Need help - What's the best compensation management software solution?

Hello! I’ve been tasked with finding a replacement for our current compensation management system. I’ve been exploring G2 and have a few products in mind. Can anyone tell me if I am missing any other good compensation mgmt solutions or would recommend any other options?
