I use Notion to manage my day-to-day Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Training tasks, and I appreciate how it helps me with my training roadmap. Notion AI is particularly useful for generating documentation and iterating processes that make my repetitive tasks easier. It also assists me in outlining objectives and goals for myself and my team. The integration of Notion AI with various tools we use at work, like Google Drive and Google Calendar, is something I like. Its ability to join our Google Meets, take notes, set up goals, and aid in improving our daily functions, as well as setting longer-term horizon goals, is valuable to me. Plus, the initial setup of Notion was easy, which is always a bonus.

Notion helps me jump start my podcast project. For script writing, it helps me with brainstorming ideas, creative writing, translation, and maintaining consistent writing style. It is also a place to organize my episodes and becomes a knowledge base for me to search and query past episodes.

I like that Notion allows company documentation to be shared and edited. It has better formatting than Google Docs and offers more tools, which I find nice. I also appreciate the nice agentic features. The meeting notetakers are good because they don't join or pollute the meeting, and it's nice to use them. It's easy to connect Notion to my agents, who can read the documents easily, unlike Google Docs, which has a convoluted way of connecting to agents. The feature is really nice and the UI is a lot nicer, showing a lot more thought.
