When you have Procore connected, it becomes difficult to view documents without having to download them. I also don't like the email platform because it doesn't allow for comfortable message management. I am learning the Procore system because it is widely used in the project management and superintendent level of construction. I like that it is free. I like the Drawings tool because it ensures that everyone is using the same current plan set. The distribution capabilities make it easy to distribute project documents and communications to the appropriate parties on the project. I find the RFI tool very helpful as it provides access to all subs and stakeholders, which removes the worry of missing someone who needed the information provided in the RFI. I wish there was a free 'sandbox' mode for individuals to just experiment. The courses are great, but I’d love to mess around with the tools on my own without needing a company subscription.
