Leoforce is extremely easy to learn and use. It is great for automating recruiting efforts, and the AI software does an excellent job of finding qualified candidates who are a strong match for your open positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workflows are not customizable, which is a bit annoying, and it would be more helpful if you could customize your workflows. Sometimes the quality of the candidates sourced by the AI tool isn't a strong fit for my needs, and I have sometimes had ssues with the AI tool contacting candidates outside of my specified parameters.
