What do you dislike about Procore? Unfortunately, Procore’s customer service has declined significantly over the past year. I have been assigned four different representatives in less than a year. Each time, I participate in an initial meet-and-greet, explain our needs and ongoing concerns, and then often within just a few weeks—I am transferred to someone new! This constant turnover creates a lack of continuity, forces us to repeatedly start over, and prevents concerns from being addressed efficiently. I would like to see Procore improve its account-management consistency, communication during transitions, follow through on customer concerns, and overall accountability. Procore has been a strong addition to our workflow, particularly in how it streamlines coordination between our internal team and subcontractors. The centralized access to drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and schedules makes it much easier to keep everyone aligned and working from the same, up-to-date information. Procore does an excellent job of organizing information. It has a relatively short learning curve and support is solid. Implementation can be self performed with little involvement from support and there are a ton of resources online. I basically use this every single day, primarily for drawings as I like the way they handle drawing revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Procore? Procore is prohibitively expensive and, while marketed to specialty contractors, is very clearly geared to the general contractors. I also find the website incredibly inefficient in how it is coded. Almost every action requires a full page reload and you can't preview PDF files forcing downloads on the regular. For this reason, we often store the documents in a cloud drive separately so we don't have to constantly redownload when jobsites often have data limitations. Lastly, I find the mobile client drawing downloads unreliable and you are regularly left waiting while trying to work something out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Procore does an excellent job of organizing drawing sets and handling markups associated so that the entire team has the information they need without having to rely on slipsheeted sets.
