Auto dialers can be overwhelming, but Nooks makes it easy. I'm able to complete calls efficiently and increase my connection rates. I can see which numbers are working, review past conversations with prospects when they pick up, and overall improve both call quality and quantity.
I like the UI, and I like the ability to take notes effectively. Now that I know how to pull in lists just by exporting from data enrichment directly, rather than having to create a Salesforce report from scratch, it makes things much easier. So the efficiency is a big factor for me. The disposition mapping with categories is pretty good. The follow-up reminder to call someone the day after or an hour after is really good too. Those are the two that stand out the most. It solves the problem of having to dial accounts manually and troll through LinkedIn and manual one-to-one dials. I can turn my mind off, listen to music, dial freely, and get a lot of meetings booked in concentrated dial blocks instead of having to do admin all day, plus the note taking is easy. The initial setup was fairly easy, and it's even easier now that I use the data enrichment export directly to the Nooks list rather than manual Salesforce list creation.
