**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Manual testing , to execute the test scenarios etc

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Its very much time consuming , each scenario should be passed manually and to create 1 project each scenario should be copy pasted manually , there is no option like copy all 100 scenarios and paste

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Quickbase, a lot of the repetitive work gets handled automatically through workflows but not all of them and you can also check the progress easily

  ### 34. VP Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I love how customizable Quickbase is, which lets it grow and adapt to our business needs. I also appreciate that it serves as a single source of truth for all our projects and a place to find all related documents. Additionally, we use various Quickbase Pipelines, and they all seem to work well together.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I think the UI could be slightly better. Some of the demo apps seem to have a better UI than what we have available.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase provides a single source of truth for all our projects and a centralized place to find all related documents.

  ### 35. Easy to Use and Great for Reaching New Users

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Ease of use and exposure to new users as well as the ease of implementation in an existing environment. I also love the endpoint documentation.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Potential for rapid growth can expose vulnerabilities in some instances.

Quickbase is providing the access point for my users to interact and it is hosting the requisite data for those interactions to implement real time valuable change.

  ### 36. Easy Carrier Details Access, But Performance Feels Slow

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Easy access to our carrier base information, with all the details included.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The product feels quite slow to use. The graphics could also use some updates and can definitely be improved.

It provides easy access to our carrier information and makes managing the account straightforward.

**Reviewed by:** Daksh K. | Business Operations Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase is a highly flexible platform that allows teams to build custom business applications without extensive coding knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Some advanced customizations and integrations can be challenging for new users, and the pricing may feel high for smaller teams

Quickbase is helping us solve challenges related to manual processes, scattered data, and workflow inefficiencies

  ### 38. Freely Customizable and Flexible for Any Workflow

It’s freely customizable, which makes it easy to fit my exact scenario, with a constantly evolving business model. Quickbase also offers great customer support in various forms.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using the more detailed functions.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage all aspects of our business from replenishment process to fulfillment, inventory management, and CRM.

  ### 39. Simple Yet Highly Customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janelle N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like the combination of simplicity and customization.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I would like more visual design options for dashboards. Right now, I have to do a code pages to get the look I want. Native reports don't quite cut it.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

provides the communication platform between our physical operations and our customer support operations teams. Also provides easy dashboards and reporting with that data.

  ### 40. Simplicity and Configurability Meet Slow Navigation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin P. | Supply Chain Manager - Carrier Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like Quickbase for its simplicity and configurability. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It's very slow to navigate from one page to another and from one app to another. Sometimes I feel lost in the path to take to get to a specific page I want to join. I'd like to be logged in automatically when I click on my bookmarked link.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to get updated data about accounts in one place, log my activities, and follow up on account performance.

  ### 41. Highly Customizable Table Apps, but Support Often Misses the Mark

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

The customizability of different table-based internal applications have allowed us to create several platforms for our operating units

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Most of the support we've received from Quick base team members has been unimpressive and at times frustrating with misunderstanding our needs for assistance

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase is solving the problem of disparate data for our teams. It's the hub through which our data routes, whether from forms within the platform or from external sources coming into and being updated out from Quickbase. Most of our users are non-technical, and they're able to use the simple UI to accomplish their tasks.

  ### 42. Effective Portfolio Management but Data Issues Persist

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like that Quickbase offers a consolidated platform where I can access all my deals in one place. It means I don't have to switch between different data systems when managing separate assets. Also, I found the initial setup of Quickbase to be easy.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Data is opaque, and often incorrect. Hard to validate where items are pulling.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase to manage assets at the portfolio level, providing a consolidated platform where I can access all of my deals without needing to switch between data systems.

  ### 43. Easy Low-Code Tools and Smooth Table Relationships in Quickbase

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like how I'm able to establish relationships and move easily between tables/apps. With it being a low-code platform I feel like I'm able to build useful tools while still being an entry level developer.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I wish code pages within Quickbase had a more digestible layout. Having just white page and black text makes it difficult to read through larger pages at times.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to organize data effectively across several apps within our realm. This leads to separate workflows for defined processes which is useful, but allows them to work together still when needed.

  ### 44. Single Platform for Centralized Info and Custom Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria A. | Project Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Building pipelines and workflows can be very complex.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We relied heavily on email to track RFIs and deliverables prior to Quickbase. Quickbase gave us a tool that allowed us to build workflows and reports to manage RFIs and deliverables efficiently and effectively.

  ### 45. Aesthetically Beautiful and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhett M. | Full Stack Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

It is aesthetically beautiful and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It is expensive and there aren't low-level tiers for very small businesses, etc. A stripped down a-la-carte plan would be great (with bare minimum features for $20/seat or something)

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a central collaboration space, to reduce swivel-chair activity and provide a single system for users to worl within.

  ### 46. Build Functional Business Apps in Minutes—No Complex Code

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Tanvi K. | Medical Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Users can build functional business apps in minutes without writing complex code.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Pricing models often frustrate small to mid-sized businesses

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase primarily solves the problem of data silos and rigid, slow-moving software development. It allows business teams to build custom applications quickly without waiting for IT departments.

  ### 47. Quickly Turn Process Improvement Ideas Into Reality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Staci E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

You can take your ideas for process improvement and make them a reality yourself, very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

A lot of the features have limitations and that can impact how I do things.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase solves a lot of issues with several of our departments at Fedex. We have 300 apps that are helping solve problems for our departments.

  ### 48. QuickBase Makes Cross-Team Information Access Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

Quickbase makes it easier for teams across our company to access information. We use it for most of our day-to-day company operations. It's also super customizable for what our team needs, with the ability to easily integrate with our existing software. The Quickbase team is very responsive and helpful when we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I can't really think of anything that I don't like about Quickbase.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several processes built into Quickbase that we used to have in other apps, but having them in Quickbase allows the information to carry across the team in an efficient manner.

  ### 49. Easy Access and Convenient Leave Requests in QB

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sha R. | Medical Biller Assistance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

In Quickbase, my manager can send me feedback and also see when I’m logged in or out of the system.

  ### 50. Incredibly Versatile—Replaced Our Disparate Systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

It is incredibly versitale allowing us to limit the number of disparate systems we previously had to do business.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I can't think of anything that is a downside.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing our operations work into a system that allows for mobile use to view and dispatch jobs is imperative for us to be efficient at our business.
