Customer support is fast and accurate. Email option for each RFI, submittal.... Great to record relevant conversations. The option to link to the ERP works great for invoicing and vendors control. **What do you dislike about Procore?** The colours. There should be an option to setup the them with different colours; especially to identify different companies and different projects. At least different companies. It could improve the scheduler option to adapt more MS project capabilities. I have to be honest I haven't dive too much with schedules on procure as it is not implemented in my job, but I remember from the training. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration with the ERP ensures any payment is preapproved by the PM formally, before AP releases any payment. Tracking drawing versions with the latest always shown and available the previous with the log associated. Keeping control and record of any contractual documentation component with the client and consultants. ### 40. The advanced AI features really shine, especially in the drawing tool, helping users catch those small details that can often get missed. Integrating the cloud-based platform has been a really positive experience. When we struggled to understand some of the tools, the Customer Support team stepped in and provided the help we needed. They made it much easier for us to figure out how to use the tools and when to use them, which has truly made a difference for our team. Thanks to this support, our team has been able to implement better strategies and processes that fit smoothly into our usual company workflow. With that being said, Procore has become an essential part of the way the company now functions and completes everyday tasks.
