## Close Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Sales Tracking with Close

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love the power dialer and voice mail drop features in Close; they make things a lot easier. The inbox is another favorite because it helps track activity on every single deal. It's amazing because I never miss any deals. I can set reminders and snooze tasks, so they always show up when needed. This makes Close very reliable in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Also, the initial setup was very simple and easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The only thing that could be better is the workflows. I feel like we could automate a lot more tasks rather than having to use third-party sources like Zapier if the workflows were more comprehensive.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close for internal sales tracking and lead generation. It solves tracking issues, finds lost leads, converts them into deals, and reports overall revenue. It's integral to our operations, helping with appointment settings and ensuring no deals are missed.

**Official Response from Sam Wild:**

> Thank you, Tristan! We appreciate your review.

  ### 2. Simple & Effective CRM with Minor Connectivity Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elle C. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close as my CRM for my sales position. It really helps me organize my tasks and follow up with clients, which is essential. I love creating solid processes with Close, and the pipeline feature is particularly helpful in staying on top of my opportunities. I also appreciate being able to text and email clients directly when following up with them. The fact that it's easy to use and has everything I need is a big plus. Additionally, I appreciate that when Close encounters a problem, they're very good at fixing it.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes the calls drop. And sometimes we can't always send messages because it disconnects our email.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to organize my tasks, follow up with clients, and create solid processes. I love the pipeline for staying on top of opportunities and appreciate being able to text and email clients easily.

  ### 3. Helps me keep patient enquiries and follow ups in one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.
I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.
For my work, I only need simple things like keeping notes, setting reminders, and replying to messages. Close covers these needs well and helps me manage clinic communication in a more organised way without making the process complicated.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. Also, I feel the notification alerts could be more reliable, because I still end up checking manually to make sure nothing is missed.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. At last, it makes handling enquiries feel less messy and more controlled. It gives me a clearer view of pending work without adding extra steps.

  ### 4. One of the best CRM for sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill O. | Sales Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Close?**

It’s easy to create email sequences and add prospects. Overall, it’s a great CRM, and I wish we could continue using it. Unfortunately, my company decided to build its own internal CRM.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The calling feature can feel a little sluggish at times, but it works excellently with the autodialer. The user interface is also a bit different compared to other CRMs, so it takes some time to get used to. Once you do, though, you should be good to go.

**Recommendations to others considering Close:**

Great CRM for sales can use email marketing and calling features

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can reach a large number of people through email sequences. Creating multiple sequences is really helpful, and having one mailbox per account works perfectly.

**Official Response from Sam Wild:**

> Thank you for your great Close review!

  ### 5. Highly Efficient Tool with Top-Notch Dialer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vatsal N. | Founder, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love Close's predictive dialer. We used to have multiple cold callers in our team but with that dialer, only 2-3 guys can do the job of 10. It saves the pain of handling multiple channels to look up each lead since I can get concentrated analytics of all channels here, act upon them, and follow up with them as well. Once a lead comes inside Close from our cold email campaigns, it gets assigned to our SDR team, and they quickly follow up with the lead directly from Close and even call them to share our offer.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Just the pricing seems to be a bit high for us at scale, no other complaints

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close consolidates multiple lead channels into one platform, providing concentrated analytics and facilitating follow-ups. I love its predictive dialer, which reduced our need for multiple callers, allowing 2-3 people to handle the workload of 10.

  ### 6. Streamlined Sales Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I mainly use Close to keep track of my sales pipeline, manage leads, and stay on top of follow-ups, which makes it easier to handle conversations with prospects. Close helps me avoid missing follow-ups and keeps all my customer details from getting scattered, bringing everything into one place so I can stay organized, respond on time, and focus more on closing deals. What I like most about Close is how easy and natural it feels to use. Everything, like emails, calls, and notes, is in one place, making it much simpler to manage. The setup of Close was pretty straightforward for me, and I was able to get started quickly and import my data without much problem.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think all are good but one thing I’ve noticed is that the customization options can feel a bit limited at times.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to track my sales pipeline, manage leads, and ensure follow-ups. It keeps my customer details organized, helping me focus on closing deals efficiently.

  ### 7. Powerful Communication Tool, Needs More Reliable Uptime

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close to reach out to new, potential clients and maintain regular communication with my existing contacts. It's great that I can quickly find contact information and review all of my recent interactions, which helps me keep track of everything. I really appreciate being able to hear recordings of my phone calls or see a transcript of past conversations, whether they're mine or my teammates'. It’s important to have small details clearly documented. I also find setting it up straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

There have been quite a few times when Close service has been out and/or impaired for our entire team. This has proven to be very difficult, since we rely on Close for our important communications. It would be nice to have an easier way to record service issues, so that we can report them and get them fixed ASAP. Our team sometimes has trouble recording and sharing issues with Close customer service.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to reach out to new clients and maintain communication with existing ones. Close helps me quickly find contact information and review all recent interactions with each person.

  ### 8. Sales-Focused CRM with Built-In Calling, Email, and SMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

The best thing about this Close CRM platform is that its sales focused execution. Where, unlike the generic CRMs out there, this CRM is specifically built for inside sales teams, where it has this built-in call feature, email, SMS and email, all in one single platform. Their ability to make calls directly from CRM helps us to track the conversations and update our crm for next-level action items for our internal teams for every lead. Their interface is also fast and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

This platform is strong for sales engagement activities, but it is also less flexible when it comes to customisation compared to other broader CRM platforms. Their reporting and analytics are also not as advanced as other enterprise platforms out there in this space. Also, for deeper marketing automation and complex workflows, this CRM might not be the perfect tool out there, since this is very sales-focused.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close CRM solves the problem of fragmented sales communication by combining the calling, emailing and pipeline management into a single system. With a visibility and quick reactive visibility in the communication with each and every individual lead, we were able to create a personalised strategy for all the leads in our system as per the current lifecycle stage status. Our deal lifecycle turnaround time can be planned and managed very effectively. Their slaes focused reporting structure can be automated on a weekly basis, which can be shared across the other teams to give a better visibility.

  ### 9. A Must-Have for Rapidly Growing Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I think Close has been probably the best tool we've used so far. It handles the amount of leads we get on a daily basis and manages calls and texts more efficiently than any platform we've ever used. We're all very happy with it, as I haven't heard any complaints from anyone in the company. Close solves a lot of sorting problems with leads, like identifying which are freshest, and keeps older leads in the system for follow-up. We've noticed a huge increase in sales since using Close because it makes it easier to communicate with leads. I find it very easy to use, and overall, it's just a great platform without any complaints whatsoever. The initial setup was extremely easy; it took me maybe five to ten minutes to learn, and then I was basically a pro. Also, integrating Close with Trellis has made contacting leads extremely easy compared to what we were doing before.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves our lead sorting issues, helping to manage both fresh and older leads efficiently. We've seen a huge increase in sales since using Close because it simplifies communication with leads.

  ### 10. Easy to Use CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close easy to use and navigate, and it's not so robust that it takes 20 clicks to get something done. I like that templates are easy to create, and the system updates every thirty days or so, which is nice for keeping things fresh. I really appreciate the speech-to-text feature from the laptop, which captures information efficiently. It's also straightforward because I can sign in through Gmail using a work email. Additionally, integrating with my mailbox is very good. I use the tasks feature and send messages often, and having templates to create and add to as I go is something I use very often.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Their mobile app could be a little bit easier to navigate. I wish they had a calendar function where you could see at what time your tasks are due, versus a list function.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me keep track of all of my clients as a CRM.
