It doesn't have linked the other programs that should be used to complete the activities so you have to keep open a lot of windows with different web pages to check that information, there is no way that it can launch directly from maestro once it is needed. **What problems is Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The facility on validating information available and finishing processes in a very effective and efficient way, as the step-by-step on each cycle and not providing too many options do not create confusion on the flows. ### 5. I found sometimes the software can be too complex depending on the job or what you're trying to accomplish. This may be geared more toward companies not updating SOC codes for example. **What do you dislike about Maestro?** Crashes a lot. It's ideal for sending out newsletters and publicising forthcoming events. There are various templates from which to choose. I like that the email address may be customised to match the company's name. Very simple to advertise and compatible with Outlook on my phone. Best of all, you can copy and adapt a prior piece to your current communication. **What do you dislike about Maestro?** The ability to change the font colour or style in the headlines is limited. The system's online and phone users aren't properly integrated. There isn't any way to use video. It did not work well with software. **What problems is Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software is ideal for HIPAA compliance since it eliminates the need for personnel to connect with patients using personal email addresses. Very easy to market and compatible with Outlook on my iPhone! **What do you dislike about Maestro?** I get technical issues on and off. It took forever to set up my password because the setup link expired after a day or two. **What problems is Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a perfect software for HIPAA compliance and prevents employees from feeling the need to use personal email addresses to communicate with patients. ### 15. There is no capability to use video. I found there to be issues at times with audio between web and phone users. The interface is a bit outdated at this point. **Recommendations to others considering Maestro:** Check out zoom.us. After using Maestro, we found that zoom was a much better system for conferencing. **What problems is Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to use this - but I find zoom is more complete solution. Maestro doesn't allow for great integration between web and phone users.
