What do you like best?

It's very straightforward and simple to use. Both a chrome extension and the mobile app allow reps to use the tool where they want to use it (i.e. it fits within their existing workflows). Ultimately, it does what it's suppose to do and all calls are synced to salesforce along with easy access to recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Would like to see more progress made on call recordings and analytics, but it's more of a nice to have than an essential must have for us at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Call coaching, data logging, and increased engagement. Additionally, when reps have the direct line of a prospect, the ability to text that individual and have it tracked has been a great added value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
