I use Notion to transcribe my meetings and then have a summary and minutes of each one; it helps me a lot. I also use it as a notebook for my day-to-day information and can share my notes with colleagues just by sending them the link and giving them access. It helps me organize my daily schedule and keep my pending tasks up to date. I like that it is compatible with different devices: I log in and have all my information available on Mac, iOS, Android, phones, iPad, and tablets. We find it a good option for taking minutes of online meetings, and it helps us a lot. If I have a meeting in English, I can also take the minutes in other languages.

I like how easily I can keep discussions next to the work. Comment threads on pages and individual blocks mean feedback on a project doc stays with the section it’s about, instead of getting lost in chat or email. I also use the to-do checklists all the time. I can turn meeting notes into action items on the spot and tick them off as the project moves. Together these make Notion my main place for project docs and follow-ups, and I spend less time chasing status across tools.
