What do you like best about Backlog?

The best thing about backlog is its reasonable price, its user interface, bug and issue tracking and last one is everything in a one place. So compared to many other tools its very reasonable. What do you dislike about Backlog?

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can easily handle many team members with backlog i can easily manage many projects and due to its mobile app i can easily do anything with mobile also. team communication becomes good with the help of this tool. Easily assign tasks and issues to developer So they can fix issue and do their task faster.
