What do you like best about Close?

I enjoy the templates and layout the most. It makes dialing potential clients easier than other CRMs I have used before. There is also a nice way to assign custom fields, which the team I am on uses frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes Close has a few issues when differentiating between leads and contacts, or contact duplicates appear in the leads feed as a result of adding an emergency contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
