As well as being able to organize project setups and standard operating procedures at a company level. Being able to track submittals and RFIs through procore has been a huge help with accountability, and save time with how quickly we are able to pull up information. **What do you dislike about Procore?** Its safety items. For the Q and S there is not much S. The inspections are fairly rigid in its creation. Not being able to multi select items is a huge detriment to ours currently. The forms tool is VERY lackluster and has caused us to abandon it in most use cases and use competitors (GoFormz) **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have only been at this company when they have had Procore so I cannot say much on the problem solving as I don't know the problems it did not solve. However it got me my job as a company admin so i definintely benefitted from that. ### 19. The implementation support team has been great, while implementing I have had questions answered quickly. I am in the system daily and support users multiple times per day. This has provided us with much better job books. we have also Integrated with SharePoint and are using SyncEzy to bring our standards into Procore. **What do you dislike about Procore?** There are some shortcomings with the ability to copy tasks from one project to another. I also need a way to lock a folder structure in a template that project managers cannot change. Real time information is absolutely key. **What do you dislike about Procore?** I find there are not a lot of solutions for financials that have are given the right amount of time. I have met with managers on certain tools and voice feedback that is common in the industry and Procore never seems to be working on them. PM Tools takes the front seat and Financials kind of lack in a lot of aspects. I have met with my Procore rep and he is extremely helpful but said that all our most trouble points are unfortunately not being worked on at this time. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our accounting system does not have a lot of the abilities for budgeting and construction management. There is no ERP integration between Procore and our accounting system NSE. Procore is very user friendly and allows for real time information to be imputed. We also noticed that using RFI's has dramatically reduced the response time with our European vendors who do not like having "official" requests pinging them so they answer very quickly. Our customer success team are also extremely helpful and always available to help us through any struggles. **What do you dislike about Procore?** There are quiet a few areas that need some focusing and adding the ability to completely customize the tools. A great example is the daily log, currently very limited although what's really cool is that Procore continues to invest in the tools. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had no actual construction dedicated software so managing communication, drawings, scheduling, completely manual. It is ar great beginning point for all administration. There is a general broad view of many of the most important 1st stages of a project. It also gives a perspective in bidding and this is something I feel that all office staff of any job, should have the ability to do. Procore gives these in the beginning and makes it seem much less daunting. This program looks like the implementation of the program and switching from the old, while being time consuming, will be very easy. It doesn't look like there will be anything other than time making it one of the easiest programs I've ever implemented. With our whole company using Procore every day.. as well as most all day, I am glad that customer support is just a chat or call away. **What do you dislike about Procore?** This is a program that has literally everything already integrated into it.
