It's reliability, up-time, and the frequent additional of new features has kept us using it for years. It has been an excellent ROI. Smartsheet integrates seamlessly with our ERP and planning software to pull in relevant data across our projects. The Smartsheet staff and support team have always been responsive and their certified experts have provided guidance for developing dataflows and automating our standard operating procedures. Though we haven't dove deep into its AI features, we are glad to see them begin to be implemented and it has made the generation of quality formulas much easier.
