It is very intuitive to work with Notion. I keep different types of information there, starting from my personal to-do list, which I use every day, to finance planning and personal content

I use it for absolutely everything. It’s the first thing I open when I get on my computer every morning. Some people read their email first, but I go straight to Notion. It integrates with almost every other application I use, and that’s with the free version. I embed videos, hyperlinks, and files so I can keep everything together in one spot. My first database took a minute or two to create, but after that I never looked back. Now, with the AI able to help build my databases, it’s a breeze. In the several years I’ve been using this, I can only recall two times when it went offline, and they had it back up and running quickly. The limited support I needed was as great as the product. For the most part, I find it easy and intuitive.

I like the fast access feature of Notion, as I can access it very quickly on the browser. I find the AI assistant in Notion incredibly helpful for locating the correct SOP and the correct steps to suggest to customers efficiently. The initial setup was quite easy, just going through the Google sign-in option, and it was automatically done without any hassle. This ease of setup was a big plus. Also, Notion solves big problems for me by providing fast access to SOP documents, product knowledge, and other relevant information needed to solve customer issues efficiently and conveniently.
