I did not love Celoxis at first but it grew on me the more I used it. What I really value now is how predictable it feels when projects get complicated. I can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to tiny details without losing context. The way dependencies are shown helps me understand cause and effect in real time which makes planning much less stressful.

I like how Celoxis brings everything about a project into one clear workspace. I open it and instantly see who is busy who is free and where deadlines are sitting. The resource view is very practical for planning my week and avoiding overload. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust timelines when clients change their minds because the whole plan updates smoothly.

I like that project planning and time entry are integrated into a single tool. Reporting functions to compare planned effort to actual effort are useful for identifying scope increase or other overages.
