Power dialer and feature functionality is super strong. Customer support gets back very prompt and we have a great relationships with our CSM. I feel like their Product update emails are informative without being too frequent.

I like the Virtual Workspaces in Nooks, which are a great teaching and morale boost for SDRs, especially those who are remote or distributed but need to learn as a group. The ability for SDRs to chat with each other while making dials helps them support and coach each other with tips. I also appreciate the ease of building reports, as they provide great visibility and are easy to use. Additionally, the integration with our email sequencer connects well. Nooks is also an organized Auto-Dialer with better coaching, which makes it valuable.
