I completed one course featuring the Pro Core tools in the Pro Core Learning program and how to use them. I have to say, the videos are very informative, short length, and straight to the point! The system is easy to use, and it'll literally get rid of that file cabinet in your office! The support team are there for you and have answers to all your questions. Other than that, it's definitely worth every penny, you'll just have to try it out for yourself. **What do you dislike about Procore?** I haven't found a downside to Pro Core as of yet but when I do, I'll let customer support know. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pro Core is preventing our company from having organizational issues. Having a solid interface makes the learning experience much easier for new hires and for subtrades who are new to the platform. I am currently working on a multi-phase project that shares a lot of the same things between floors, but organizing deficiencies per floor is not easy to do, if it can be done at all. Quick capture for all photo evidence when using the mobile app and ease of reading drawings when on the go. **What do you dislike about Procore?** The only thing i would like to see is a live folder system on the desk top which would allow you to add information in on your desk top and it automatically saves to the folders you have set up on procore. a bit like when you take photos from your tablet/mobile device and images save directly in to a gallery folder. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time management has massively increased with less of a need to have endless folders in the office and constant paper work every where. For projects not using it, I typically have to deal with a superintendent, assistant PM, PM and accounting folks, trying to figure out who is responsible for what. ### 12. I can take photos from my phone or tablet and not have them take up memory on my phone. I changed my "App Preferences" to not store on device. I take my photos directly in the App and it cuts out a step. Using it daily, i like the ease of adding notes in real time to my daily log with the app. When I have had questions on how to implement the use of reports into schedule, customer support was very responsive and helpful. They were able to answer my questions quickly. **What do you dislike about Procore?** A minor inconvenience is that there is not an option for multiple daily logs for a single day. This adds hours of data entry when starting new projects. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procore allows me to manage and send current drawing packages to all sub-contractors/consultants easily and without the use of a 3rd party dropbox or cloud storage.
