I really like how Procore makes everything easily accessible in one place, which is essential for managing construction activities. It's so convenient to pull up current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and all the project information I need right from the field. This saves me time and helps me stay organized and efficient. Since I am still fairly new to using Procore, the biggest challenge has been learning where everything is and navigating all of the different tools. There's a lot the platform can do, which is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming at first. Making some of the navigation more intuitive for newer users would help shorten the learning curve. One area that could be more intuitive is moving between drawings, RFIs, submittals, and related project information. As a newer user, it sometimes takes a few extra clicks to find what I'm looking for. Procore biggest advantage is centralizing all project information in one platform. I regularly use it and it saves time and reduces the need to search through emails or multiple systems. The interface is easy to navigate, the mobile app works well in the field, and the integrations help reduce duplicate work. I'm on the BIM/VDC side of the operations so I really push coordination issues to the team. I like the model viewer and being able to push out a new model when it's updated and have the team be able to review the model, find issues and add coordination issues. Procore speeds up our processes and helps reduce mistakes in day-to-day use. It’s easy to use, and the way files and folders link together makes it reliable, so we don’t lose time or information. Having digital support for all our plans, elevations, and documents—and being able to integrate everything within the app—really makes the work easier. Fast performance and strong storage capacity are also a plus. I’m not aware of the costs for the company since I’m only a subordinate, but I feel it’s worth the money. There's a lot of info on the internet, so any questions I have, I always have support. I like how Procore centralizes financials in one place while still showing all the project data. The budget view is super great because it lets me see everything in one view, and the screen is customizable. Subcontractor invoicing has been very useful for our clients, since their subs can access Procore and invoice accordingly. I’m also looking forward to Procore’s inventory tracking. I need inventory management in Procore for most of my clients. Right now, there’s no true way to track inventory received until the accounting software generates an invoice, which leaves project managers wondering where their inventory and POs stand. It is a platform that lets all user (engineers, architects, admin, clients and etc.) to easily collaborate with each other. It makes construction documentation easier. I like using the 'Photos' tab the most in Procore because it helps legitimize the documented photos with timestamps. I also appreciate the easy access to photos and forms from anywhere, which allows me to work across different job sites while offering the documents across them all. Procore creates a space where I can upload photos that others can access without having to separately send photos to individuals, solving the problem of overlapping the prints between different trades to help verify any issues.
