The customer support is also great, whenever I have had an issue (usually user error!) the live chat function has worked brilliantly and has been very quick. **What do you dislike about Procore?** Sometimes it can be difficult when you try to add people to a job/project. It is hard to understand if someone has been added to a group and what their permissions are without delving into the detailed settings.
