While there are options for naming photos in Procore, not all of the tools can utilize this. I personally use my phone to capture photos and add them as attachments with a name on daily reporting. It is a bit of an extra step, but then the photos can be accessed later for reference on lessons learned or to illustrate how something was accomplished in the past. Submittal and RFI tools are great. In general, filtering options can always get better and more opportunities in the report tools but being able to customize and track paperwork is awesome. Very easy to learn and work through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally glitches and when opening drawings it takes a long time to load. Sync between devices needs to improve as well so that things stay up to date and iPad / iPhone Procore should become more similar to web base so the same tasks can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Beyond the system's features and functionality, which is top-notch, the level of support is light years above any other system I have used. The resources provided to customers more than justifies the cost of the system. The goal of any company rolling out a new PMIS is to have a smooth implementation and to gain buy-in from users. Procore's support throughout implementation and roll-out to end-users nearly guarantees that success. That said, having a dedicated person to interact with Procore and lead the roll-out from your firm is critical.

- Procore is constantly adding new features and advancing the functionality of the system. This makes the system increasingly valuable and helps us evolve our processes and procedures to be more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Built-in reports are not as robust as other systems. The custom reporting feature is available and relatively easy to use, but more canned reports would be nice. 360 Reports are a nice addition, but the speed and refresh of real-time data needs to be improved.

- ERP integration was very glitchy at the start, but then the amazing support team helped work through the issues and it has become a vital part of our Procore use. Procore ERP Support is excellent at responding to support requests and solving issues as they occur.

- Certain functions are grouped into Tools that intuitively seem like they should be stand-alone Tools. Safety, for example, needs a separate tool, which I hear is being developed as we speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Procore as a comprehensive construction management platform that streamlines project workflows and keeps teams aligned. I appreciate how all-in-one and centralized the platform is. It keeps project documentation, drawings, budgets, and communications in one place, making collaboration much easier and reducing the risk of miscommunication. I also appreciate the real-time updates and notifications, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and can respond quickly to changes or issues. Features like RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and reporting tools are particularly valuable. RFIs make it easy to clarify project details quickly, submittals help track approvals, daily logs allow me to record site activities, and reporting tools provide clear insights into budgets and timelines. I like that Procore brings all parts of a construction project together in one connected platform. It helps teams communicate, share documents, track progress, and manage workflows efficiently — all in real time. While Procore is a powerful and comprehensive platform, it can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are so many tools and settings to learn. Some workflows take several steps to complete, and finding specific options—especially when you’re new—can be confusing. The mobile app, although very useful, doesn’t always offer the same full functionality as the desktop version, which can slow things down in the field. I really like the flexibility and user-friendly nature of Procore. When I first used the program, it was not as confusing as other programs I've tried. I could easily find what I needed without having to research extensively or ask others for help. The online courses make it easier to perform more complex tasks, which is a big plus. In management, it's important to have tools that help you finish tasks quickly and efficiently, while avoiding mistakes, and Procore really helps a lot with that. Procore offers so many different tools to help any construction company be successful. I've been using Procore for a little over 2-years and see benefit of this resource. From estimating, takeoff & bidding, project management, RFI, submittals and document storage, managing your schedule and cost control, along with issuing prime and subcontracts. Procore has really changed how construction projects are managed, streamlining every aspect. The only thing I could possibly dislike about Procore is how much it can do, and how unfamiliar I am with certain aspects. This is not entirely a dislike but more so how I choose to use the tools and resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the responsiveness of 360 reporting in Procore. When I generate new information like an Invoice Cover sheet Correspondence, it takes 15-30 minutes for that data to show up in reporting. I like that Procore's interface is very user-friendly. It has been valuable to me because we used to rely on a manual system, particularly with Excel, for work breakdown structures, project planning and execution, and financial management. I think the Procore needs to update a blank slide list on the web as well as it already does on mobile devices. The platform offers strong organization and clear, concise workflows. It ensures that subcontractors and trades are kept informed about any documents that are required or still pending submission.
