"TrueLook - An essential tool for my job sites"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

As a general contractor, I’ve been using this security camera and monitoring system on my projects for the past few years, and it has proven to be an essential tool. Their solar-powered cameras are quick and easy to set up, which makes moving them from site to site simple and efficient. The website and phone app are also very user-friendly, allowing me to check in on specific dates, review footage, and even create time-lapse videos with ease.

The ability to monitor multiple cameras across multiple job sites from one place has saved me countless hours and provided real peace of mind. The video quality is excellent day and night, and the system has been reliable for everything from preventing theft to tracking deliveries and ensuring safety compliance. On top of that, the support team has always been responsive and professional.

I can confidently say this system is a must-have for contractors who want dependable security, better project oversight, and an easy-to-use setup that keeps sites running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLook?

I don't have any complaints or dislikes about the system. It has been a great tool for me on several projects so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Site Cameras for multi-purpose use!"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

I am utilizing the new TrueLook cameras on our job site that offer timelapse services. We have been super happy with not only the camera quality but the software and ease of use. They offer photo snapshots, timelapse services, and even embed services into a website or link. Our client has been super happy with being able to take our timelapse and put it right on to their website for their students to see. It automatically updates as well.

The installation process was very well setup and made for ease of use on our end as the general contractor. We hope to continue working with TrueLook on future projects and more! Customer Support has been great to work with. They were ready for our questions Day 1 and have always been prompt to help out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLook?

I would say the only downside is that you can't necessarily but an installation package from them. Other than that, we have been super happy with the whole process from start to active use of our time lapse cameras on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value over Competitors, Plug and Play Anyone Could Do"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

I think they were very competitive in the industry regarding pricing, as well as the services offered. Was able to capitalize on some discounts as well at time we ordered, customer service before and after purchase was also great. Took time to schedule a walkthrough of the software. Ease of install was pretty no brainer with a pole most, I imagine it would go even quicker if we just mounted It onto a building, building the mast was the hardest part. Once we plugged the camera up to power it took all of 5-10 minutes for it to be on, and haven't touched it since. Consistently takes pictures every 15 mins, satisfies all the needs for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLook?

The only downside or potential comment would be to be able to add individual services as add ons or extras to the basic/essential package. Do not need the full features off the next level, so maybe a middle package option, would be nice or individual add ons, as mentioned before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absolutely Love TrueLook"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

A few of the most helpful features of Truelook include the ability to remotely monitor our construction sites in real-time, integration with Procore construction software, and the capability to share our construction projects with stakeholders.

The setup of TrueLook equipment is simple and tech support is always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLook?

The only downside about TrueLook is the upfront investment cost, but this concern is offset by the excellent products that are offered along with great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Remote Site Progress Measurement"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

The TrueLook system has been an invaluable resource in managing our projects. As a project executive, it enables me to view site activity and monitor progress in real time, even when travel is not possible. This capability has also been highly beneficial for our client stakeholders, many of whom are remote, as it provides them with transparent, up-to-date visibility without relying on outdated photographs or verbal reports. The platform is easy to set up, user access is seamless, and there are no restrictions on the number of participants. I personally log in almost daily to stay informed on site developments, which speaks to the system’s reliability and value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Job Site Monitoring Service"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

The camera's webpage interface is very intuitive. Our clients are able to easily access the camera of their build and navigate adjustments. Truelooks support team is very fast to help you but you will need to physically access the camera which can be tricky depending on where it is set up (mounted to a pole, on an adjacent building etc). What do you dislike about TrueLook?

Occasional issues with the solar camera set up and sometimes the security footage takes a long time to pull down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"First Time user"
What do you like best about TrueLook?

I like how it is easy to set up the camera. We took it out of the box took out some packing material plugged it in and the camera worked right away. The Truelook dashboard is easy to use and you are able to see all of your projects at once. Once you are in the Truelook dashboard you are able to select what project you would like to view. Once in your project, it is really easy to navigate thru the different features within Truelook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLook?

While using the controls on the PTZ camera it takes a little while for it to move you so you have to patience with it. So if you click on Live Video it takes a few minutes to log in once you are in things work smoothly until you start to pan. Once you click on the arrows to move the camera it takes about 30-45 sec for the camera to move. It is not the end of the world you just can't be in a hurry.
