It also includes a map and various types of modena to enter. I could not find a tool that met the needs of accountants, who were looking for an analytical breakdown into several accounts. This point played in Expensya's favor, everything can be configured. The application is multiplatform, it works both on mobile app -Android or IOS- and on any web browser. By having all the information digitized in the application, it will be available to all the departments involved (commercial, technical, administration, management) and allows multiple validation of expense reports. VAT management is easier with Expensia, as its powerful OCR allows to extract the different VAT rates applied to the corresponding taxable bases. **What do you dislike about Expensya?** Interestingly, the advice from most web design companies is poor and lacks breadth. In design they are spectacular, but an online platform cannot be just a pretty face. Having an aesthetically spectacular website, but without a previous study and a subsequent strategy, the only thing that guarantees is that it will become an online zombie that generates nothing but losses. But this platform complies with all web regulations and adapts to all types of users. **Recommendations to others considering Expensya:** yes **What problems is Expensya solving and how is that benefiting you?** For any accountant and for any seconded worker, the expense note is a real torture. When a company has salespeople or technicians on secondment, it has to pay their expenses. This is usually done by giving them a company card or by giving them a sum of money, which they then have to justify by providing receipts and invoices and the corresponding expense note, detailing the amount and place of the expense. This is a double administrative task: for the person who has to justify and for the person in charge who controls the expense. In addition, it then ends up in the accounting department, which will have to make the relevant entries. All this paperwork and Excel files becomes a tedious and complex task that everyone ends up hating. ### 14. At first, it seemed strange to me, but now I prefer it since it is very intuitive. It's true that at first, one thinks it's very cumbersome. At least that's what happened to me, as I had some trouble getting the document to be recognized automatically. Then I thought what a change for the worse we had made, but luckily, it was my mistake. Later I saw that the application did it very well and very precisely. Perhaps it needs a bit of polishing, but to find any fault with it. Before, it was a headache to have to enter the tickets in the archaic way we had implemented. **What do you dislike about Expensya?** At the moment, I haven't found anything, maybe the way of assigning project managers or resources like training since before my manager approved it and I didn't have any problems. But I guess it has nothing to do with Expensya, I suppose they must be the rules of the game. So, in general terms, for now, the application perfectly fulfills its purpose. **Recommendations to others considering Expensya:** If you have to use an app for expense management, expensya is the best application I have seen so far. **What problems is Expensya solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to manage my expenses for English and training courses. In the past, I had to scan my receipts and enter all the data field by field, and I had nothing to speed up this process, which became really tedious. Moreover, sometimes when the amount was very small, it almost wasn't worth the time to fill it out. But now it's wonderful how quickly and easily I can enter the expenses.
