Their attention to the customer success has been phenomenal. The ability to establish a partnership in which we are able to suggest ideas and see those put into operation has been both a benefit to our organization but also a benefit for the industry. **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** Software is always an evolution and at this point, they have done everything well. There really hasn't been any shortcomings of the platform that we have not been able to solve with teamwork . **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the issue of maintaining a structured and searchable progress photo database. ### 2. The one thing I have personally struggled with is the Navisworks integration, but could be due to my first time doing it and user error. I'm sure the more I use it the more I will have better success. **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** limiting the time on site to document construction progress. Issue tracking. Ability to visualize side by side the proposed project next to the current state of the structure or site. ### 3. Everything that was not working the team did a great job fixing or training. **Recommendations to others considering HoloBuilder:** This is the best system I have found to address all of our Project team needs and requirements. Definitely a great tool to have. My company has been incorporating the Holobuilder program on most of our projects and everyone is enjoying it. Easy to work with, you will be set up in no time, the Owner love to see pictures of progress from week to week (as we take pictures weekly to show progress) the fact that you can turn around and see pretty much a global picture of the surroundings, is very impressive. Amazing work by Holobuilders to come up with this great solution for tracking progress via 360 high resolution photographs. No need for flashes or worrying about lighting, camera works awesome regardless the weather. Happy client over here! **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** The camera mounted in the hardhat is a great ice breaker! **Recommendations to others considering HoloBuilder:** Great investment, good to track progress in your projects! **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit of seeing progress of a single point of view is to be able to keep track of what happened from start to finish. For construction, if you need to mount a TV and your walls have been closed off and finish, you need to make sure you have the right amount of blocking in your walls. Let's say no one remembers where the blocking ended up inside the wall? No worries, go back in your Holobuilder photos to the time when the walls were exposed and you can see exactly where the blocking is at. Perfect solution. As mentioned before, definitely will recommend Holobuilder to fellow peers in the industry. ### 9. This allows us to see immediately what is happening in the field on the job site. **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** It is tough for this question as to when there is something I dislike, the Holobuilder Team works to resolve issues quickly. I suppose at the moment, lack of horizontal measurements. This is something they are working on improving in future updates though! So this dislike won't last for long. **Recommendations to others considering HoloBuilder:** Admittedly, Holobuilder may not be for everyone. That's okay though because you a get a no hassle, risk-free trial of Holobuilder. You have nothing to lose to try it out and see if this application is one that can improve your business. **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Holobuilder we were trying to come up with an efficient and cost-effective solution to streamline our closeout packages. By adjusting some internal processes and use of Holobuilder we were able to reduce the overhead cost of creating a closeout package by a whopping 75%. ### 10. The new time travel keeps track of where I have taken images while I am in the field so everything is updated. **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** My complaints are more with my camera. The camera is slower than the app now. I would highly recommend that you regularly check your camera for firmware updates and make sure your device is up to date before heading out to the field. It will help you avoid a lot of frustration. **Recommendations to others considering HoloBuilder:** Don't be afraid to use their customer service, they are great. **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is great for the architectural staff at the office to check existing conditions. It is also great to use in design meetings when we are discussing solutions. We also share the 360 link with the construction team. ### 11. You can quickly walk the site and capture the existing conditions of the job site and share this with the world via a web browser. Viewing in a web browser means that clients do not have to download and install other software. **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** The Camera wifi connection can drop in and out sometimes. However, this is probably a limitation of the camera, not holobuilder. **Recommendations to others considering HoloBuilder:** If you want a product that you can quickly capture existing conditions with and share with others, holobuilder is a good choice. **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** We capture existing conditions quickly, and holobuilder allows us to share the data with Architects promptly and efficiently. ### 12. Changing functions and icons is pretty simple and the 360 video comes in very clean. **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** Lack of customization for visual designers is my only complaint. With the ability to customize colors, sounds and icons, this program will be amazing. **Recommendations to others considering HoloBuilder:** Its a great product and the developers are very open to improvement. With time Holobuilder will be a staple for VR development. **What problems is HoloBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm developing training modules for a client. Also that the buttons are customized. **What do you dislike about HoloBuilder?** That it dont run good at all for IOS phones.
