Smartsheet has been such a game-changer for me and my team. It is super easy to use, but way more powerful that a regular spreadsheet program. I love that I can set up different sheets to fit exactly what my team and I need. The reminders/notifications keep us on track. It is also awesome for teamwork - everyone can update their information in real time, so we are always on the same page with each other. We no longer have to keep up with endless email threads to figure out who has the most current information. There is not support when the software fails and above all the billing system is an scam. You pay a full year subscription, then they will start sending large invoices for extra charges. They will never answer queries and contact 24/7 is never available. They will change the agreements of the service with no notice. It is very dangerous for a company to use this platform.
