## BuildingConnected Pro Reviews
  ### 1. Clean UI and Great Access to Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** matias s. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I like how clean the UI is and all the projects I get access to.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

That there arent more tiers to the membership. I do not need all the services, I just need ITBs.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation problem and RFI and Addendums that get issued regularly.

  ### 2. Connects us With Contractors all Over the Country

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

It is extremely helpful in managing the bid process. We were previously soliciting all bids via email and trying to track who things had been sent to and sending out follow up information or updated plans was a nightmare. This keeps everything in once place for everyone in our organization to access easily.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I don't have many complaints about Building Connected Pro honestly. It's a simple system that does what it says it will do.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building connected has taken us out of the world of soliciting bids via email and which was an absolute nightmare to track. Sending out updates and worrying that someone was left off of the list was very common using that method. With Building Connected we are able to manage the entire bid process, send updates to the whole group instantly, and keep things organized without extra steps. We can import lists of bidders from previous projects and star our favorites to work with. It is also very helpful when we have out of town projects where we aren't familiar with the local contractors. It allows us to search for contractors within a certain radius of each project and normally we may not have known about them. Great system!

  ### 3. Effortless Project Bidding with Building Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Building Connected helps me seamlessly bid on projects

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Building Connected's prequal communication management sometimes can be frustrating to connect with clients

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bidding on and winning projects and jobs

  ### 4. Reliably Connect With Contractors and Easily Aggregate Bids

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derrek S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I enjoy its reach and ability to cultivate a subcontractor base. It's easy to assemble bid packages and solicit bids from a wide range of subs. It's helpful to have a single platform in which to contact our subs on and takes a lot of the chance out of emails or other platform's communication not being delivered or seen in time.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Some of the contact management tools are still super clunky. Bidders are able to be tagged internally, but tracking or sorting them by those metrics is often unreliable. It is also unfortunate that as the GC, we're unable to make any changes or suggested changes to the bidders profiles. Subs should, of course, be able to manage their own accounts, but we have no ability on our end to change the contact emails, or add a contact to an existing company profile. We are at the whims of the Building Connected team to manually make the updates or recommendations that we suggest.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BC addresses the problem of being able to quickly and easily distribute bid invites for ongoing construction projects. It simplifies and centralizes the subcontractor/GC communication system, and allows for the acceptance and comparison of bid proposals.

  ### 5. Seems Effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie F. | Marketing Coordinator, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

It's one convenient site where I'm able to get addendums, documents, bidding details, ask questions, etc. One source of all information, that also allows me to track my pursuits--which ones I've one and lost, when to follow up, etc.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I dislike the fact that it allows the bidders to bid multiple items all at once, without bothering to separate any information or make any sort of distinction between trades and professional services. I'm sure it's more convenient for THEM to just throw all documents up there without any sort of RFP, and let the bidders sort through and figure out what is needed, but it is frustrating from the bidding end.

Also, there is often not a rhyme or reason as to which of our company contacts receives the invite on BuildingConnected. Despite the fact that I am the main contact for our company, there have still been occasions where I did not receive the invite, and was locked out of project bidding.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is one convenient site for multiple projects. I can easily check on the status of each, view all documentation, or communicate with the project team through it. This saves me time of having to dig through emails to see if key pieces of information were provided, and if not, who I need to reach out to to get that information.

  ### 6. Building Connected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlyn S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2023

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

It's perfect for managing everything for our bids and centralizing access for bidders and subcontractors: drawings, specifications, and addendum files.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Occasionally, I wish that we could make changes to some of the information on behalf of subcontractors because they apparently think that we manage the directory. It's probably for the best that we can't just because of the administrative burden.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to send multiple, individual emails to send files that are often too large, print hard copies, or manage a Dropbox for subs is fantastic. When we've worked with other bidding platforms, we frequently have to do some combination of all 3.

  ### 7. Easiest bid management around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Estimator/PM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Building connected was a great software to invite and connect with subcontractors and clients about new projects .

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Not a BuildingConnected issue but a lot of subcontractors would submit proposals directly to the estimators email not through the system. While this is ok and you can manually enter them in the system, it becomes tedious on multiple jobs with hundreds of subs. BC also have a data reporting that pulls from those subs sending the number through the system so those number can be skewed when doing it this way.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With BuidingConnected it was easy to send out bid invites to multiple trades quickly and efficiently. BC would provide data back on how many people were invited, who plans on bidding and counts bids received. Its a great tool to see real-time data on subs responding and bidding to help mitigate gaps in coverage or highlight areas of risk.

  ### 8. Amazing Bid Invite Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2022

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

It would be easier to answer what I don't like. Uploading data was easy, creating bid invite templates was easy, sending out invites was easy, you can customize bid forms by trade/bid package, and best of all the bid leveling is briliiant! Of course you can also make notes on a record when following up with bidding vendors.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I don't like how we aren't able to control the data. For example, if I know a contact is no longer with the vendor and have received the new contact, I can't do a thing! I have to notify BuildingConnected to update the record. Meanwhile, I have to make a note to remember on the next bid invite to send things to the new contact because BuildingConnected controls the data rather than letting us correct the contacts or company address, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

Take your time when uploading your vendors. BuildingConnected will let you move really quick and even compromise on this step because of how easy their system is to use. but if you take your time then bid results will be even better.
When attending training listen to what the trainer says. Don't assume or create your own process. Follow the process the system requires or you'll get confused or think something is wrong.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BuildingConnected Pro is solving multiple problems for us. First, it has a large listing of vendors we can access to invite to bid on construction projects. Second, it has a great bid invite communication system. Third, it allows for unlimited users without affecting the pricing. Fourth, it allows for easy reminders. Fifth, the plan room is simple, easy to update, and easy for others to access. Sixth, bid leveling is amazing!!! Finally, it allows us to place our general conditions in the mix of bids so when we look at the bid leveling it already has some of our costs in it so there's very little work to finalize our bid once exported from the system.

  ### 9. Building Connected Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phetsamone C. | Project Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

This program is fantastic for tendering a scope of work and finding trades that will give you a quote. Very easy to use and set up. You can include company's that are on building connect or even invite your preferred trades that are not on building connect. Communication and adjustment to the tender package are straightforward, and there is no need to send an email to each contractor.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I have not found a downfall yet on this program, and I am pleased with what it does for me at the moment. Not too sure how much it costs to run and get each person access to the program, but it's awesome to use.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building connect is solving a few items for our company. One is to find trades/contractors in a specific area that does the work you require (MUA maintenance, Hanger door repair). We also use this program to put out tenders for a particular scope of work. The program will list all the contractors that deal with the scope, and we can request a quote.

  ### 10. Connecting brings new bidders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie G. | Process Improvement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Building Connected has given us the ability to connect with companies we may not know of. We have received and chosen bids from some of these companies which has made our bids more competitive.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

It can be difficult to remove unwanted emails. We are a GC but also did flooring subcontract work for a time. Even though we have changed our account information, we continue to receive unwanted flooring emails.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have received bids from companies that are not on our "go-to" subcontract list and are lower than other bids from subs on our "preferred" list. This has allowed us to expand our "preferred" sub list and submit more competitive bids.

  ### 11. Building Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert R. | Administrator/Estimator/Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Sorting by client, location, value, etc.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

There is not much to dislike. The product does what it is supposed to perform.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of preconstruction bidding database and easily assign to the correct employee

  ### 12. Easy to use bidding platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandrea B. | Lead Generation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2021

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

This site has the unique feature of coordinating with multiple office locations within the same company profile. It's easy to share projects across teams and alert them of any updates.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

No dislikes. This platform performs well, and we haven't had any issues with it thus far.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm currently utilizing BuidlingConnected to search for and solicit more RFP's. The projects I find in this platform are tailored to the vendor qualifications we set up, making the projects hyper-relevant and actionable.

  ### 13. Keeps your bid request organized and accessible, gives you peace of mind

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Forwarding feature for all bid invites, keeps track of all requests

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Search feature for bids, handling of bid submit in grouping, errors in some bid forwarding

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

If youre still working with excel sheet to track your bid request, definitely switch over to a software like Building connected. It will give you peace of mind about not missing deadlines for bid requests and its a one stop place for all your bid invites.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps track of all bid requests and have an easy overview about deadlines, good tracking tool

  ### 14. Building Connected is your Bid Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff G. | Estimator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I really enjoy the robust access to subcontractors and the bid leveling feature. The ability to access many different reports. The ability to see the analytics of each project my company bids helps with assessing future opportunities. I really enjoy the ability to add new subcontractors to my bid list. I also like the ability to add unsolicited bids when leveling my bids.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I honestly don't have many dislikes about this program. I guess the one gripe I have is the ability to update invalid emails for subcontractors. The companies that do not have valid emails should be purged from the system until the email is updated.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

I would challenge anyone to provide a more robust bid management program than BuildingConnected Pro. The features provided by BuildingConnected Pro are not offered by anyone else that I have been able to research.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I am solving with BuildingConnected Pro is the ability to organize and efficiently level my bids. The benefits have been the reports that I am able to access through BuildingConnected Pro. Recently I had a negotiated project and the bidder lists and bidder response analytics helped with the trust between us and the client.

  ### 15. An excellent Project Bidding tool for General contracting and Subcontractor business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

very easy to use. great to populate scope sheets, etc
Reports are excellent

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Not that i dislike, but the document management could include a "slip sheeting" function so multiple document issuances can be organized more efficiently

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

much better way to issue, track bid invites and responses

  ### 16. Bid Board Pro can help.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I think that the most helpful tool in the Bid Board Pro Arsenal is the ability to track follow-ups using the dashboard or the calendar which can sync easily to Outlook®.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Sometimes when sending Addenda notice emails they will be created as a new opportunity rather than being added to the existing opportunity. Also, when Syncing to an outlook calendar some of Outlook's Add-in's or features will not work. It is viable though and I guess that's all that really matters.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing followups is always a potential but with the way reminders are set up it is simple and easy to follow-up while having the Bid Board open filtering "Submitted" and leave comments either while you're talking or even cut and pasting replies form perspective customers to the whole team has access to those notes wirelessly. This helps keep everyone on the same page and affords us the opportunity to be flexible and collaborative. My follow-up Game is Rock Solid and I believe that has been helpful in staying "Front of Mind" with our customers.

  ### 17. Building Connected - Product Review - great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** doris f. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I am the Project Administrator for both of our NJ & NY Teams , so here are a list of things I love about this project :

 - The ease to be able to set up projects.
 - Being able to upload all files, so our subs can have easy access to view and download files.
 - A Wide variety of subs based on trades / location of project.
 - Able to upload / update files quickly and send an message to all bidders.
 - We are able to view whom has opened/viewed project.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Subcontractors - don't update their information and unable to update completely.
The program freezes and then kicked me out.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program allows us to access a wide variety of subs that we didn't have access to.

  ### 18. BC works well and integrates our precon with Bid Forms & checkout process with the use of TradeTapp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake S. | Director of Preconstruction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I like how it integrates a lot of our precon - Solicitation, communicating to trades, bid forms, check-outs & qualification of trade partners with TradeTapp.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Not having complete control over Bid Forms after submitting them to the trade partners. The Bid Form needs work in general, but it works since it's all in the same platform as our ITB's.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to do work in one platform has been advantageous for us. We have seen efficiencies using bid forms and have created standard processes for bid forms and pre-qual/qualifications of trade partners.

  ### 19. Links Construction Estimating Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Ability to have all bids in one place. Ability to split up scopes to individual team member. Ability to send ITB's out in one place. Ability to keep messages, files, and bids all organized.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

At times search doesn't pull up correct subs that are already in the system. GC is not able to change/correct sub contact information. ITB's tend to be lost in sub junk mail.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

It is super easy to use - "user friendly"! As the only Estimating Coordinator at my company keeping bids organized is so important. Building Connected makes that possible! I also love the ability to assign different leads on specific scopes within the same project, being able to send out messages to full project or targeted scopes or subcontractors, and keeping all of the files organized in one place for easy access to the subcontractors.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to keep everything organized in a clean professional way. Ability to send out ITB's, messages, and files/plans to all subs or targeted subs.

  ### 20. Estimator and Project manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

The grouping for the trades and how easy it is to send out a massive email solicitation

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Some companies that dont do certain type work i am looking for sometimes group in with the mass emails. Then they respond with we do not do this work.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

Give it a shot you are going to like it. It is quick easy and a very useful tool for us as a small business.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sometimes do not have many subs in some categories this gives us access to many more for price comparison.

The support team is very fast and knowledgeable.
Our reps have been with us every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

The AI can sometimes cause for issues within individual companies since it is set up to serve the greater good of the website, but they will work with you to input product requests.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our estimators bid information organized all in one spot, so we don't miss any addenda or drawings.

  ### 22. BC Pro and Qualification software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

The ITBs are so efficient, fast, and trackable.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

The Qualification process is incomplete. It is missing the ability to filter by all fields to determine contractor steps in the process to make it convenien to follow up on requests to subs/vendors and there is no final communication to vendors when they have qualified.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines bidding. Working on the qualifying process.

  ### 23. This is probably the most useful piece of software that the Sales Department utilizes.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

It's a delight.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Changing the bid date but only for certain bid packages, it was explained to me how to do this.

  ### 25. Very Powerful Program

The search feature is not always helpful. There have been times when subcontractors do now show up in an area, despite being in the system.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bid forms allow us the ability to show subcontractors how we would like to see bids submitted and makes it easy for them to do so online

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2018

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Building Connected is a great program I am disappointed that we didn't start using it sooner. Superuser friendly and keeps me much more organized than I was before. It allows us to bid on jobs that we may not have had access to otherwise.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Seriously no complaints. We had absolutely no experience with this platform and when I hopped on I was using it in minutes with no difficulties.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

Give it a try I assure you won't be disappointed.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of bidding and tender documents as well as drawings. It's hard to email these things back and forth - so much nicer to just download directly.

  ### 32. Robust for RFP Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janelle B. | Diversity & Procurement Coordinator, Construction, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2018

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I like this because it organizes and manages your bidders list, giving you flexibility to duplicate lists, and pull data from other bids. Saves time, versus having to enter the contacts over and over again.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I'm not so crazy about the lack of information I can provide when entering each subs' profile. Would like more access to info fields prior to the sub accepting an invite.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

This is very user friendly, I was able to jump right in and start learning how to use it without any formal training.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency and sharing contacts across our company and departments.

  ### 33. BuildingConnected offers a great solution for bid management on large commercial projects.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2017

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

It's easy to get a snapshot of where you are in the bidding process. In a few clicks you can understand how many bidders you have for a particular package, interest in packages, and submitted bids. It's very easy to upload and distribute additional content to bidders that they need to incorporate into their bid.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Sometimes BuildingConnect sends out too many automated emails. For example, if you are in charge of the architectural packages that are out to bid, your email inbox might still get blown up by correspondence that has to do with structural, civil, or MEP packages.

**Recommendations to others considering BuildingConnected Pro:**

Implement into your project early on, and stick with it throughout the bid process.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bid management between different teams with various experience and backgrounds. It's very easy to share the overall status of the project with executives that are not day to day involved with the project.

  ### 34. Excellent Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2018

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Project invitations from multiple general contractors are all in one place.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

There is limited functionality in the free version (That is to be expected)

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is simple to create and submit proposals and it is great for tracking submissions. Each project can also be assigned a custom number.

  ### 35. Bidding jobs with BuildingConnected

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2018

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

BuildingConnected allows you to organize bids in effective and easy manner. You can add drawings, specs, and documents without problems. You can also search for subcontractors to add to your scopes. Not only can you search subcontractors but their employees and their titles.

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

Each individual person has to have their own log in. While this can be nice, having one log in for an estimated department could be easier to share/ take over work. Could improve the email function.

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for bidding jobs. Sending subcontractor bid documents and receiving their bids back.

  ### 36. A bid invite software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2017

**What do you like best about BuildingConnected Pro?**

A decent website with a way to view plans, upload bids and acquire job information all in one place

**What do you dislike about BuildingConnected Pro?**

I really don't love uploading my quotes to the website but I think most people are after that these days. I'd prefer to just send it out at one time in an email

**What problems is BuildingConnected Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do like the features of all the plans and contact info in one source site
