What I like most about Lark is how seamlessly it brings all the essential collaboration tools together in a single interface. Having chat, calendar, drive, and meetings in one place removes the “app-switching fatigue” that comes with jumping between platforms and noticeably improves my productivity. I also find that its documents (Lark Docs) make real-time collaboration feel natural, especially with embedded task lists and automated reminders, which I consider far better than what I’m used to in traditional office suites. The platform is extremely feature-rich, but it also has a steep learning curve. Since Lark brings chat, docs, calendar, and project management together in one place, it can feel overwhelming for new team members to figure out at first, especially when they’re trying to navigate all the settings. I just wish there were more simplified onboarding tutorials that help users get comfortable with the deeper integrations without feeling lost in the interface.
