Products and software integration demo from sales team looked amazing. 6-weeks after purchase, integration team unable to deliver on the sales team integration that was shown to customer. Customer service, and managment team refused to negotiate any resolution or refund until BBB complaint was filed. Been sitting 3-weeks now without resolution after BBB complaint. Software was purchased on 2/27/24 for over $21K, now 3-months lost without even being able to integrate the software. Already lost almost $6k of the subscription waiting on Procore to own up to their mistakes, and software issues. Procore Management ethics are questionable, as they deferred us out 3-weeks claiming legal is now involved and no authority to resolve, nor refund the services. Now that I just requested a full refund for the entire $21,500.00, same managment personnel in emails the last 3-weeks now has the ability to refund the amount for the bad software connector. So the refund amount changes, and now this guy is willing to refund and resolve the matter... choose carefully, the management tactics are very questionable as they claim they would have negotiated before the BBB complaint was filed. The negotiation was clear over email, no possible refund, but only a possible "discount" may be given upon renewal of services next February. As long as they get paid for an additional year of services, then they might discount the services they were required to deliver upon this initial contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Procore? Sales team upsold us with QB Connector, but failed to deliver the same functionality as shown. Sales team showed capability of QB (Online only) connector integration, using many cost codes, and the product database with labor / material. Never disclosed QB Desktop connector doesn't have the same functionality until 1.5 months after purchase when implementing software. Implementation service team finally discloses can't use the various cost codes, but also requires user to separate all material and labor for all database items, causing double the time to bid projects. Procore management refuses to respond, sitting now for 3-weeks without any communication for resolution. Software is unable to be used, and can't integrate any ERP for budgets, bids, and completely useless. Beware of this for small business owners, Procore management will strong arm you, even when their Terms and Conditions state refund is applicable when they misrepresented their product capability, therefore costing you an additional $2k for software you can't use. They will hold out and cost you money each week, after being notified through BBB of compliant, and refusing to acknowledge their own integration issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. They will sell the relationship as a “partnership” but once you sign the contract you are only a customer. When you ask for support, you will be shuffled around like a hot potato then blamed for user error. The invoicing system we paid for at implementation in Oct is still not functioning and it is now mid Feb. However, in true “partnership” manner there will be NO financial compensation for Procore’s error. Best way to describe Procore is “over promise & under deliver”. When you ask to explain how they come up with the pricing and what you are being charged for it is like pulling teeth. There is no one who can explain what services you are paying for and why some services go up in price. Even if you try to reduce the number of services you pay for they will not reduce your annual spend or even keep it consistent. Once you sign a contract with them just know that you will never pay your original price again. Expect to pay at least $2,000 more each year for their services. Since originally signing up with Procore a few years ago our annual spend has gone up 50% with no added benefits. There is absolutely no transparency in their pricing structure and the numbers they present aren't supported by any sort of data. I believe they had good intentions but unfortunately, they have missed the mark. This could be a great software had they used construction personnel feedback instead of engineers that think they know what a construction team needs and how they need it to function. I'll say this though ...Procore has a great sales team and sales spiel to get so many contractors on board. Once you spend a ton a money and migrate your information you are basically stuck now. Because after all who wants to through that again? Also make sure you get everything included in writing. We found out the hard way that "included" sometimes means only if you spend more money to buy an add on program to sync Procore with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Procore? 1. Many issues with basic functions and the way client concerns/issues/feedback is basically ignored. Support will constantly direct you to feedback threads to add your input. The problem here is that these threads regarding the same issues were started 9-10 years ago. If you cannot address your client concerns within 10 years that is a problem. (Especially for the amount of money this software costs.) 2. There are many "upgrades" being made which do not work properly because they are still based on the original basic function flaws which have not been resolved . 3. Presconstruciton Services including the bidding and subcontractor maintenance is woefully inadequate. The team creating this section has never put a bid estimate together in their life. Other than being told it is not on the engineering team's future agenda or directed to the 10 year old feedback threads, we have been left to bastardize the system to try and accomplish what we need to do on a daily basis. YOU BASICALLY NEED TO DO EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF PROCORE. YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE INSIDE OF PROCORE. THEN YOU NEED TO USE MICROSOFT, ETC THEN UPLOAD AND REUPLOAD SCHEDULE EVERYTIME YOUR SCHEDULE CHANGES. DECEIVING. ACTION PLANS...ALMOST GOOD. BUT YOU CANNOT HAVE VISIBILITY INTO OPEN ITEMS. SO YOU HAVE TO DRILL INTO EACH AND EVERY PROJECT INDIVIDUALLY TO SEE THE STATUS? WORKFORCE PLANNING...DOESNT SPEAK TO THE REST OF THE SOFTWARE. CANT USE IT TO TALK TO TIMESHEETS, ETC. YOU CANT TEST THE SYSTEM. SO YOULL NEED TO SPEND COUNTLESS HOURS ON DEMO JUST TRYING TO ENSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU THINK YOUR GETTING. THERES A REASON THEY WONT LET YOU TEST DRIVE IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you? At its current state, procore is not solving any of our pain points. We wanted to cut back on software subscriptions and have something that would do more natively inside without living in a bunch of other softwares. Tasks being assigned individually is cumbersome and ineffective. Scheduling and critical path process is done outside of procore and any changes need to be uploaded to procore manually...some synconizationd exist like smartsheets but you will pay per sync or per project. "User experience in this program is horrible" 0/5 What do you like best about Procore? I just spend about 10 mins and I could not come up with anything that I "like" about Procore. Literally nothing come into my mind at all. However, once you jump on board it will be so hard to get rid of it or trust any other developer. Good thing is they always have a customer experience team that can explain to you why something does not work and they are fully aware of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Procore? User experience is so bad. Every time I use procore it feels like I am using something from 10 years ago. As I said, their team will explain to you why something does not work and they knew about it but there will be no fix for it. You will just have to go around it which makes me feel really stupid.
