It does a great job of tracking progress, organising activities, and assisting with resource management. Additionally, it is excellent for maintaining team cohesion, particularly while working in separate time zones. We use it every day, and it helps us manage several tasks with ease. The reporting options are extremely comprehensive, and the team will spend less time switching between programs because everything is in one location. If I state that it is a straightforward project and resource tracking application with easy allocation options, comprehensive financial capabilities, Salesforce integration, optional virtual users, and client access, then it kind of checks all the boxes for me. It's a customizable tool. The main benefit is that everyone is using the same tool because it has the ability to track projects independently for each department or group with resource overlaps. Their knowledge library is well-organised and self-explanatory, and their support staff is quick to respond and provide assistance via email and chat support around-the-clock.
