What do you like best about Ashby?

Ashby is truly an all-in-one tool. You have the ATS, strong reporting capabilities, and an AI notetaker, so everything is in one place. The support is also amazing, and the team is very responsive and helpful. I also really appreciate how Ashby continuously evolves and introduces new features. What do you dislike about Ashby?

There’s a lot of functionality, so sometimes it can take a few extra clicks or a bit of time to figure out the best way to set something up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, the biggest benefit is having everything in one tool. Before Ashby, our TA team was using three different tools, one for the ATS, one for reporting, and one for the notetaker. Now we have everything in one place, which makes our day-to-day work much simpler.

The reporting has also been a big plus. Having all the data in one place gives leadership much better visibility. We have scheduled weekly reports, and they can also go into Ashby themselves to check the data whenever they need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
