**What do you like best about Edicom EDI?**

It has helped streamline our tendering and load building process as well as invoicing and follow ups needed for the billing process. This has been a significant time saver.

**What do you dislike about Edicom EDI?**

It is very technical and specfic to what is needed. While our requests are met, it is very easy to have issues that we are not able to solve without direct help from their customer service team.

**What problems is Edicom EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving a ton of time with building loads and has automated the work that several employees with otherwise be tasked with. This frees us to focus on our customers and their requierments.
