What do you like best about Close?

It's simple, easy-to-learn, has some basic and very straight forward functionality for a CRM system. Customer support answers you a very fast and professional manner. We use it for everything and we use it a lot. I'm intrigued to see how the integration of AI can possibly help down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

This is more just preference based but I really liked the look, feel, and functionality of my old system (Hubspot) better. It was a lot of work ensuring the data validy when we had to scrape all our info from Hubspot into Close but that is more of a process that I felt could have gone smoother. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

For my work, I only need simple things like keeping notes, setting reminders, and replying to messages. Close covers these needs well and helps me manage clinic communication in a more organised way without making the process complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. What do you like best about Close?

What I like most about Close is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Everything I need.....calls, emails, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking is in one place, which makes it easy to stay organized and move quickly. I also really appreciate how it’s built with sales teams in mind, especially the calling and automation features, because they help me stay productive without feeling overwhelmed. What do you dislike about Close?

If I’m being honest, the main downside for me is that Close can sometimes feel a bit rigid. It does what it’s designed to do really well, but when you want deeper customization or very detailed reports, you may hit some limits. What do you like best about Close?

I really like that Close is very simple to use and doesn't require much training or hiring a sales ops team to manage. I enjoy using the messaging feature to communicate with my team about deals, and it's great that I can comment on a lead or opportunity and it automatically emails the owner and anyone I @mention. What do you like best about Close?

I use Close for my personal work in real estate and it's very complete. I love how it makes everything easier by automating tasks. The automatic call transcription feature is just amazing since other platforms don't have it, and it allows me to read the parts I need without listening to the whole call. "AI-Powered and Integration-Ready, But Needs Better API Support"
What do you like best about Close?

I use Close for my marketing, and I really find the AI built-in to help with workflow build-out very helpful, especially since I'm not as savvy with technology. It's useful for creating workflows for leads, and I like that it helps remember when to reach out to new prospects, keeping me organized with my pipeline. Storing all communication with clients in one place, along with any attachments, is also a great feature. The AI can summarize communications for a quick catch-up, which is handy if I haven't been in a client file for a while. The preset workflow options and the ability to tweak them with AI step by step made the setup process easier. I also appreciate the integrations, which allow communication between other platforms, making Close a more powerful tool. The support function is very responsive and replies in a timely manner every time, even if I may not always understand what they say. Finally, Close was the most cost-effective solution after my research, and although you have to set up most everything yourself, it saves money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The biggest issue I have had is with setting up API and Webhook. My lead vendor can't seem to get the lead to flow in automatically with the API or Webhook function. Not sure what the issue is but it has been ongoing for 2 months. It would be nice if they had someone to help me out with that. That is the biggest pain point, not being able to speak with someone. They have open demos on Thursdays but the ladies speak and go so fast you really don't pick up much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

I like Close because it's pretty clean and simple with not too many buttons everywhere, which makes it easier to use. It's way cleaner and the UI/UX interface is better than any other CRM platform right now. Close is also easier to pick up compared to other CRMs, and as you use it more, the workflows and smart views become very intuitive. What do you dislike about Close?

On the power dialer, sometimes it won't allow sending messages to certain leads, which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it says to just contact Close support whenever you dial them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Close because it's really simple to use and personalize. It's simple to customize and helps me do things faster in a reliable way. I use the workflows a lot, as they help me manage my outbound in a good way. The pipelines are a key feature for me, and they're one of the main reasons I use the software. What do you like best about Close?

I like that Close keeps all the conversations I have with a certain client or lead in their tab and separates them if they were different conversations. I also like that it keeps all files we exchanged in a separate tab. As I run a print shop, it's very important to have a clear view when I send my clients designs that they need to approve. Close makes it easy to track which version they approved, especially with the files tab functionality. The initial setup was very easy, and I figured everything out instantly. What do you dislike about Close?

I would love to use Close for cold calls as well, but it doesn't support Serbian (+381) number, so I can't. I can but people will think I'm a scammer if I don't have a Serbian number. I would love if they added support for Serbian (+381) number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
