I find Files.com to be very intuitive and easy to use. It provides many features not found in their competitors. There are times when Files.com goes down and stays that way for a period of time over the last couple of years. When it's down, there's no backup location, and clients can't share information. We also use Files.com for sending files back to our clients in some cases, and when it's down, critical business operations don't run properly.
