"Excellent workflows."

What do you like best?

Workflows !! Without a doubt they are the letter of presentation of the software, which also allows to personalize the workflows so that the team obtains the greatest organizational advantage possible. The interface between the software and the user is very good and allows workers to manage the program without much practice. In addition, their technical support is good and they are always attentive with concise answers to improve the adaptability of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The alerts tend to be very recurrent and upset some of the workers because it does not allow selecting which alerts we receive and everything the software considers appropriate is selected as alarm by default. On the other hand it would be good if there were a native application to not have the product's web permanently open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The shortcomings of this software are very few compared to the broad performance it offers, it is certainly a software that offers much at a relatively low price compared to other software on the market.
