"Revizto Streamlines Coordination, But Drops Support for Older Revit Versions"
What do you like best about Revizto?

Revizto has become a key part of how we run coordination across all disciplines and is used by me and my team daily. It’s easy to use, the clash detection works really well, and the Switchback feature with Revit makes our workflows very fast when checking and fixing issues. Being able to open it on an iPad, phone, or laptop anywhere is a huge advantage for site reviews and meetings. The issue tracker and combined 3D/2D view make it simple to communicate issues in design or add a more interactive visual to a meeting. It performs well even on large projects and has made coordination much smoother overall for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

A recent update meant Revit 2020 and older are now unsupported, I need to run a separate PC which is dedicated to Revizto scheduling for some projects with an older version of Revizto installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Hi Shez, thanks for the review! We're glad to hear Revizto Clash Detection, Switchback, and multi-device access are helping your team’s coordination. We also hear your feedback about older Revit versions. Thanks again for your insights!

"I have used Revizto as the lead VDC manager for a large GC on multiple projects."
What do you like best about Revizto?

It saves me time in automating coordination and reports. Because Revizto is so user friendly, it truely gives the entire team access to the model without me having to constatnly hold their hand. It works great on the iPad. The issue tracker eliminates the need to create an "Issue resolution log" which frees up a ton of my time. Everything about it just works better than the alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The cost of Revizto is a lot higher than some of the alternatives so getting project teams who have never used Revizto before to see the value and pay for it can be challenging.

It lacks one feature that BIM 360 Glue has which is the ability to overlay old versions of a specific model onto the current version to see exactly what changed.

I wish I could export issues out as a PDF that includes all comments and attachments. This would make creating RFI's from issues super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Hi Daniel, thank you for sharing your experience as a lead VDC manager – we’re glad to hear Revizto Automation, Issue Tracking, and iPad workflow are helping save you time across your projects. We also appreciate your feedback on pricing, model version overlays, and PDF exports and have shared it with our product team.

"Revizto: Intuitive, Powerful, and Essential"
What do you like best about Revizto?

As a user of several coordination / collaboration softwares, bar none, Revizto is the most intuitive, fastest, best organized, best looking, and most effective of them all.

We are able to teach even the newest of team members how to use it effectively on construction projects in just a couple hours of light training.

We've had far better success in the field thanks to the issue tracker as well. It's very robust in terms of organization and the search features. Custom workflows are a huge pro as well.

The customer success representatives and other support members have always been very responsive with whatever issues come up.

It really is a daily powerhouse for us, hardly a single day goes by where Revizto isnt in the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I would love to have the ability to run multiple sections at once. I'm not a huge fan of the section box, I do find it a bit annoying to work with and would prefer to add a section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

We're delighted to hear that Revizto has been a game-changer for your team, helping to prevent information loss and improve communication in the field. We appreciate your input on the section functionality and will keep working to enhance the user experience. Thank you for being a valued Revizto user!

"Intuitive and Powerful, But Pricing Limits Broader Adoption"
What do you like best about Revizto?

How easy and intuitive the interface is for persons of all skill levels, and at the same time the depth of options, and refinements that a power user can add to the input, makes it a very powerful program for us to convey information to not only the engineers and other designers on the projects, but how even our clients are using it to take a peak into the design as we work through the challenges. Its very easy to get new users up to speed and its extremely easy for us to implement it on a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The cost and licensing structure has been a challenge for us to deal with as a smaller company. We may work on large projects - but since we're not always the prime on the project we struggle with getting implementation done when the prime doesn't see the value in the cost, and as a smaller company its difficult for us to justify the cost on all projects. We'd use it more often if those hurdles were easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

We appreciate your positive comments about the intuitive interface and powerful features of Revizto. We understand your concern about the cost, and we’re continuously improving our features to help increase ROI for our customers.

"User-Friendly 3D Collaboration, But Requires Commitment to Master"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I love the interactive and user friendly environment that Revizto gives to Clash Detection and 3D collaboration as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Given the extensive range of features that Revizto offers, there is definitely a learning curve to using the software effectively. I can understand how, for someone who isn't willing to invest the time to learn all of Revizto's functionalities, it might feel intimidating to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that Revizto has been invaluable for your projects, especially in the area of Clash Detection. We appreciate your understanding of the learning curve and are continuously working to improve user experience.

"Centralized Communication Makes Collaboration Effortless"
What do you like best about Revizto?

Centralized Communication

Revizto provides a single platform for all team members (architects, engineers, contractors, owners) to view, document, and resolve issues (clashes, RFIs, design changes) directly within the model. This eliminates back-and-forth emails and ensures a clear record of accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Slow Sync/Export Times

slow performance, especially when initially exporting or syncing very large or complex models from authoring software (like Revit) into Revizto. This delay can interrupt the fast feedback needed for dynamic model changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Revizto's centralized communication feature. We are glad to hear that it has helped streamline collaboration and accountability for your team.

"Centralized Collaboration Made Easy, But Large Uploads Could Be Faster"
What do you like best about Revizto?

What I like best about Revizto is how it centralizes communication and coordination across different project teams. The ability to view models, track issues, and collaborate in real time makes it much easier to manage BIM workflows efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

Revizto is a great collaboration tool, but sometimes syncing or uploading large projects takes longer than expected. A more optimized cloud upload or background sync feature would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from David Sarkisyan of Revizto

Thank you for your feedback on the upload speed. We are continuously working on optimizing our cloud upload and sync features to improve the user experience.

"Intuitive Design Boosts Project Coordination"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I love Revizto’s interface, which is remarkably simple compared to other software like Navisworks. This simplicity greatly enhances my experience by making complex tasks much more accessible and intuitive. Additionally, I value the issue tracker feature immensely; it allows for effortless navigation and helps keep clarity consistent across my projects. The clear and concise manner in which issues are presented within Revizto makes it incredibly efficient to discuss them during coordination meetings, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Furthermore, setting up the software was straightforward, which helped in a seamless transition for my workflow. This ease of use and the robust functionality provided by Revizto are reasons why I would confidently recommend it to friends or colleagues, rating it a 10 out of 10 for its effectiveness in automating clash detection tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I find the setup of clash tests and updating them as a project progresses to be challenging in Revizto. Creating clash tests based on our company's matrix can be especially problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clash Detection Excellence and Seamless Coordination"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I appreciate Revizto for simplifying BIM coordination as a main contractor. The product excels in clash detection, allowing me to identify and address conflicts efficiently by raising them in the issue tracer. I love the platform's ability to facilitate workflows for each contractor, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively. Furthermore, the feature that enables subcontractors to add comments and interact in one centralized platform is incredibly valuable. It drastically reduces the chances of losing information in emails, promotes accountability, and streamlines communication. Additionally, the initial setup process is straightforward, making it easy to get started. Lastly, the platform's overall effectiveness, as reflected in my high recommendation rating of 10, underscores its significance in my daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I would like to be able to filter models by the dates they were added. Filtering by date would allow us to see who has recently updated their models and who hasn’t. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Coordination, Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I am very impressed with Revizto for several reasons. The ease of use and accessibility stand out prominently, making it incredibly straightforward for me and my team to navigate and manage workflows efficiently. Both our team and clients appreciate how it simplifies their work, which is a significant benefit. I value the issue management capabilities of Revizto, which enhance our productivity by allowing for faster reviews, decision-making, and delivery. Additionally, the community and events surrounding Revizto are exciting and add to the overall positive experience. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the customer success team was notably impressive, demonstrating their commitment to our success. Overall, Revizto has proven to be a valuable tool in our operations, providing a platform that addresses fragmented communication, accessibility, and accountability effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I experience inconvenience when handling large data and switching between servers with Revizto. Specifically, when working on projects in different regions, such as Europe and KSA, it requires logging out and then logging back in, which disrupts the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
