Our organization has experienced significant improvements in efficiency and compliance management since integrating and then implementing and the COI Jones platform. The platform delivers a highly reliable and streamlined solution for managing Certificates of Insurance, transforming what was once a manual and error-prone process into a fully automated and consistently accurate workflow. The downside to using Jones is the same as using any similar program: tenants and vendors are often just not used to working with submitting COIs and other infomration to an online platform. In my experience, many tenants and vendors are more accustomed to direct email exchanges and attaching COIs to emails. It's not Jones' fault that some people are still using typewriters when the world has moved to computers (metaphorically speaking). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jones has been a game-changer for our company’s compliance process. It has significantly streamlined and sped up our certificate review workflow, allowing me to quickly identify and resolve compliance issues on a daily basis. The integration with our accounting system is seamless — saving us from duplicate data entry and keeping everything moving efficiently.

The entire service team has been outstanding to work with. They are responsive, professional, and makes sure any issues (which are very rare) are addressed promptly. Jones makes our life easier by reviewing the multitude of vendors COIs that we receive. Jones will then send an email to the vendor with the missing insurance requirements (Gaps), thus eliminating this step for our team.

Vendors can have more than one insurance agent providing coverage for all their policies. Jones is not able to notify a specific insurance agent for the policy that has the Gap(s). All insurance agents entered in Jones will be notified and many agents find this annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jones has been an instrumental partner in growing our Risk Department capabilities and creating efficiencies for us in our internal workflows. The team at Jones has sought out our input on initiatives and collaborated with us on items we identified that would help us to better serve both our internal and external clients. They work with the client instead of providing an out of the box solution that we have to adapt to our business. Implementation was seamless and if we had questions, the team was readily available to us. The product is extremely easy for our staff to use and pull reports from. Jones has significantly helped our company streamline and speed up the certificate review process. I am in Jones daily and am able to quickly review any compliance issues with certificates to keep them moving forward. Our Rep Luisa is amazing to work with and handles any issues we have which aren't many. Our company also uses an integration with our accounting system, and it works great, saves us data entry and keeps the process moving.
