**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Real time updates to all of my users is my favorite feature of Fieldwire.  Before Fieldwire, we depended on paper maps that were held and updated in one office.  Mobile updates on the go are extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

My dislike may just be the way we have our data stored, but my users have to know which project they need to reference before they can use the search feature.  It would be helpful if the search could reach through all projects to find a unique identifier.  it would also help if project sheets could easily be moved between projects as new sheets are added.  Again, this may just be lack of training on my part as a user.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Fieldwire to share our 1,200 Mile fiber optic network build with multiple users. New construction data is released from FW and as-built data is returned to FW for our final invoicing and mapping records in a different platform.  End users with the right permission can add notes and make edits as needed. This provides real-time updates to my 25 users across work locations from MS to South Dakota.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Fieldwire keeps our entire project team aligned by combining drawings, tasks, photos, RFIs, and field documentation in one easy-to-use platform. As a superintendent, I rely on it daily to coordinate subcontractors, track progress, document quality, and communicate field issues in real time. It has significantly improved accountability and reduced confusion by ensuring everyone is working from the latest project information.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Overall, Fieldwire has been an excellent tool, but I think there is an opportunity to expand beyond task management into production planning. I would like to see stronger support for Lean Construction workflows, including Make Ready planning, constraint tracking, pull planning, and look-ahead planning built directly into the platform. More customizable dashboards for superintendents, improved schedule integration, and the ability to create lift drawings or phase plans directly within Fieldwire would also add significant value. These enhancements would help field leaders better manage production, not just document it.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldwire has helped solve one of the biggest challenges in construction—keeping everyone working from the same information. Instead of relying on phone calls, emails, or paper plans, our team can access the latest drawings, assign and track tasks, document field conditions with photos, and communicate directly from the plans. This has improved accountability, reduced miscommunication, and helped us identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule. It has also given me better visibility into project progress, allowing me to coordinate subcontractors more effectively, maintain quality, and keep work moving forward. As a superintendent, having one platform for field coordination and documentation has made managing complex commercial projects much more efficient.

I like how intuitive Fieldwire by Hilti is; it's very easy to use and wrap my head around. I also enjoy how fast it is and the reliability of speed, which is so important when working on projects. It allows for multi-access across different people on the project, making it a really easy and reliable spot for everyone to work on. The initial setup was very easy, and I got in with no effort.

clicking on a form within a task takes you to the form page instead of just opening a new window with that forms information. it just makes going back to that task a little less streamlined.

Fieldwire by Hilti organizes plans, links plans together, and creates a reliable place for project collaboration. It's intuitive, easy to use, fast, and supports multi-access across project team members.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

1. Navigation from project to project and within a project is fast and efficient.  |  2. Document control especially within "Plans" is flexible to your needs. This feature is huge!  |  3. Writing and managing submittals, RFI's, specialty forms like Work Orders and Cut-lists is another big piece that I use every day.  |  4. I work in this program every day all day. It is fast, flexible and full of features and functions that support my work as a construction subcontractor.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

1. Some of the features like submittals can be unforgiving when using. It took me quite a while to feel comfortable with this feature. I use it all the time now though.  |  2. I have had to learn a lot on the fly. What little training I did get was awesome! It would be nice if the program were a little more intuitive or transparent in terms of understanding how it being used and recommending better use or efficient options.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Going Paperless - If going paperless is a goal, Fieldwire is an excellent platform aimed at helping to achieve that goal. There will always be paper to some extent and I have come to accept that. But Fieldwire has allowed me to not only to see what paperless can look like, but helped me begin to realize my goal.  |  Lugging clumsy oversized plans to the jobsite on now on my IPad and synced with my work station at the office.  Digital document control is  a huge feature. Information is much easier to track and to find within the software than searching through plan drawers and file cabs.

I’m able to capture actual site conditions and reference them directly to the plans. I can also provide immediate information to office personnel by using plan annotations and photos. Custom forms are useful as well, since I can creat them to suit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

The ability to upload video would be helpful. Being able to transfer plans with annotations and photos directly to a PDF would be very useful so I could share with consultants or builders who do not use Fieldwire

-Easy and modifiable daily reports gives site information immediately.
-Punch lists can be created and sent directly to the responsible worker
-plan markups and reference location photos can be easily accessed

It allows me to easily track my jobs from start to finish including all RFIs, JCOs, submittals and changes in drawings

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

It’s pretty cumbersome to send RFIs and other paperwork outside of the UI. The only way I’ve found to share them is by creating a PDF and sending it to someone who isn’t using Fieldwire. So when I’m working with subcontractors, I can’t send them the files directly unless I first create a PDF to share the information.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It requires my techs to enter their daily reports for OSHA regulations directly in Fieldwire, so I don’t have to go collect them on site. In turn, this has improved productivity because they’re now responsible for updating their completed tasks every day.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I like the form function in Fieldwire by Hilti. It's easily populated through jobs once it's on the template. It allows us to easily see who did what floor, what the site conditions were at the time. I find it quite valuable for retroactive analysis and holding our staff accountable as they are signing off on their work.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I do not like the sheet viewer for our in-house drawings and larger scaled projects. The viewer seems to be of lower quality compared to other ones like ACC Forma. It's better at times to just mark up a drawing on Bluebeam and re-upload it so that markups look nicer. Also, overall a downgrade in quality of model viewing and revision workflows.

Fieldwire by Hilti lets us upload internal drawings and submit surveyor logs, centralizes access for the site team, and enhances accountability with retroactive analysis through form functions.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

What I like most about Fieldwire by Hilti is that it keeps all project information in one place and makes communication between the field and the office much more efficient. Being able to access plans, track tasks, add photos, and update progress in real time helps reduce errors and saves time that would otherwise be spent on coordination. It’s especially helpful for keeping everyone on the same page, staying aligned day to day, and maintaining clear, consistent documentation on site.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

One drawback of Fieldwire by Hilti is that it can feel a bit limited when handling more complex project tracking or reporting needs. Sometimes the interface can be slightly slow or less intuitive, especially when managing a large number of tasks or sheets.

Additionally, when I exit a plan and return to it, it resets back to the top of the sheet, so I have to scroll all the way back to where I was working. This can be time-consuming, especially on large plans.

Also, customization options for reports and workflows could be more flexible to better match specific project requirements.

Fieldwire by Hilti solves the problem of scattered project information and poor communication between the field and office. It centralizes plans, tasks, photos, and reports in one platform, which reduces miscommunication and ensures everyone is working with the most up-to-date information.

For me, this is beneficial because it improves coordination on site, saves time in tracking work progress, and provides clear documentation for inspections and reporting. We love that everyone who uses it can be anywhere at anytime. Our project managers have the ability to get real time updates on where there project is at all times. We also love the completed reports that are sent to our customers which is a nice way to wrap up the project.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

While some might not consider it a downside, being 100% paperless is not totally ideal for us. Order confirmations are uploaded but when we check in our actual product it is nice to have the order confirmation printed so we can check off that each item on it is in fact correct and has been received. It is also tedious to jump from the order confirmation and estimate when we bill unlike a printed job file that would contain everything in it for me to look at side by side.

Being able for everyone to access all our projects on one platform from anywhere at anytime.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I like the adaptability to use my own forms within the software. I do a ton of quality control checks - so the ability to upload simple checkbox PDFs as a template and create form per suite is vital. The task function has also proven its worth ten-fold. When you're trying to keep trades in the know about deficiencies or next steps for work needing to be done, creating a task, pinning it on the drawings and then sending out a report to that trade specifically is very efficient. Support staff who work with Fieldwire have been helpful whenever I have had any questions or issues. Overall the performance of the software has been awesome.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I do wish there were capabilities to have outside users or those who don't have a Fieldwire license to be integrated into the projects and be able to view everything associated. I know AutoDesk has their own software.. but buy-in to have Revit model viewers or other integrations for CAD would be awesome.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software solves the issue that can happen sometimes of old drawing sets being used by some trades while others are on the newest set. From an office perspective, the ability to upload a new drawing set and have the AI within the software automatically detect the drawing page number, drawing title, and then notify you if that page already exists so you can add a revision is very helpful.

I like the ease of use of Fieldwire by Hilti. It's simple and anybody can pick it up. The tools are very simple and concise. You can dig deep with all the features if you want, but the basic features that the crew needs on-site are straightforward and very easy to use. I also appreciate how we get great reviews from clients when they see how simple and easy Fieldwire is without the burden of too many features. The simplicity of it stands out, and it's something our crew loves.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I feel that Fieldwire by Hilti doesn't handle reporting distribution well with instant signing. It still has to be manually sent out. The UI could be a bit more graphical, although it's not a big complaint, just a reference compared to other plan management software I've used. The markup tools aren't as intuitive as they could be. However, making it more complicated might kill its simplicity, which is the main appeal of Fieldwire.

It has a simple, user-friendly structure, but it still lets me customize and track multiple tasks and changes across my projects. I also like being able to have multiple members from my office connected and aligned on the same project, with the ability to view real-time updates and issues directly on my blueprints.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Its payment structure feels a bit weird, but I haven’t reached out to anyone in tech support about it yet. There may be a solution for my situation, but I haven’t looked into it or researched it further.

It simplifies and organizes my day-to-day activities, reminders, and issues, and it keeps my team involved. This greatly reduces simple but time-consuming conversations and emails.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Fieldwire allows all of our field supervisors to have the most current sets of plans and information on our jobsites.  They are able to notate issues / details on the plan and tag our team to get a solution without ever having to pick up the phone.  All of the pictures and notes can then be pulled out into a report that we can then send to our client as back up for a Change Order or to create an RFI.  We are able to upload documents and spec sheets to Fieldwire as well so that everyone has the correct information and can show to inspectors if needed.  The Forms are extremely useful as well, we can now have daily reports, safety audits, extra hour tracking, etc directly on the job and they will always be there if needed.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Some areas that could be improved is distribution lists for the forms that are created.  Due to changes of supervisors from job to job, right now the recipients of completed forms have to be manually changes for each job.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldwire allows us to have a central place to keep all of our jobsite photos and information.  Before Fieldwire we were tracking these things in our emails, saved in different folders and even just on papers.  It truly is amazing how organized our jobs have gotten and how quickly we can find the information we need.

I like having access to all projects across one platform with Fieldwire by Hilti. It's easy and convenient to access, which speeds up work times and improves efficiency. I don't have to worry about paper copies, which is a big help. I also appreciate being able to keep everything for one job locally on my mobile device, which is really handy for documenting works carried out on construction sites and viewing drawings and files.

Sometimes it can be hard to operate on a mobile compared to on a PC. Being able to edit certain information or draw/edit over a drawing.

It's very intuitive and provides clear and detailed projects. The forms, used by our on site reporting team are simple to create and amend but also far simpler for the site team to fill in allowing accurate information to be passed from the team in the office to the live site.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

The licencing options require a base number of licences that we did not originally wish to use. It's also got features we wouldn't want with no option to "personalise" by stripping these out. These are however minor problems at best.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do site reports by someone going to site, advising, going home to type it up and then submitting it to the internal team. This is now done on site instantly, reducing disconnect.

Auto links to other reference plans is great to review drawings with details.
Price is reasonable for what we use it.

The camera in the phone app is not good. There has been some updates and is a lot better than last year but still can be better.
Can't confirm drawings from ios app (ipad)

Distributing drawings to all site contractors and communicating through task is very helpful.
Also managing all the variations in the project with tags including photos and creating reports to send to the client

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Easy to learn and implement, my staff in the field become proficient quickly.  It is also very quick and easy to upload new revisions to ensure everyone has the most up to date documents.  Both my superintendents and office staff use the app on phone/iPad constantly walking the site with subs, architects, inspectors, or owners.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I don't feel like the tasks feature is very user friendly and have not found it very applicable, I have tried using it on various projects and don't find it very helpful. When conducting site surveys, having all of the drawings within one app and being able to add photos and measurements to the drawings. Then being able to use the tasks to track the progress of an install is a massive help. The forms feature is also hugely helpful.

Taking photos didn't use to be great, but since the latest update this has improved massively. Occasionally there are issues with mark ups that have been made on drawings and images dissapearing between leaving site and getting back to the office. Forms are always labelled as 'Form Name' #1 etc., even after you have deleted a form. It may be user error but once a form has been created, the you cannot alter the format even if the template has been edited.

The easy way to make punch lists. It's incredible. It's easy to use and intuitive. I have a co-worker that isn't great with computers and they picked up on it. I've emailed a few things - this seems to be confusing and doesn't work the greatest. Never had anything stop working.  I do not integrate it with anything, and the pricing is meh.

The pricing surprise was difficult. I'd like a user on my team to be able to use the features, but I would like to keep the advanced features. I guess everyone on the team needs to have the full featured item. It's difficult to get vendors or other team members on board with it. I don't like how you cannot undo a markup - basically have to start over (from what I found) when marking up a photo. The email is cumbersome. In a perfect world, I'd be able to email an item to a vendor, and they could comment on it and it would come back to me and in the timeline of events.

I love that Fieldwire by Hilti is very easy to use. It's intuitive and has all the tools I need to do markups of blueprints and plans, and I can incorporate all different file types that I use. I also really like the ability to export all the collected information as a nice summary document. Plus, I can change logos to my own company's logo and turn it into my own white-labeled form. I find Fieldwire by Hilti incredibly valuable for its drawing management and auto hyperlinks. Our foremen don't use printed sets anymore because of how efficient it is to update Fieldwire.  Drawing revisions & JD drawings can easily be uploaded instead of bringing paper copies to the site. The auto hyperlinks make moving through the drawing set a breeze.  They allow our team to quickly and efficiently browse through sheets & details. Also, the forms section has greatly improved our T&M tracking, completely solving the issue of lost or damaged paper tickets and streamlining the process. I appreciate being able to log in at any time to see how many open items there are and help close out the completed ones. Additionally, the initial setup of Fieldwire was seamless for our team.

I still cannot figure out how to achieve Docusign integration for sending T&M tickets out for signature. Customer support is lacking since it's an email-only platform, and when someone finally responds, it's around 5 or 6 pm our time, outside of normal operating hours.

I use Fieldwire by Hilti to manage our Architectural Projects, and it does an amazing job at handling projects with many sheets. I don't have to worry about accidentally grabbing an outdated sheet, as I can look back at the history to track change orders. I also use it to track open items on projects and have had great success managing the ever-changing nature of some of them. I really like the quick and intuitive user interface that lets me bounce from drawing set to drawing set. It eliminates the clumsy document management of the past, allowing me to get to exactly the drawing I need quickly. Never being without the architectural drawing set, even when a client surprise calls me, is a big relief.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

The uploading procedure for drawings is a little clumsy. Sometimes I want to separate different editions of the same drawings into different folders, but Fieldwire forces all sheets with the same number to be the same. Managing shop-drawings or submittals is clumsy because not all sheets have numbers, or not all sheets have different sheet numbers. I'd like it if, when I uploaded a drawing into a project folder, all sheets would automatically land in that one folder and not necessarily be automatically moved. It would also be nice if Fieldwire could mesh with other software solutions we use.

We use Fieldwire to manage projects and collect information from our contractors and customers. The UI is mostly straightforward to use and the mobile app makes it easy to request documentation from customers and for our installers to document the install process. We have integrated the fieldwire forms into our quoting processes which has greatly sped up and improved the flow for quoting customers and receiving quotes from contractors. Reliability for the most part has been good, there have been occasional slowdowns but nothing that has been debilitating and they have not been a common occurrence. Support has been great to work with when we have had issues or questions and were quick to respond and solve issues. The ability to connect our customers, contractors and project managers alone has given us an immediate payback and return on our investment for Fieldwire. The reports that can be generated have given us nice audit trails and are appreciated by our customers. The ai photo tagging is hit or miss especially with how our drawings vary customer to customer. Sometimes it pulls in the right information sometimes it just grabs a random corner of the plan.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

The main dislikes have been around the occasional outage, while not debilitating they are annoying. The ai floorplan reader is hit or miss. Copy and paste doesn't work as well as it should. The task attributes, while nice, are a little annoying to access on mobile where most of our contractors work so we can’t utilize them as well as we would like.

Fieldwire is solving the link between our Project Managers, the customer and the installers/contractors. Fieldwire allows our PM’s who are remote to monitor projects to maintain quality while being able to interact with the install teams through comments and tasks. I find Fieldwire by Hilti easy for punch list and project management. I like how I can mark exact locations right on the floor plan, log them to the issue log, assign them, and print out reports to send right off. The punch list workflow is what I like most. I can mark the issues on the plan, then print the plan with the issues on there along with backup sheets behind with pictures and issue information. It just helps track all the issues in real time, and it's great. For us the punch list issue tracker is a little bit easier and cheaper than Procore, which is why we chose it. The initial setup was easy too — everything is easy.

I use Fieldwire by Hilti for punch list and project management. I mark exact locations on the floor plan, log them to the issue log, assign them, and print out reports to send right off. It tracks all the issues in real time, and it's great.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I use Fieldwire by Hilti for FISP work and architecture, and it gives me better tracking of field work. It's easy to use. I use tasks a lot to save photos. I also use it with Excel — we created an Excel format so when we generate a CSV report, we inject it into the Excel with Xref links to photos to generate the FISP filing report that we can send to DOB. When we had questions, we used to contact the Hilti team a lot.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I'd like to see more color legend options. The price is my biggest concern. I don't think we should have to pay for follower access, since follower access lets people see tasks and pictures. A lower price would help. I'd also like a better report format and bigger pictures on the report.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

What I like most about Fieldwire is how easy it is to use. It's amazing. I can just pull up a set of documents, expand it, add information to the blueprints, or correct information. It's the ease of corrections and the ease of having all the information at your fingertips. It solves the problem of having the information that's on the blueprints with us at all times, whether it's on our phones, laptops, computers, or iPads. Recently I had a 25 story building under renovation, and trying to carry that kind of information around with all those blueprints makes it impossible. Having Fieldwire lets us go from floor to floor, make notes, make corrections, look at the drawings, and all this at your fingertips. It's just astounding how well this product works. From a field standpoint, being able to have multiple sets of drawings, whether it's architectural, engineering, or MEPs, at your fingertips at any given time is such an advantage. From our office standpoint, for doing billings, corrections, and relaying information to and from the architectural and design teams, it makes it a breeze. I like how easy it is when documents and drawings are updated to have that information. whether it's adding an SK drawing to the blueprints or adding notations from the architect on our finished plans from client changes. It's easy to upload and easy for the team to have at their fingertips, even in the field when you're walking around different job site areas, so you don't have to constantly go back to the office to retrieve this information. We switched from PlanGrid, and Fieldwire seems a little bit easier to use. It was very easy to set up and learn to use.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Sometimes this becomes a bit of a chore, so that you're not confusing one set of drawings from the next.","I find reiterations of the same floor or same details with slight changes to them are probably the hardest thing to navigate through.","There was some confusion between CDs, DDs, and construction drawings about what drawings to be using. So we were having to find out by checking the dates of the drawings.","I would like the dating of the drawings to automatically be placed in the order or so that it's easier to find that without searching for it in the corner. It would be very easy to see the date of the drawing and the title.","I think on the administration end and the building end of it, or the bidding process would make it a lot easier."}

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves having the blueprint info with us at all times, on our phones, laptops, computers, and iPads. On a 25-story renovation we can go floor to floor, make notes and corrections, and access multiple drawing sets without going back to the office.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

It's affordable and the task feature helps our team with on site process and quality control. The forms is also very useful for daily jobsite reports and the offline feature is a huge benefit for projects that don't have great reception. In overall, Fieldwire is a very useful tool, easy to learn and easy to train our employees.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Giving access to our most current set of plans and access to our task punchlist to all our subcontracts outside of Fieldwire. Keeping subcontractors up to date on project files.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldwire has been improving customer experience and that is verry appreciative. Although, we don't think fieldwire will give access to outside subcontractors to our Fieldwire projects like Pro-Core does. So, that one downside that we've known that we would have to accept in exchange for affordability. Otherwise, Pro-Core is their top competitor in performance.

I love that Fieldwire by Hilti keeps all documents in one place and is easy to use. The simplicity is great, and I really like the pin dropping feature. The pin dropping element is the standout feature for me because it lets me find the exact pinpoint of whatever I’m reporting about. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

I don't like how you can't tag photos as you take them. It would be much faster if I could tag them right away instead of having to go back over the pictures afterward.

I really appreciate the management capabilities of Fieldwire by Hilti for managing millwork construction projects at J Suss Industries. I use it for drawing management, install tasks management, RFIs, site requests, and logging work orders and photos. I like all the features, especially the Drawings tab, tasks tab, reports, and form, which make managing projects straightforward. It's better than other software I have used. I rely on Fieldwire exclusively for project management.

**What do you like best about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

As a general contractor, Fieldwire has been extremely helpful for us. It has given us a platform that centralizes communication and allows management to monitor real-time progress on our jobsites. The application has also saved us time when preparing progress reports, RFIs, and PCNs. Additionally, Fieldwire makes it much easier to do drawing mark-ups and plan reviews thanks to its digital features. Overall, Fieldwire has helped us transition from traditional pen-and-paper methods to a digital workflow, resulting in greater efficiency in our project implementation.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

There isn't much to say except that the app could benefit from further development.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has been very helpful in managing my project management duties, particularly when it comes to sending RFIs and PCNs. Its additional features, such as the ability to develop custom forms, have made it easier for us to track T&Ms and also use it for our safety documentation.

I use Fieldwire by Hilti mainly for documenting the construction and restoration process from start to finish, and I find the 'forms' section really helpful for preparing reports based on documentation. I appreciate that the app is constantly updated. A recent update stands out where I can now take multiple pictures at once, which wasn't possible before.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

Fieldwire by Hilti consumes a lot of battery on the phone and has a tendency to freeze while taking pictures, adding comments, or updating tasks. Sometimes the task updates are registered but not made, requiring me to go back and make changes twice.

I use Fieldwire by Hilti to document the construction process and prepare reports using the 'forms' section. Recent updates let me take multiple photos at once, improving efficiency.

I like being able to edit forms to fit a project’s needs, and there are plenty of options to create the exact form you’re looking for. Adding these forms to your markups is also really easy, and it makes it much simpler to gather data in the field.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?**

The selection area for choosing a markup is too large, which makes it difficult to edit markups in the field. For example, if you have two lines running parallel, their selection areas overlap, making it hard to select and edit the correct markup.

**What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I once had issues synchronizing my field markups collected on an iPad in the field with my laptop. A member of the Fieldwire help desk guided me through the steps to resolve the issue.
