I love using notion because of how easy it is to have different documents all in one and the updates are really good too

I find Notion incredibly helpful for structuring our conversations and organizing a lot of the data we have. It really excels in connecting everything together, which is probably its best function. The AI function is a standout as well, as it helps look across workspaces and pages, making it easier to follow everything across different parts of our organization. Creating pages, dashboards, and having an internal product Wiki supports our knowledge sharing and is super helpful. Notion's structure allows us to connect and collaborate across different departments effectively. The customization options really let me organize my data the way I want, which I find to be a huge benefit compared to other tools. Overall, Notion has been a much cleaner and more flexible tool compared to what we used before.

I also enjoy the automations and workflows, which notify me when projects are at risk or ready to be reviewed, and update projects or create checklists. I appreciate the all-in-one view and integrations with other apps, as well as the dashboards that present important data. The flexibility of Notion is a big plus, offering so many benefits, though it took me a minute to figure out some basic tasks.
