Notion is intuitive and genuinely user-friendly. I was able to build out task lists, databases, and custom workflows without a steep learning curve. It adapts to whatever structure I need instead of forcing me into a rigid format, whether that's a simple checklist, a kanban board for tracking projects in progress, or a calendar view for deadlines. I also like that everything syncs cleanly across my laptop and phone, so I'm never stuck without the latest version of a list when I'm away from my desk. The feature I rely on most, though, is the integration with my cloud assistant: when I tell it what needs to get done, Notion automatically logs the task, tags it appropriately, and surfaces reminders on timing and next steps. It's cut down a lot of the manual entry I used to do. I don't have to stop and write everything down myself, since the assistant and Notion handle the handoff between "deciding to do something" and "having it tracked." That combination has turned Notion into a real workflow hub rather than just a notes app. Since adopting it, I haven't wanted to go back to spreadsheets or any other organization tool I used previously.

I really like how flexible and malleable Notion is. It's great for storing information because I can have tabs and stub tabs, which is a lot more helpful compared to something like a Google Doc. We use Notion a good amount for AI prompts, which is very neat. It's really helpful for documenting my SOPs and what I'm doing, making it easy for everyone to see without posting it in channels. The ability to integrate AI skills into other tools like Claude and Slack is nice for staying organized. The change documentation is a great way to see changes being made in our workspace. Also, setting up my own tab in Notion was pretty seamless, intuitive, and easy to follow. It's just nice to have all our company information in one place for everyone to access.

It's flexible enough to handle everything from project documentation to tracking tasks across our engineering and operations teams, all in one place. We use it to keep technical specs, integration notes, and process documentation organized without needing separate tools for wikis, task boards, and docs. The ability to structure pages with databases and link related content together makes it easy to keep our CargoX documentation connected and searchable, especially useful when onboarding new team members or referencing past decisions on integrations.
