## Revizto Reviews
  ### 1. I have used Revizto as the lead VDC manager for a large GC on multiple projects.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G. | VDC Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

It saves me time in automating coordination and reports. Because Revizto is so user friendly, it truely gives the entire team access to the model without me having to constatnly hold their hand. It works great on the iPad. The issue tracker eliminates the need to create an "Issue resolution log" which frees up a ton of my time. Everything about it just works better than the alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

The cost of Revizto is a lot higher than some of the alternatives so getting project teams who have never used Revizto before to see the value and pay for it can be challenging.
It lacks one feature that BIM 360 Glue has which is the ability to overlay old versions of a specific model onto the current version to see exactly what changed.
I wish I could export issues out as a PDF that includes all comments and attachments. This would make creating RFI's from issues super easy.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting project teams to actually use the model can be a challenge. Revizo is intuitive enough that team memebers can use the model themselves instead of just relying on me.
It helps with communication of issues with the issue tracker.
It saves me a ton of time with clash detection.
It saves me a lot of time with the internal reporting.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Hi Daniel, thank you for sharing your experience as a lead VDC manager – we’re glad to hear Revizto Automation, Issue Tracking, and iPad workflow are helping save you time across your projects. We also appreciate your feedback on pricing, model version overlays, and PDF exports and have shared it with our product team.

  ### 2. Revizto: Intuitive, Powerful, and Essential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micah C. | BIM Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

As a user of several coordination / collaboration softwares, bar none, Revizto is the most intuitive, fastest, best organized, best looking, and most effective of them all.

We are able to teach even the newest of team members how to use it effectively on construction projects in just a couple hours of light training.

We've had far better success in the field thanks to the issue tracker as well. It's very robust in terms of organization and the search features. Custom workflows are a huge pro as well.

The customer success representatives and other support members have always been very responsive with whatever issues come up.

It really is a daily powerhouse for us, hardly a single day goes by where Revizto isnt in the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

I would love to have the ability to run multiple sections at once. I'm not a huge fan of the section box, I do find it a bit annoying to work with and would prefer to add a section.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major issue that persists with the majority of collaboration software in the industry is how easy information can be lost.

Most include functionality to track data but what sets Revizto apart is that it's easy to understand for everyone. A foreman in the field can easily find an RFI issue by using the app on their device. They can update statuses, add input, and save time.

For example, suppose an RFI was issued to add a soffit ceiling and the framer did not note the change when the RFI was distributed. If I've used Revizto correctly, I would create an issue to track the change, label it thoroughly, and assign it to the framer. If the framing modeler shows the change in the model, but did not translate that information to the field, it doesn't get built per the RFI in question. There would no doubt be confusion in the field as to where things went wrong. With a simple search with Revizto's features, even months after the fact when particulars may be forgotten, I can easily find the change, note the RFI #, and use that information to ensure costs are covered appropriately.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> We're delighted to hear that Revizto has been a game-changer for your team, helping to prevent information loss and improve communication in the field. We appreciate your input on the section functionality and will keep working to enhance the user experience. Thank you for being a valued Revizto user!

  ### 3. Intuitive and Powerful, But Pricing Limits Broader Adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris P. | Senior Architect - Design Technology SME, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

How easy and intuitive the interface is for persons of all skill levels, and at the same time the depth of options, and refinements that a power user can add to the input, makes it a very powerful program for us to convey information to not only the engineers and other designers on the projects, but how even our clients are using it to take a peak into the design as we work through the challenges. Its very easy to get new users up to speed and its extremely easy for us to implement it on a project.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

The cost and licensing structure has been a challenge for us to deal with as a smaller company. We may work on large projects - but since we're not always the prime on the project we struggle with getting implementation done when the prime doesn't see the value in the cost, and as a smaller company its difficult for us to justify the cost on all projects. We'd use it more often if those hurdles were easier.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project coordination is the most important thing we use Revizto for - from internal coordination with our design partners to virtual walkthroughs of the projects for the clients. It's been invaluable to be able to quickly view the models, slice sections, and show a fire chief how yes indeed we did consider how to deal with this design challenge and we did make sure to address all your concerns. Its turned tough design challenges into easily surmountable opportunities.

Secondly - its been used for training emerging architects - using the 2D overlay feature on 3D section cuts has been incredibly important method for us to explain to these emerging professionals that the details they draw are extremely important and they need to consider "does this detail actually work?" - and combing the review of 2D details overlaid onto their 3D models has shown them they have to think more in-depth.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> We appreciate your positive comments about the intuitive interface and powerful features of Revizto. We understand your concern about the cost, and we’re continuously improving our features to help increase ROI for our customers.

  ### 4. User-Friendly 3D Collaboration, But Requires Commitment to Master

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan D. | VDC Coordinator 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I love the interactive and user friendly environment that Revizto gives to Clash Detection and 3D collaboration as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Given the extensive range of features that Revizto offers, there is definitely a learning curve to using the software effectively. I can understand how, for someone who isn't willing to invest the time to learn all of Revizto's functionalities, it might feel intimidating to get started.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto has been invaluable for our projects, especially in the area of Clash Detection. This tool allows us to visualize all elements together within a comprehensive model, cut sections, and overlay 2D drawings. These features make it much easier to understand the project as a whole and to identify potential issues during pre-planning and construction phases. What stands out most for me is how Revizto has fostered collaboration among all parties involved, as its visualization capabilities make it easier for everyone to see and address project challenges together.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that Revizto has been invaluable for your projects, especially in the area of Clash Detection. We appreciate your understanding of the learning curve and are continuously working to improve user experience.

  ### 5. Centralized Communication Makes Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** melchor l. | Project Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

Centralized Communication
Revizto provides a single platform for all team members (architects, engineers, contractors, owners) to view, document, and resolve issues (clashes, RFIs, design changes) directly within the model. This eliminates back-and-forth emails and ensures a clear record of accountability.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Slow Sync/Export Times
slow performance, especially when initially exporting or syncing very large or complex models from authoring software (like Revit) into Revizto. This delay can interrupt the fast feedback needed for dynamic model changes.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Revizto, coordination comments, issues, and questions were scattered across email, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, and different model viewing tools.

It creates a Single Source of Truth for all model-based communication through its centralized Issue Tracker.

Benefit: This ensures clear accountability and streamlined workflows. Issues are tied directly to model geometry and 2D sheets, eliminating ambiguity, preventing communication gaps, and ensuring that no issues fall through the cracks. This saves time and reduces project risk.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Revizto's centralized communication feature. We are glad to hear that it has helped streamline collaboration and accountability for your team.

  ### 6. Automation tweaks to revizto scheduler

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** graceypsu . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I really like how the adaptability is simplified with the free Revizto Academy. It's great that the Revizto scheduler’s integration in Revit is extremely helpful to my company’s workflow. We can schedule publishes on remote machines, so users don't have to manually do this from their devices, which is pretty convenient.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

It would be nice if Revizto scheduler could automate the publishing of tasks based on newly updated elements in linked Revit models. And/or if scheduler could auto-schedule tasks one after the other, to optimize computer downtime and avoid overlapping tasks. Scheduling recurring tasks with respect to other projects gets tricky though.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revizto for identifying trade clashes early, hosting 2D and 3D documentation, and the scheduler helps by allowing remote scheduling, saving time on manual publishing.

  ### 7. Fast Performance, Offline Access, and Great Image Quality

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I like how easy it is to use Revizto and the speed of processing data. It's a tool I rely on every day in meetings with trades and during the procurement process. It really helps with faster communication with all the parties involved in the project and provides transparency of information.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Schedules need to be exported to be sorted a bit more, or to do calculations of quantities. Need more straightforward system for field operations to use; it’s overwhelming for site crews with limited 3D environment knowledge.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto speeds up project communication and enhances transparency of information, which helps in coordination and identifying clashes. It's a daily tool for meetings and procurement, making it easier to inform trades about the project.

  ### 10. Centralized Collaboration Made Easy, But Large Uploads Could Be Faster

**Reviewed by:** Felix T. | BIM Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

What I like best about Revizto is how it centralizes communication and coordination across different project teams. The ability to view models, track issues, and collaborate in real time makes it much easier to manage BIM workflows efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Revizto is a great collaboration tool, but sometimes syncing or uploading large projects takes longer than expected. A more optimized cloud upload or background sync feature would make it even better.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto helps solve coordination and communication problems between different teams working on the same project. Instead of relying on emails or separate issue trackers, everything is centralized in one platform. This makes it easier to identify clashes, assign responsibilities, and track progress in real time, which saves time and reduces rework.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for your feedback on the upload speed. We are continuously working on optimizing our cloud upload and sync features to improve the user experience.

I really like Revizto for its issue management automation. It automates the workflow, which is really great. The automation lets us have a very structured way of pushing the issues and ensuring they go through the proper workflow, getting reviewed by the proper disciplines. This makes managing issues much more streamlined on a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

I would say the API needs to be improved. The API already provides a lot of functionality, but there are certain elements that we do not have APIs for. I would like to see more API endpoints reachable.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto streamlines our workflow by enabling clash detection, model coordination, and issue management on a single platform, eliminating the need for multiple tools.

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I appreciate Revizto for its overlay feature, which helps me understand complex details. The 3D model performance is consistent regardless of project size, and I find the appearance templates valuable for providing more context and showing the relation between different trades. I also like how easy Revizto is to use, which prompted my team to switch from Navisworks.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

I don't like that the quantity takeoff features are missing, and everything has to be issues.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto helps me understand complex details in 3D, brings non-technical personnel into 3D interaction, and provides consistent 3D performance. The overlay feature and appearance templates offer context and coordination between trades, enhancing our field operations.

  ### 17. User-Friendly Interface with Powerful Clash Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elias P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

I like using Revizto for stamps and issue tracking, as well as for pushing models and sheets together and having them geo-linked. This feature allows us to ensure a source of truth for a particular set. It's not just about having a 2D set; the 3D representation adds huge value. I also found that once we defined the workflow, the setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Review of project specifications.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto centralizes documents and reviews, solving the issue of them being scattered. Geo-linking of sheets and models provides a single source of truth, adding value with both 2D and 3D integration. Stamps and issue tracking enhance coordination and management.
