PlanHub allowed Blue Steel to reduce our time from company research to contact in a process that took 2-3 days to just a few clicks. The ease of implementation allowed me extra time to focus on other company operations and product expansion. We have made it a daily routine to look for more companies and get them added to our contact list. We have never had to use customer support because the ease of use is self explanatory. The platform has filters so you only see what types of projects that fit your scope of work and you can easily block other contractors/vendors from seeing your information. Before PlanHub, I've never used a platform like it to source projects. It was very easy to get acclimated to it and to learn how to use it. I love the filter feature, it really helps narrow down what I'm looking to bid on! It's loaded with features and tools to promote business growth for any size company. I love that PlanHub keeps all my tools in one place, removing the need for multiple subscriptions and different software. It simplifies the entire bidding and project management process, making everything more efficient. Another great benefit is that potential clients now reach out to us directly because of PlanHub. One issue I’ve encountered is that sometimes when I send a bid, it doesn’t seem to go through. As a result, I hit send multiple times, only to realize later that it actually sent multiple emails. This can be frustrating and could create confusion for recipients. It would be great if this could be fixed to prevent duplicate submissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the seamless transition between looking for jobs that fit my company and preparing a take-off. The software is great and I know they are constantly upgrading and improving the site. PlanHub is my primary resource for several reasons:

- ease and speed to put a project up for bid

- the quality and quantity of qualified subcontractor bids

- the ability to sort and search for projects that best fit my company and our goals

My only complaint would be not enough functionality for job follow up. I wish there was a CRM of sorts integrated into the software for better job and or GC tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Planhub is pretty easy and seamless to use. I like to post projects on PlanHub to reach more subs who may be interested in the jobs we do. It is also easy to communicate with others as well. I appreciate the simplicity of the takeoff and estimation programs. They were and are easy to navigate, and I have used other programs a bit more difficult. Recently used the beta 2.0 version which makes the site even more simplified in navigating the bid boards, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are getting 5x the number of project invites than our other two similar services combined, and I use it every day. The information on the projects is complete, and the contact information for bidding GCs seems accurate. The project search also returns a lot of relevant projects beyond just our ITBs.

I found the interface to be pretty intuitive so it was easy to get started, but I also got some good tips and tricks from their onboarding training.

They evidently have a Pipedrive integration, which I'm looking forward to trying at some point soon to cut down on data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bid planning and bids submitted are somewhat siloed so, for example, you can't see in the project view which GCs you've already submitted bids for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
