The linked databases and relations are what I get the most value from. I use Notion as a single workspace for team docs, project tracking, and our internal wiki, and being able to connect a project database to meeting notes and tasks means everything stays in sync without duplicate updates

Notion has made a genuine difference to how I manage projects, meetings, recruitment activity, policies and ongoing action logs. The flexible database system allows me to build exactly what I need without being restricted by rigid templates, while the clean interface makes even quite detailed workspaces easy to navigate and maintain. The AI functionality is where I have found the greatest value. I regularly use Notion AI to turn rough notes into structured documents, summarise lengthy meeting records, identify actions and blockers, improve written communication and create strong first drafts. Instead of spending time manually reorganising information after every meeting, I can quickly produce a clear summary with owners, priorities and next steps. It has saved me hours of administrative work and allows me to spend more time on decisions and delivery. I also find the ability to ask questions about information already held within the workspace particularly useful. Rather than searching through multiple pages and databases, I can locate key details and bring related information together much more quickly. The platform performs reliably, integrates well into our wider workflow and offers strong value when you consider the number of separate tools it can replace. There is a learning curve when first building more advanced databases, but the templates, documentation and intuitive drag-and-drop experience make onboarding straightforward. Overall, Notion combines documentation, project management, knowledge sharing and AI assistance exceptionally well. It has become much more than a note-taking tool for me as it is a practical operating system for keeping work structured, visible and moving forward.
