
Once I got past that adjustment period, the platform became much easier to use and fit naturally into my workflow. There are occasional situations where call connections can catch you off guard, especially when you're moving quickly between conversations, but that's part of the learning process. The benefits and efficiencies Orum provides far outweigh those minor challenges.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with the platform. The dialing capabilities, integrations, analytics, and time savings have had a positive impact on my productivity, and I haven't experienced any major issues beyond the normal ramp-up period that comes with learning a new tool.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copilot said: Orum helps solve the challenge of reaching more prospects efficiently by improving connection rates and reducing time spent manually dialing. The platform's insights and analytics help me understand my performance and identify areas for improvement. Its integrations with Salesforce and Salesloft also streamline workflows, reduce administrative work, and keep records updated automatically. Overall, Orum allows me to spend more time having meaningful conversations with prospects and less time managing the process.

  ### 14. Orum Makes Outbound Dialing Seamless and More Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael N. | Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum is a very easy way for our sales reps to increase their outbound dial numbers. It connects direct to Salesforce, and engagement tools like Salesloft so that reps can pull in their contact lists seamlessly.

This has significantly increased the # of dials and the quality of those dials for our teams that are outbounding consistently. Not only can we see the numbers improve, but it gives us visibility into what is working and not working when it comes to talk tracks and handling objections.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There haven't been very many downsides to using Orum - it is seamless to set up, and as long as your reps invest a small amount of time in learning how to effectively use it, it works very well for our team!

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Orum, our dial numbers were much lower than we needed and the classic "cold calling is dead" phrasing is what we heard from our teams. It was inconsistent to track who was making dials, how often, and the results we were seeing.

Orum solved those. problems, proving that cold calling is in fact alive and very well for those who use it effectively, proving that it is one of our most efficient channels for generating opportunities! AND we can track it in real time.

  ### 15. Orum Makes Outbound Calling Efficient with an Intuitive, Reliable Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared P. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum makes outbound calling far more efficient by helping reps spend less time dialing and more time in live conversations. The platform is intuitive, consistently reliable, and integrates naturally into the sales workflow without adding unnecessary complexity. Onboarding and support have been strong as well; Jessica and the broader team are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

One area for improvement is that setup and workflow tuning can take some time before everything feels fully optimized. Once configured, though, the platform is straightforward, and the support team is very helpful when questions come up.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum takes a lot of the busywork out of outbound calling. Instead of reps spending most of their time dialing, waiting, and leaving voicemails, they can focus more on actual conversations. It helps the team move faster, stay in a better rhythm, and get more out of each calling block.

  ### 16. Optimized Cold Calling with Fast Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag S. | BDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I love Orum's faster dial speed, which allows me to reach more prospects efficiently, enhancing my cold-calling efforts. The ability to cover more ground and connect with relevant personas is invaluable, especially in my line of work. The great dialer features eliminate unnecessary delays and improve my productivity significantly. I also appreciate how Orum integrates effortlessly with my SalesLoft account, streamlining my workflow. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy, and the onboarding team was really supportive, ensuring a smooth transition into using the software.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I noticed a slight lag while using the power dialer between the pickup and the actual connect.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to sort prospects, dial faster, and avoid call screeners and voicemails. It helps me cover more ground on accounts and prospects, reaching more relevant personas efficiently.

  ### 17. Major Gains in Output and Results with Orum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber T. | Sales Development Manager, North America Direct, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Efficiency and increased output and results. Dials per week increased by 39%, connect rate increased by 150%, and conversations per day increased by 250%. I love the Virtual Salesfloor: it creates a live, collaborative calling environment where reps can see who’s actively dialing, listen in on calls, provide feedback, and drive team momentum—replicating the energy of an in-office sales pit. I also like the “When to Call” Analytics: it leverages historical call data to pinpoint optimal outreach times and improve effectiveness by showing when prospects are most receptive to calls. Lastly, I really appreciate our Customer Success Manager and Account Manager; it’s been a great partnership.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

It’s not best practice to use Parallel Dialer (Dials multiple numbers at once (simultaneously), using AI to detect when a real human picks up and instantly routes the call to the rep) to call more than a few contacts at a time, because it can actually hurt results. Teams can end up over-rotating on this feature, and once that habit forms, it’s hard to break. Also, sometimes it’s difficult to reproduce technical issues after they’ve already passed make it hard to report to tech support.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency and increased output with stronger results. Dials per week increased by 39%, connect rate increased by 150%, conversations per day increased by 250%, and meetings scheduled per week increased by 120%.

  ### 18. Effective Power Dialer That Cuts Outbound Calling Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aravind T. | Lead Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

An effective power dialer that significantly reduces the time spent on outbound calling. Features such as automatically switching to a different phone number after every 20 dials also help improve call answer rates by reducing the likelihood of calls being flagged as spam.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The Outreach integration could be a lot better. The data captured in Outreach isn’t accurate with regard to dispositions and call durations. Unfortunately, our management often relies on reports in Outreach, so these inaccuracies can be a real issue.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During hectic weeks, Orum helps me save a lot of time and stay on top of things. I can create one-off tasks for myself in Outreach and then reach out through Orum much faster than with any other tool.

  ### 19. AI native tool for easing outbound efforts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi S. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The best part about orum -
1. The AI notes.
2. the assistant that reviews each of your call and explains about the areas of improvemnet.
3. The best part, it did not take us much time to get handy with the tool, just fetch a report and good to go.
4. Numbers, the option to change the numbers

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

there is nothing that is a red flag, but yes waiting for a feature wherein we can get to know the time zone of the user

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oh the ease of dialing - be it manual or power dialling
notes- creating AI notes after each call and then pasting it directly into our CRM is much of our job done.

  ### 20. Orum Frees Up Reps’ Time for More Real Customer Conversations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea M. | Outreach Enablement Specialist, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Listening to ringtones, hitting disconnected numbers, or leaving 20 voicemails in a row is exhausting and eats up time that no one has today. Orum gives our reps more time to have real conversations with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

With parallel dialing, the reps have no idea who will answer until the exact second they pick up. Reps have to instantly react and pitch without context, which can lead to generic, unpersonalized conversations and it is a learning curve for most.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum has many great features, but the most helpful part for me has been our relationship with the support team. Arial approaches support as an active enablement partnership rather than a slow, ticket-based help desk, which completely changes the user experience. She feels like an extension of our internal team, sharing resources and working 1:1 with users when they run into challenges.

On top of that, they can handle a high volume of calls quickly, keeping the workflow moving and making the overall process feel efficient.

  ### 21. Orum’s AI Dialer Supercharged My Prospecting Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham D. | Sr. BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The most valuable aspect of Orum for my daily workflow is the sheer efficiency of its AI-powered dialer and parallel calling features. Instead of manually dialing and dealing with downtime, it lets me focus entirely on live conversations with prospects. The seamless integration with Outreach and my CRM eliminates manual data entry, so I don't have to move prospects between systems, allowing me to spend my energy strictly on prospecting and booking meetings.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The main drawbacks are occasional AI misclassifications on call dispositions and minor platform lag. Additionally, parallel dialing relies heavily on clean data to work well, and the workflow customization options feel a bit limited.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Orum solves is rep downtime, it eliminates manual dialing, dead rings, and data entry post-call. The biggest benefit for me is pure efficiency: I spend way less time staring at phone screens and far more time actually talking to prospects and hitting my quota faster.

  ### 22. Streamlines Sales Calls, But Needs Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subham P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like how Orum's AI-powered dialer, parallel calling, and seamless CRM integration save me a lot of time. It helps me focus more on having live conversations with prospects instead of manually dialing. This automation reduces downtime and eliminates manual data entry, allowing me to concentrate on prospecting and booking meetings. The integration with Outreach means that data flows seamlessly, so I don't have to manually move prospects between systems.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There are a few areas that could be improved. The AI can occasionally misclassify call outcomes, and parallel dialing isn't always as effective depending on data quality. The platform can sometimes feel laggy and experiences minor issues. I would also like more flexibility in customizing workflows. So, the occasional bugs, inaccurate call detection, and limited customization are areas I'd say need attention.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum eliminates manual dialing, reducing downtime and improving connect rates slightly. It automates repetitive tasks, letting me have more conversations with prospects. The AI-powered dialer, parallel calling, and seamless CRM integration save me time, so I spend more time talking and less on admin work.

  ### 23. Orum Supercharges Productivity with Parallel Dialing and Coaching Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like most about Orum is how much it improves our team's productivity and calling efficiency. It helps SDRs connect with more prospects in less time through parallel dialing, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to stay focused on meaningful conversations. The analytics and coaching insights are also valuable for helping reps improve their performance and drive better results.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

One downside is that Orum can sometimes create too much focus on activity volume, particularly the number of dials, rather than the quality of conversations and outcomes. More dials do not necessarily translate into more connections, meetings, or pipeline.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is helping solve the challenge of increasing sales productivity and prospect coverage without requiring SDRs to spend hours manually dialing numbers. It allows our team to reach more prospects efficiently, have more live conversations, and spend more time on high-value activities such as research, personalization, and discovery. From a leadership perspective, it also provides visibility into call activity and coaching opportunities, helping us drive consistency and improve overall team performance. While activity alone does not guarantee results, Orum helps create more opportunities for meaningful conversations that can lead to meetings and pipeline.

  ### 24. Efficient Prospecting with Integration Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that Orum makes calling simpler and allows me to access information about my prospects while I call. It helps me dial through a list of prospects a lot quicker and in a more organized fashion, and also lets me see a lot of the information on each prospect. Instead of just looking at a name, I can also see the last times I've called them and if I've talked to them before. That's really helpful when calling through a list of prospects. The initial setup of Orum was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I sometimes find that it doesn't sync to Outreach or Salesforce, which are other tools that I use.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps me dial a list of prospects a lot quicker, in a more organized fashion, and lets me see information on each prospect. It simplifies calling and provides valuable context like past interactions while I'm on a call.

  ### 25. A Game-Changer for Outbound Prospecting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leila B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has been a game changer for my outbound prospecting. It helps me connect with more prospects and spend less time manually dialing, allowing me to focus on the conversations that matter. I find the platform easy to use, which has made my calling blocks much more productive. The automation features such as automated calling, predictive dialing, and disposition mapping, as well as integration with Outreach, are very beneficial. They save me time from dialing numbers and waiting for unanswered calls, and significantly increase my call volume and meetings booked. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend Orum to sales teams looking to scale their outreach efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

N/A

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for outbound prospecting, connecting with more prospects efficiently. It saves time with automated calling and predictive dialing, improves call volume and meeting bookings, and reduces manual dialing and low connection rates.

  ### 26. Helping Me Book More Meetings Every Week

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranjith V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has completely changed the way I approach outbound calling. The parallel dialler helps me connect with significantly more prospects every day, which means I'm spending more time having conversations instead of waiting for calls to connect. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and Salesloft, so my workflow stays efficient without extra admin.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There isn't much to dislike. If I had one suggestion, it would be deeper Salesforce automation, such as automatically updating lead or contact statuses based on call dispositions. Also, like any parallel dialling platform, reps need to follow best practices around number management and personalisation to avoid calls being flagged as spam. Other than that, it's been a great experience using Orum.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum has solved one of the biggest challenges in outbound sales: the amount of time wasted on manual dialling and unanswered calls. With parallel dialling, I'm able to connect with more prospects in less time, which has significantly increased the number of meaningful conversations and meetings I book.

  ### 27. Efficient Sequential Dialing with Stellar AI Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpit J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like how Orum helps me with sequential calling and segregating numbers for actual pickups; it's almost like a CRM for me. I find the BoostConnect feature really helpful because it picks the right local number to call people, improving pick-up rates. The AI coaching in Orum has been great for getting suggestions on how I can improve my cold calling. I also found the initial setup with integrations like Salesforce and SalesLoft quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think the fact that can be improved is when I dial through Salesforce list, it doesn't get updated on SalesLoft, so I have to open two different apps just to check my data. That doesn't affect me that much, but it's an inconvenience.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for sequential calling. It helps segregate numbers for better pickup rates, acts as a CRM, and reduces dialing time. Features like Boost Connect increase pickups with local numbers, and AI coaching offers call improvement suggestions.

  ### 28. Fast, Intuitive Calling with Smart Filtering and Number Enrichment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Being able to make calls faster, enrich numbers, and filter by pick-up percentage, among other options, there are many intuitive features that feel purpose-built to deliver the best experience when making a high volume of calls with the least amount of input required.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

So far, I’d say there isn’t much I dislike about Orum. One improvement I’d suggest is adding a Salesforce Marketing Activity filter alongside the “temperature” filter, so we can quickly see whether a prospect is “warm” or “cold” based on how engaged they’ve been with our events and marketing. That would make it easier to prioritise calls and go in better prepared, since relying only on whether they pick up can sometimes leave you a bit unprepared for more important conversations.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker dialing, better connection rates, and better phone numbers have helped me spend less time in the dialing process and can result in having more time/opportunity to book meetings.

  ### 29. Easy to Adopt, Saves Time, and Great Coaching Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

So far I’ve had a positive experience I like it. I find the platform easy to use and quick to adopt, and it’s already saving me a lot of time by reducing manual dialing so I can spend more time actually talking to prospects. I also really appreciate the coaching tools, live call review, and virtual salesfloor-style collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I’ve only used the platform for a couple of days, so I may not fully understand everything yet, and some of what I’m noticing could easily be user error on my end. That said, I do see a few areas that could use some improvement, including easier access to key information during calls (i.e. Salesforce Contacts to reference to the prospect)

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is helping solve the challenge of making outbound calling more efficient and effective. Instead of spending a large amount of time manually dialing numbers and waiting through unanswered calls, the platform helps streamline the process so reps can spend more time having real conversations with prospects.

That has been beneficial because it improves productivity, increases the number of meaningful connections, and helps the team work more consistently. It also reduces wasted time and makes it easier to keep outreach moving forward, which can lead to better pipeline generation and stronger results overall.

  ### 30. Streamlines Calling and Increases Live Conversations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sathish K. | Senior Account Executive - Inside Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What truly excites me about Orum is its incredible ability to enhance outbound calling productivity. The parallel dialer is a game-changer, effortlessly minimising the time I spend dialling manually and allowing me to focus on real conversations. I also love how clean and intuitive the user interface is; it’s user-friendly and lets even new users get started with confidence. Its seamless CRM integrations keep my call activities in sync, significantly reducing manual data entry and streamlining workflows.

Performance-wise, Orum continually impresses with fast dialing, minimal lag, and stable connections, even during busy prospecting periods. The AI-driven call detection is fantastic, effectively filtering out voicemails and disconnected numbers, which ultimately boosts my connect rates and enhances the productivity of my calling blocks. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team has always been ready to assist with any questions I’ve had. Overall, from a return on investment perspective, Orum truly maximises every hour spent on prospecting by generating more meaningful conversations and qualified meetings, making it an invaluable asset for outbound sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

While Orum has been a valuable tool overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. The interface is generally easy to use, but some settings and reporting options can be hard to find, especially for newer users. The CRM integrations work well for core activities, but occasional sync delays or limited customisation can require manual verification. Performance is usually reliable, although I've experienced occasional call quality fluctuations or slower loading during heavy calling sessions. From a pricing perspective, it can be a significant investment for smaller teams, so organisations need to ensure they're fully utilising the platform to maximise ROI. The onboarding process is straightforward, but having more advanced training resources and best-practice guides would help teams get the most value faster. The AI features do a good job identifying live conversations, but there are times when call detection isn't perfect, and I'd like to see more AI-driven insights and coaching recommendations to help improve outreach effectiveness.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Orum, a large part of my day was spent manually dialling numbers, waiting for calls to connect, leaving voicemails, and switching between different tools to log activities. It was difficult to maintain a high level of outbound activity while still having enough time for meaningful prospect conversations.

Orum has solved that productivity challenge by automating dialling and using AI to identify live calls, allowing me to spend more time speaking with prospects rather than waiting between calls. Its CRM integration keeps call activities organised and reduces manual updates, while the platform's reliable performance makes it easy to run focused calling sessions. The onboarding process was quick, so I was able to adopt it without much downtime, and support has been helpful whenever I needed assistance. Although it's a premium solution, the increase in live conversations, qualified meetings, and overall efficiency has made the investment worthwhile. Overall, Orum has helped me use my prospecting time more effectively and generate better outbound results.

  ### 31. A Game-Changer for Outbound Sales Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like best about Orum is how it helps sales teams spend more time having meaningful conversations and less time on repetitive manual dialing. Its AI-powered parallel dialing and smart call automation significantly increase connect rates while reducing idle time between calls. I also appreciate how seamlessly it fits into existing sales workflows with CRM integrations, making it easy to manage outreach without switching between multiple tools. Beyond productivity, Orum provides actionable conversation insights and analytics that help reps continuously improve their performance. Overall, it enables sales teams to book more meetings, work more efficiently, and focus on building genuine relationships with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Sometimes number show spam but mostly it's good

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum solves one of the biggest challenges in outbound sales: the amount of time reps lose to manual dialing, voicemails, and unanswered calls. By automating the dialing process and using AI to maximize live conversations, it helps me connect with more prospects in less time. This has improved my daily productivity, increased the number of quality conversations I have, and ultimately helped generate more meetings. Its seamless CRM integration and call analytics also reduce administrative work while providing valuable insights to refine my outreach strategy. Overall, Orum allows me to focus on selling instead of repetitive, low-value tasks.

  ### 32. Revolutionized Our Prospect Dialing Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really appreciate the multiple number feature in Orum, where I can have up to 10 numbers and dial prospects from them. This feature allows me to connect with prospects more professionally by using numbers from specific cities and states, which improves my dial-to-pickup ratio. I also like the option to change numbers every 30 dials to prevent them from getting spammed. It's incredibly helpful for organizing prospects into categories for both outbound and inbound dialing. The auto dialer feature is fantastic, as it saves me from manual dialing and lets me multitask. I love that it's integrated with Outreach and Salesforce CRM, making my workflow seamless. Logging in is a breeze with their SSO login feature.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I find the AI transcript feature good, but I think it could be better with an AI-generated script feature while a call gets connected with a prospect.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to dial Outbound and Inbound prospects efficiently, avoid non-dialable numbers, and connect with prospects using multiple state numbers. Its auto dialer feature reduces manual effort and lets me multitask.

It allows me to connect with more people in less time by dialing multiple prospects simultaneously. It also keeps my call notes organized and easy to access, making follow-ups more efficient. Overall, it's helped increase my productivity, keep me organized, and improve my sales conversations over time.

  ### 34. Orum Boosted My Call Volume and Makes Sharing Call Summaries Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tadgh H. | Sales Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has been helpful for handling and calling through multiple top ICPs. I feel like this product is a big reason I’ve been able to manage a higher call volume, and that’s also one of the outcomes I’m aiming for. Also their AI note summary from a call is great for quick summaries to share during the sales journey.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Orum's UI could be a bit simpler and more adjustable on the tiles to have better visibility on the account I'm calling into.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is solving the target outreach issue by allowing me to have mass target call volume while still providing me strong summaries of the people I do connect too.

  ### 35. Streamlined Outreach with Minor Connectivity Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BETANIA G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really appreciate how Orum allows me to reach out to more than five people at a time, which expedites the process of connecting with prospects. Additionally, I find it helpful that I can keep track of our clients by letting notes be placed in the app with the AI tool, making it a valuable feature. The initial setup was actually very easy as it integrated smoothly with Google, allowing us to link accounts and have everything available right away.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The only thing I'll say that might be improved is the timing when it comes to picking up the phone. And if the calls can get connected sooner than expected, it would be perfect for us to avoid any issues with clients.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Orum lets me reach more than five prospects at once, expediting outreach. It helps track clients with notes in the app, thanks to the AI tool, which I find very helpful.

  ### 36. Orum + HubSpot Integration with Consistent Call Grading and Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire Q. | Inside Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like most about Orum is that it goes beyond helping our sales team increase outbound dials. Its direct integration with HubSpot fits easily into our existing processes, while the scorecards and call grading allow me to review conversations and provide ongoing coaching. I’ve also found Orum’s grading to be very consistent with how I would evaluate my team.

The dashboards provide valuable insight into overall call activity, list performance, and account performance, including how many calls are being made to each account. This information helps me identify trends, understand what’s working, and make more informed decisions about our outbound strategy.

I also really like the virtual workspaces, which have been extremely helpful for onboarding and training while encouraging the team to interact with one another as they make calls. The live-listening feature also allows me to provide immediate feedback and coaching. On top of all of that, Orum’s onboarding and ongoing training have been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There’s nothing that stands out to me. The only area for improvement would be more flexibility around task completion. For my team specifically, I would prefer Orum to complete a task only when a demo is scheduled, rather than after any general connection.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps us increase outbound call volume while giving me the visibility and coaching tools to identify trends, improve performance, and better train and manage my team.

  ### 37. Effortlessly Connects with Multiple Customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dewil D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like Orum because it solves the problem of connecting with a lot of customers quickly, which helps me make sales. I especially appreciate being able to select and call 10 people at a time, which is incredibly useful when I have to call a large number of customers. Just by adding my list, I can go through a thousand people in a day without having to dial them one by one. The initial setup was really easy; it's straightforward and just a two-button process as you're calling.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think that sometimes it gets a little bit laggy, but I know that it's not a long time that it does that. Well, I would like to have a note feature, like if I call that customer before, it can put that note, and I can see it after I call them again, like the notes that remain on each client.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps me connect with a lot of customers, making sales easier. I can select to call 10 people at a time and even go through a list of a thousand people in a day.

  ### 38. Supercharges Sales Calls with Advanced Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I use Orum for sales calls and appreciate how it allows me to handle multiple calls at once. Orum's speed, analytics, and AI notes are really beneficial for me. I like that it provides a clean format of my prospects, helping me stay organized, and it's great that I can create and save AI notes for future follow-ups. The ability to record a call screener and voicemail and add up to 10 numbers to call from is also a feature I find very useful. Orum helps with my time management, efficiency, and keeps everything very organized. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I find that sometimes the AI notes do not include the prospect's side of the call, and there can be connection problems when doing more than 4-5 parallel dials. The parallel dialing issue is probably due to technical challenges when dialing too many numbers at once.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to make multiple calls at once, keep my prospects organized, and save AI notes for follow-ups. I love the speed and analytics it provides.

  ### 39. Efficient Dialing for High-Volume Cold Calling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saif K. | Tennis Instructor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that I can call multiple people at the same time, and then it connects me once somebody's picked up. This feature helps me a lot since I have a lot of prospects, usually in the hundreds, to call on a weekly basis. Being able to call three or four people at a time saves me a lot of time while still allowing me to have a conversation with the customer. Also, the initial setup of Orum was pretty easy, and I didn't really have to think about it much.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think sometimes I get connected to AI screeners or to dial trees or gatekeepers, and in those scenarios, I'd rather it just continue dialing instead of connecting me. And sometimes there's a lag when a prospect does pick up.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for parallel dialing while cold calling, allowing me to have more conversations with customers and go through my call list faster. It connects me once someone picks up, saving time on my weekly calls to hundreds of prospects.

  ### 40. Orum: A Game-Changer for Prospecting Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really like the ability Orum has to auto leave voicemails whenever a voicemail is detected; this feature saves me time as I don't have to wait and leave a voicemail each time. It automatically starts dialing the next person while leaving a voicemail, which helps me call more people efficiently. The new AI scoring feature is also impressive as it gives me accurate feedback on how well my calls are going. This helps confirm whether a call went well or I could have pushed harder and what I need to improve on or have in the bag already. I also like how it integrates nicely with our CRM. Additionally, the setup for me when I got hired onto the company was very seamless and easy. Overall, it's the best dialer I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I personally do not have any dislikes.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Orum speeds up my calls more than manual dialing, prevents calls from being marked as spam, and increases my pickup rates. I use Orum's auto voicemail to save time and its AI score to confirm call quality.

  ### 41. Best Asset for Sales Reps to Keep a Consistent Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Analyst, Sales Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

It's the best asset in your toolbox as a sales rep to keep up a consistent pipeline of new customers!

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

It's nearly perfect, I think some feedback we've gotten is some users would like a short delay between dials if possible... even just 3 to 5 seconds some would appreciate. Other functionality we hope to see is a new disposition to remove all contacts from an account when it's been qualified or disqualified.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed at which im able to work through accounts as a sales rep. I can qualify or disqualify accounts in record time, it genuinely helps you connect with prospects much better than other methods.

  ### 42. Fast Parallel Dialing + AI Coaching That Drives More Live Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has become a central part to how our SDR org runs its phones. The parallel dialing is fast and the connection quality is solid, so reps spend their time actually talking to people instead of listening to dial tones. That sounds simple, but the business impact is real — more live conversations per hour translates directly into more meetings booked, and we can see it in the connect-rate data every single week.

The AI is where it's gotten really fun lately. The AI call coaching scores every call a rep makes, which has been a game-changer for how our managers and enablement team coach. Instead of spot-checking a handful of calls, we're getting signal on the whole team. Pair that with the reporting — I can pull dialing heat maps, connect rates by list, and conversation data — and it makes it easy to spot the levers that actually drive pipeline.

Support and CSM engagement have been excellent too. Our CSM runs training sessions for our reps, sends quick walkthrough videos when features change, and is genuinely invested in our adoption. It feels like a partnership, not just a vendor login.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Nothing major. Getting international/EMEA number coverage dialed in took some back-and-forth, but the team was responsive in working through it. Overall the platform does what we need it to.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem is rep efficiency on the phones — how do you get more quality conversations without burning reps out on manual dialing? Orum solves that. The connect-rate lift is the headline: more connects means more conversations means more pipeline, full stop. The AI coaching layer then helps us turn those extra reps into better reps by scoring calls at scale. And with Orum leaning into AI-powered phone intelligence to surface the most accurate, actionable numbers, I'm optimistic the connect rates only get better from here. For a fast-growing sales org, it's exactly the kind of tool that compounds.

  ### 43. Orum Transformed Our SDR Outbound Prospecting and Pipeline Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum has been one of the best investments we've made for our SDR organization. It has fundamentally changed the way our team approaches outbound prospecting and has had a measurable impact on activity levels, conversations, meetings, and ultimately pipeline creation.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

there is nothing I can say here- there are features I am excited about in the future with AI

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I appreciate most is that Orum allows our SDRs to spend more time actually talking to prospects and less time navigating voicemails, bad numbers, and manual dialing. That efficiency translates directly into better performance against the metrics that matter most. Our team is consistently achieving higher call volumes, more live conversations, more meetings booked, and stronger pipeline generation because they're spending their time where it creates the most value.

The platform is intuitive, reliable, and easy for new SDRs to adopt, which has also helped reduce ramp time for new hires. As a global SDR organization, having a solution that scales while maintaining a great user experience has been incredibly valuable.

  ### 44. Streamlined Prospecting with Excellent CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like Orum's integrations with our CRMs, which are valuable for the companies we work with. Additionally, I appreciate how it allows us to handle multiple lists on a daily basis. This efficiency helps us reduce time and connect with the right client quickly. I also really like the filters and find the setup experience straightforward and direct with no hassles.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I really like the filters Orum has, but I think it could have a better way to add more ways to filter out customers. There's room for improvement by adding way more dispositions for when we're calling customers and also including more targeted filters with specific profiles.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for daily prospecting and finding customers, helping me reach out to the right client at the right time. Its CRM integrations and handling of multiple lists save time and streamline connections.

  ### 45. Efficient Power Dialing, Needs Better Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like that Orum lets me power dial and see numbers before I call them. I appreciate the ability to call multiple numbers at one time, which helps me reach a lot of prospects in a short amount of time. Switching numbers is handy when I call from one number for too long. The power dialing feature and the ability to call multiple people in one account about a specific workload save me time.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think the number temperature could be a little better because sometimes I have numbers that are listed as hot, and they never pick up. I'd like more accuracy in that feature.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to solve the problem of manually dialing on my cell phone. I can call many prospects quickly, and I find that the power dialing and calling multiple numbers saves me time.

  ### 46. Higher Connect Rates with Excellent Analytics and Coaching Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | SDR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The connect rates are higher than on many other platforms that my teams have used, and Boost Connect helps get us in front of the prospects we’re trying to reach. The analytics are excellent for tracking progress and growth, and the coaching tools are really starting to come together.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The UI still has room to grow and can feel a bit glitchy at times. I also think it would benefit from more native integrations, or at least more open API options.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with our cold call connect rates, and given great insights into where people are performing well and have room for growth - so we can see how their cold calls are going and coach where we need to.

  ### 47. AI-Driven Sales Coaching, with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like Orum because it has AI technology that provides coaching every step of the way if desired. I don't have to rely on anyone else for coaching because the AI technology is always available whenever I need it. I also enjoy the role-playing feature, allowing me to prepare for a sales call by putting myself in the position before it happens. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Sometimes there seem to be glitches in the system where a malfunction happens for no reason. It will not record the meeting notes. It says 'Unable to Login.' These are technical issues I have no idea how to solve.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps me track my numbers, organizes my leads, and provides coaching through AI technology. I don't rely on others for coaching and can role-play sales calls to prepare effectively.

  ### 48. Orum Makes Cold Calling Easy, Enjoyable, and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zaid F. | Business Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

What I like best about Orum is how easy and enjoyable it makes cold calling. The platform is simple to use, helps me get through more dials efficiently, and makes the overall calling experience feel far less repetitive .

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

At times, there can be slight delays between calls or occasional connection issues, but overall the platform is very easy to use and works well.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum helps solve low connectivity by allowing me to reach more prospects in less time. This means I spend less time manually dialling and waiting, and more time having real conversations with potential customers.

  ### 49. Improved my connection rate and workflow significantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle W. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like how I can rotate through several numbers and track my connection rate on each one, which ultimately allows me to have a really good connection rate. Call feedback is also very helpful, reviewing conversations and adding to my talk track.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Only improvement I could think of is to be able to better re-organise my call list and the order I dial through, instead of cancelling one's I want to call later.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving connection rates as it's taking away the likelihood of my number showing as spam since it cycles through several. AI coaching and feedback is very helpful, adding questions to my talk track and improving what I say.

  ### 50. Orum Makes High-Volume Outbound Calling Truly Manageable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rijad S. | SDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum makes high-volume outbound calling actually manageable. The auto-dialing cuts out all the dead time between calls, so I can get through way more of my list without losing momentum. It's been a solid piece of my daily prospecting stack alongside Sales Nav and ZoomInfo.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Nothing major, but the interface can feel a bit clunky

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum solves the manual dialing bottleneck, instead of clicking through numbers one by one and losing time between calls, it keeps me moving through my list continuously. That's meant more conversations per day and less time wasted on admin, which directly translates to more meetings booked.
