**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

In revizto, we can easily run the clash coordination and assign the issues to different trades/services.other than this, we can paste the snip after resolving the issue and convert the status into solved. Through this software, multiple users can work on the same time with very smoot manner.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

Revizto, sometimes login issues suffer with different zones/ regions

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clash solving is straightforward, as we can easily create sections from any view—top, right, left, or bottom—which makes it simple to identify and assess clashes. The element ID feature allows us to quickly locate and rectify elements such as pipes or ducts in other software like Revit. The sectioning tool also makes it easy to perform walkthroughs within the model. The synchronization process is convenient; by clicking the sync tab, we can receive the latest updates in Revizto.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with using Revizto for clash coordination and issue resolution. We understand the importance of smooth collaboration and we're pleased to hear that multiple users can work seamlessly within the software.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

The clash detection feels repetitive. Even after clashes have already been marked, they still seem to keep popping back up again as if they’re new clashes.

It lets all the subcontractors review their issues or clashes on their own to resolve issues which potentially saves time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa F. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

Revizto excels at simplifying 3D project collaboration with its ease of use and integration capabilities. The intuitive interface allows our team to easily view, annotate, and discuss models in real-time, streamlining our workflow and reducing the need for lengthy meetings. The software integrates smoothly with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, making implementation relatively straightforward, and we quickly adapted it to our daily processes. Revizto’s issue-tracking and visualization features are incredibly robust, with the VR capability adding another layer of clarity that helps everyone understand project details, from team members to clients.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

While Revizto’s feature set is impressive, handling large models can lead to some lag, especially when using VR mode. The setup phase for first-time integrations can also require extra configuration, which can delay ease of implementation. Additionally, although customer support has been helpful, there’s a learning curve for new users unfamiliar with 3D tools, which could benefit from additional training resources or more accessible onboarding.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto helps us centralize project data, reducing miscommunication between teams and minimizing errors. By identifying and resolving issues early in the process, we’ve seen a notable increase in productivity and a decrease in costly project delays. This streamlined communication ultimately benefits our clients, as they receive higher-quality project outcomes with fewer revisions.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Revizto's ease of use and integration capabilities. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish K. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

We utilized Revizto for inter-discipline collaboration on one of the major factory construction project. It worked really well for us due to its highly collborative platform, well designed user interfaces in both desktop and mobile versions. Our various suppliers were able to record their conflicts in real-time which enabled the project management team to act upon them expeditiously. The tasks could be assigned to the owners which makes the issue resolution process very fast and effective.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

The handling of large model sizes takes a bit of time to load and process which affects the response time.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main purpose of using Revizto was to understand the structural interferences or Clashes for piping, equipment or building members. The software served this purpose very well. We were able to gather the real time data from various vendors and manage or avoid the clashes in real-time.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Revizto has been instrumental in facilitating collaboration and issue management for your factory construction project. It's great to know that the platform's user-friendly interfaces and real-time conflict recording have been so beneficial for your team.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

Revizto it is a very good software. It’s great for managing 3D models across different platforms, I use it everyday and like how easy it is to comment, track issues, and work together in real time. The integration with other programs like Revit means I don’t have to waste time transferring files constantly, which is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

One issue is that it can get a bit laggy with really large models. The setup took a bit longer than I expected, as I had to fine-tune some settings for it to work smoothly with other software I use.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revizto makes it easy to spot and solve issues early on, so I don’t run into big problems later in the process. It cuts down on miscommunication since everyone can see updates and changes in real time.

  ### 49. Complex Fast Track Healthcare Project

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathaniel N. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Revizto?**

Revizto has been instrumental in the delivery of a fast-track healthcare project here in Canada. It's been beneficial for the senior oversight and daily work to date review. Having access to all discipline's drawings and geometry for review and coordination has made things so much easier and less cumbersome. For the Project Architect, accessing the documents on ultralight laptops, phones, and tablets has freed me from a high-powered desktop workstation that ACC normally requires.

**What do you dislike about Revizto?**

There are very few downsides to Revizto. Besides the collaborative nature of sharing up to date, sometimes work-in-progress geometry is something every team will just need to discuss and agree on if a platform like this is implemented on any sized project.

**What problems is Revizto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to a single source of truth. Or at least the latest and greatest truth.

**Official Response from David Sarkisyan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Revizto. We're glad to hear that it has freed you from the constraints of a high-powered desktop workstation and made accessing documents more convenient for you.
