I like the user-friendly platform, and the ease of use in setting up hyper-targeted advertising and email campaigns. The program was easy to implement in our organization from day one. I use the platform every day, and have utilized a variety of integrations, including with our donor database, that makes our data even more robust and accurate. I found Feathr to be very easy to use and to implement. I have been a user since July 2022. If you want to grow your community and expand your audience, Feathr is a great tool. Feathr is still a young company. Over the past two years, my biggest negative takeaway has been the customer support. When you don't need support, their team always wants your attention, and when you do, they vanish. The level of support you receive solely comes down to how committed your CSM is. I've had CSM's with them who were eager to help me and others who have never even responded to an email I've sent. Their accounting department is incredibly disorganized. Keep an eye on them to ensure invoices are paid and funds are allocated correctly (especially prepaid media funds). Also, Feathr's price has risen every single year -- by thousands. Feathr makes digital advertising easy. You can use Feathr to advertise to your target audience across various sites as they browse the web while shopping or reading the latest news. You can pinpoint the specific audience you want to target with these ads by running various campaign types through Feathr, such as retargeting (targeting your previous website visitors), email mapping (targeting your email lists), geofencing (targeting users in a specific location), and much more! Feathr also allows you to advertise through your own social media accounts and even send emails directly through the platform! The only downside to Feathr would be the financial investment required, but at our organization, it has been worth it! I would not let the financial investment hold you back from utilizing Feathr if you have the means to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feathr is a big financial investment, bigger than I've ever been able to make for advertising, so what do I like about it?

With Feathr, I can dig into a set of tools and think about what I'm trying to accomplish, I can come up with a strategy, and their help desk and our success manager are incredibly responsive and will double-check me and offer advice on other ways to approach the work. As a result, I've learned a lot.

Using this platform has helped us expand our audience and hone in on key audiences. An example - we run weekly events for families of K-12 kids and now we're layering in digital ads to complement our other outreach efforts. To give a snapshot of the impact: before running these ads, traffic to our event landing page was maxing out at around 300 views. 6 weeks later, 2,239 views are coming from people in the geographic communities where we hold these weekly family events and our weekly attendance doubled the week following the week we started the ads. There are a few things I'm not thrilled with but they aren't deal-breakers for us.

We will never use the email feature to replace Constant Contact - it just isn't as good. But we will use the email for a targeted campaign - like an end-of-year solicitation.

The ad design widget can be glitchy. Sometimes the changes don't take or get hung up. Luckily there's a way around it and I just use Canva to create the assets and then upload them. Works fine that way.

We're also hampered by the integration capabilities of our sites - particularly our donation platform. It doesn't play well with others so we miss out on conversion stats. That's not Feathr's fault, but buyers should know that some things like other third-party platforms won't work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feathr has an intuitive UI that makes it easy to build audiences and create multi-channel marketing campaigns that instantly deliver tangible results. Compared with other platforms, Feathr is more affordable while still offering an extensive toolkit to fundraise, build brand awareness, and increase your company or organization's impact.

So far, nothing. We have been using Feathr for over a year, and whenever there has been an issue, the Feathr team resolves it quickly and effectively. If I were to mention anything, it would be that I would like to see Feathr integrate 2FA and a mailing list sign-up feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
