I really like Basecamp for its familiarity since we've used it for quite some time, and the UI is easy to navigate. I appreciate the many features available, and they keep adding more. The ease of use is crucial for us, and it makes everything easier. We've never had any issues with Basecamp; it has always worked great for our IT department. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm very likely to recommend Basecamp to others.
